Encantada Casa Boutique Spa Hotel

The hotel is incredible nice , I am so happy and thankful that we chose it. Staff is incredibly kind and attentive and helpful! The room was not huge but was perfect and nice , every time after cleaning service it was a warm bottle inside the bedding which was really cute. Views from the room was amazing. Also nice view from the rooftop of the hotel. When we arrived staff was really helpful with the luggages ( we had 3 and the stroller) and carried it all the way to 3rd floor for us. Also we are traveling with the child so he felt really bad and throw up on the sofa in the reception but lady was so attentive and kind she understood and helps with everything and cleaning as well. She also gave us tips how to fight with altitude sickness and offered tea for us. I want to text a lot about kindness of the staff because they always helped with everything, with printing all the documents we needed, with organizations for tours and so on. Another huge thanks for the staff in the hotel to help us organize Sacred valley tour. If you are planing to come to Cusco and stay in this hotel please ask for Carlos as your tour guide , he’s the best of the best, very nice guy, knows so much about history! We loved the tour and it was private and pretty cheap for what we got! I am sure hotel can help with any tours you wish. Another nice note about breakfast, it was really delicious, eggs in any way you want , bread , cheese , fresh delicious fruits , yogurts and so on. Hotel gives nice local cozy vibe, walking distance to any place you wish in Cusco. It was an amazing stay , I would come back 1000% again and again 🤍

Customer service is five star. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm towel and some tea. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to help. The hot water bottles at night were such a wonderful touch. The morning breakfast was delicious. The outdoor areas were beautiful. Are the rooms 5 star - no, do the floors creek - yes, can you hear your neighbor - yes but the customer service outweighs everything.

Amazing place in Cuzco! We couldn't believe the incredible view from Hotel Encantada. The staff greeted us kindly with coca tea and gave us tips for acclimating to the high altitude. They have a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast with morning sunshine and a view over the city. Room was great, clean and comfortable. The staff went the extra mile for us every day. Breakfasts were amazing. We did the Inca Trail trek and they stored our luggage for us until our return, which was really convenient. They also filled up our water bottles with filtered water. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, and if you like to walk/hike, the access to the Saqsaywaman ruin is nearby (a climb, but worth it!). Short walk down to the Plaza. In short, would highly recommend! Beautiful place for a stay in Cuzco!

Loved this place. Beautiful view. Fantastic staff. Good breakfast too. Loved the hot water bottle they gave you at night. Take it easy walking up from town with the altitude - and up the stairs in the hotel. I kept forgetting and got very out of breath!! If you take it slow should be ok.

We spent 3 nights here, and we loved it! The staff are fantastic and very helpful. (Thank you for finding a tiny screwdriver to fix my sunglasses 😎) The views from here over Cusco are spectacular day and night. It is up higher than the main square so take it easy up and down due to the altitude if you are walking. They have a tea station with coca leaves and an oxygen tank to help if you do struggle with the altitude.

A very nice place to stay overall. Beds were comfy, and warm. There was heating in the room but it didn't seem to work. I read about the hot water bottles in your bed at night but I received no such thing 😞 the shower wasn't super hot, just warm enough. The view from the balcony on the 4th floor and at the reception level was amazing and a nice place to relax and read a book. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Two downsides for me: there was no free drinking water, which for the price of the hotel I would really expect. Even cheap hostels have free drinking water. Secondly, I booked this hotel for the spa facilities, only to find out that not only is there a charge for the spa, it's a whopping $70USD to use it!

Overpriced hotel with terrible service. The rooms were just okay, but the service was by far the worst of our entire 3-month trip. When we arrived, our room wasn’t even ready—despite checking in three hours after the official time. There were ants all over the bathroom, and it took us multiple requests over four hours for anyone to come, only for the problem to remain unfixed. Basic things like toilet paper were missing, and my wife was ignored at reception when asking for it. It’s shocking that a place like this exists in Peru, a country known for its friendly and welcoming people. Save yourself the hassle—there are way better options in Cusco. Skip this place.

We loved the hotel with such comfy rooms with amazing views of Cusco. We had such amazing service, and the staff is so helpful, attentive, and kind. They make you feel like family. The breakfast is top notch, great selection of fresh food each morning. We loved it! We were so grateful to Josue at the front desk. He helped answer all our 21 questions about cusco and macchu picchu. He coordinated our cab services for our day trip and helped us print all our tickets. Very grateful! We would return in a heartbeat, but maybe next time without our little ones so we can explore more. Sending our greetings from our travel group of 21 family members, we are all thankful to you all!
