Very nice clean room with green landscaping view, also good breakfast and wonderful Spanish food in the restaurant as well!

Been there just for the golf course which was great. Very challenging with lots of sand pits requiring lots of precision and the greens very large with many slopes and waves. Greens were fast. The people at the club house have been very supportive and courteous

Excellent course, one of the best I have played. If you are looking for a convenient golf break in Spain I’d definitely recommend here - 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from shops and fast food outlets.

Was really looking forward to golfing at Encin Golf but it was a huge disappointment. The woman in the reception treated us like dirt, Totally zero service, wanted to rent a buggy but not possible they told even thou we arrived two hours early. Later I saw 4 buggy's standing charging plus another 4 that was not charging - they needed to be charged I was informed... so on a Sunday they don't even prepare buggy's. an hour later I saw that another golfer got a buggy so I asked him and he told yes he just got it without any problem. But of course he is Spanish so that might be the reason. The course: Unbelievable bad condition - Only thing on the course that was decent to good was the greens but 4 of them had big areas without any grass. I don't think there was one fairway that was good, same with the Tees. This course have loads of bunkers, and we did not find one bunker in good condition, most was rock hard. Also the price is way too high for what you get. A third thing all machines (3) where you buy something to drink was not functioning but they didn't bother to put up a sign even and because of that people was trying over and over to buy drinks and wasting time. Never again.

We stayed here on our trip south from Santander to Murcia and we are really glad we did. It was in a great location (and I don't play golf) and was fantastic inside and the room was just what we needed. We are stopping there again on our way north in a few weeks and are looking forward to it. The reception staff made us feel so welcome and the restaurant was great as well with good quality food. Evening drinks outside looking out across the golf course with the lovely lighting gave it a really welcoming feel. The room was big and had everything anyone could want. I can't speak highly enough so thank you everyone concerned, we look forward to seeing you in 3 weeks :)

Clubhouse: Very well received upon arriving. First time playing this course and even without the RFEG it’s a 45€ green fee. Only complaint I have is the lack of food options. Restaurant didn’t open until 13:00 and no fruit, sandwiches or anything to purchase if you have an early start. So make sure to bring snacks! Course: The course is in good condition for being so early in the year. A long walk, was very tired after 4,5 hours on the course. Very challenging with a lot of water and bunkers in play on almost every hole. Beautiful views in one direction. Even the course being surrounded by a highway and railway, the sound is really no problem! Tee’s: From Red-Black, well trimmed and good placements. Fairways: Very well taken care of and I can see how it’s going to be very nice and more trimmed when the season allows. Greens: A lot of undulation. Almost every green is on some kind of plateau. You have to place the ball well on the green for it to not roll off.

My wife booked three nights (weekdays) in this hotel to spend a few days while visiting the area, and we were delighted from minute one. We don’t play golf, which is the main attraction of this place, but we found a pretty good deal and we went for it, and we were really surprised that we could find this place at such a reasonable price.||||Located on a quiet spot, just 15 minutes ride north east from Alcala de Henares (absolutely beautiful town to visit, by the way), it is essentially a golf course with a small luxury hotel in it, so be aware that you’ll need a car! Plenty of parking space, although I can see this a bit more crowded during the weekend or during golf competitions.||||There is a big shopping center 2 minutes away, with shops of all kind, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and movie theaters. All very convenient.||||Inside the hotel you’ll find a bar/restaurant. We didn’t eat anything there, but the coffee was good and you can order it to go, so you can enjoy it in your own balcony. Prices were in the steep side for Spain, but not too much. If you want to stay in and have dinner, you probably won’t break the bank. They also offer room service, although only during limited hours.||||There’s also a gym in the basement, which we didn’t use, and a pool with a pool bar in the first floor, where all the rooms are located. The pool was rather small, but considering that this hotel has only a few rooms, it’s about the right size. In fact, there was nobody but the two of us when we used it. In the down side, we found that the pool had very short working hours (from noon to 6:00pm if I remember correctly), which was kinda annoying because right before dusk, when the sun is not that aggressive, is the best time to enjoy a swim. It was very hot at the time we were there, and we couldn’t enjoy it more days because at the time we came back from visiting the nearby towns, it was already closed. But no big deal.||||What was a real inconvenient, and my main complaint in general, was that, although we went to use the pool at around 12:30pm, when we arrived there were still arranging the sun beds, cleaning the pool, hosing the floor… a real nuisance when you want to chill in the pool. If the working hours are so restrictive, it would make sense that, at least, everything is ready by the opening time. Otherwise you’ll have to be waiting 30+ more minutes in order to use the facility. Not to mention having a lady shooting high pressure water to the floor 2 meters away from your face.||||Now, the room was incredible! Huge, simple and elegant decor, massive LCD screen, air-con, well equipped all around, including bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, walk-in shower and hot-tub… everything you need. There was a small mini-bar with beverages (priced as you would expect in this kind of things), but with space to squeeze a couple of bottles of your own beer, or maybe a bottle of wine. The bed was also huge and clean. It was in the hard side, but it was comfortable nonetheless. I honestly can’t emphasize enough how good the room was.||||Finally, I’d like to point out that the front desk agents were really helpful and welcoming. Truly excellent service and one of the highlights in this trip.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, shame re breakfast Staff pleasant and accommodating,. Made way to restaurant in evening to find only bar menu available. Restricted bar menu as sold out of most things. Encin burger(veal) worth a try very nice. Breakfast overpriced. Buffet service Bacon and scrambled egg (unappealing), limp cold meats, sparse selection of fruit and cereal. No one appeared to replenish buffet trays and we were early. Don't book breakfast with stay not worth it. Nice pool with sun beds on first floor but could not see a disabled access. Great views over golf course and bar prices reasonable. Stopped here on route to Santander Port.
