Encore Resort at Reunion

Recently myself and my family stayed 4 nights in a 5 bedroom elite! What a great experience compared to a traditional hotel! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious , modern and comfortable! The pool is in the yard was clean and fun! ( heated pool is a surcharge but worth it in Feb). We did wish that the pool had some pool floats or toys… but nonetheless it was awesome! The resort itself is beautiful. The restaurants are amazing. The waterpark is so much fun. The entire resorts grounds are kept in great condition with props to the workers every day they are cleaning and landscaping. This entire resort felt very safe with security driving around at all times! Highly recommend this! If you are unsure if you should book, this is your sign to book it!

Encore Resort at Reunion - WE WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN We (16 golfers) rented two 8 bedroom houses for a 5 day stay, which we have done for the past three years at this facility. We have experienced a steady decline in quality & service at Encore Resort at Reunion’s over this time. Our experience Encore Resort at Reunion this year was very disappointing & our plans for a return visit next year are now cancelled. I would recommend anyone who reads this to look elsewhere for your vacation stay needs. Encore Resort at Reunion failed us on so many levels. We are golfers, & not exactly a hard group to please, yet here I am telling you how bad it was. The houses we rented were not clean upon our arrival. The carpets were worn with dirty traffic patterns. The tile floors were not even clean. The Jacuzzi in one house did not work and in the other house had a faulty back door alarm that went off for no reason at all hours of the day and night (no one slept well because of this). Both issues were reported but never resolved. Everything was paid for in advance and still Encore Resort & Reunion incorrectly charged my credit card $1900. They have admitted to the error but still have made no attempt to credit my account. There have been so many broken promises for callbacks to resolve this issue, I’m forced to file a dispute the charge with my CC company. I have no confidence in Encore Resort & Reunion to make this right. Golfing in Florida has been great but after our poor experience at Encore Resort at Reunion, next year I think we will spend our vacation dollars in Scottsdale AZ.

We rented a 6 bedroom condo on the East side. The condo was everything I was hoping for and more. We shared the condo with my sister in laws family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (2-12 years) and everyone had their own space to hang out. Also having your own pool in the backyard for the kids to play in was perfect. We wanted to BBQ so we called the front desk and requested a propane tank. It was delivered with in the hour. We did drive over and use the waterpark twice, the kids (big and small) loved the waterslides and play area.

We stayed in a large and lovely doll house! That is to say it looked fabulous, but the function was lacking, specifically in the kitchen. Having 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges strongly encourages guests to cook in the kitchen but when you actually use the space, you will wish you had brought your own tools. Furniture looks nice and new but those with an eye for quality will be unimpressed.

Our first rental was great — it was clean, well-maintained, and overall, a wonderful place to stay. We were there 5 minutes at 10:30 pm. However, the property did not match the description in terms of the number of bedrooms. We had booked a property with five bedrooms, but when we arrived, we discovered that it only had four bedrooms. I called the front and they were willing to move us to a 5 bedroom. We were promptly moved to another location, for which we appreciated the effort. Unfortunately, the second rental was far below the standards we expected. It was so poorly maintained. The front landscaping was missing and not taken care of. The couches were stained. The dishwasher was broken, no coffee pot, no carbage, no soap, or starter packs. Towels! How can you have a pool/hot tub and no towels and no mat. The floor was so slippery walking back in, the kids kept falling. The carpet was so stained and dirty. The walls needed painted. The dryer was so loud and you could not run it at night. The water park was great, but cold. One tennis court is useable. The other is not. Garbage overflowing. See pictures below.

This place is very close to Disney and has great amenities for a family trip. We have stayed here a few times and liked it. However recently our visit was awful. The place has changed a lot. The home we stayed in was very dirty. It had brown stains by a door handle in the bathroom! The teenagers at the water park don't ever look up from their phones. We paid for our heater on the pool to be turned on. It was expensive and by day 2 it wasn't working. It took 3 phone calls and a full day for anyone to come and look at it. We were promised a phone call to tell us when it was working again. We are still waiting on that call... The staff is generally unhelpful and miserable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. The free water park is fun but not worth it! The restaurant and service are terrible!

Worst place EVER!! Came with my family to celebrate the holiday and the house was advertised for 16 people. There were only enough chairs for half of us to eat together the other half had to eat in the living room. There were not enough towels, you would think a house with a pool would have a few extra towels but there were barely enough for everyone to have one towel. The couch had stains and one of the bathrooms had a wall with boogers all over it! Was really disgusting. The jacuzzi drained almost every day and it took another day for someone to come leaving us without a jacuzzi most of our trip. Night one a bed broke, chair broke and a an outdoor chair broke. Leaving us with 3 chairs by the pool for a house that sleeps 16! Would never stay here again!!!

I had high expectations for this stay unfortunately we had issues with clean linen in our house. 2 of the beds had blood stains on the bedding when asked for new sheets the new sheet also had stains. At that point I had to go to Target to buy my own clean sheets so that was very disappointing and inconvenient. I would say the staff was pleasant in trying to get new clean sheets but since the new sheets also had stains I gave up on asking. There were also no pool towels for our private pool we had to use our regular bathroom towels and also went to buy beach towels. Adding towels for the pool to the rental would have been convenient. Other than that, the staff at the front desk were pleasant and the staff at Finn’s were amazing!! We enjoyed the water park as well. I do not believe I would stay at Encore again due to the lack of cleanliness with the sheets in multiple rooms. The house also had leather couches which had stains etc all on the seats which I had to clean myself. I would be more likely to return if the house was cleaner and if there was a way to view your home before moving in.
