Great location and lovely family home with pool. House was tired in many places, which was disappointing, with a lack of attention to detail. However the water park and location to the parks made up for all that! Beds v comfortable and plenty of discs for family of 9. Would return.

The home er rented was beautiful!! We also really enjoyed the outdoor Waterpark. When we travel to the theme parks. We had on site access to a shuttle, and a stroller delivered to our doorstep. Ms. Eran ensured our family had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

We rented a house and paid it in full with three families two of the family showed up to the property. They would not allow the families to check in to the point where a 10-year-old boy was sleeping on the floor in the lobby and the front desk. People could not have been more rude.. The house itself was nice and the encore amenities are good, but the customer service inside that lobby is absolutely atrocious and they have no business being in customer service at all.

The villa is very nice its self. Sadly the neighbours we acquired are an absolute nightmare all around us. Friday night- a party going on until the early hours. Cars revving in the street repeatedly, Shouting, music, car noise until around 2-3 am. My kids were swimming in the pool at 5pm, next door started smoking weed in their garden- forcing us to take our kids into the house. Followed by loud music, shouting, more partying. Meanwhile, across the road, more car revving, people standing on the side walks talking, cars everywhere!! Lovely villa, but this resort, which was great last time we stayed in 2019, as seemingly turned from a family resort, to a party ridden hell hole unsuitable for young families. So disappointed.

Spacious villa for large families. Not enough kitchenwares and towel supplies for large families. House needs to be cleaned thoroughly between occupancy (dusty lamps, dust around wall corners, and outdoor furniture needs to be wiped down properly)

I will never go here again. I booked a get away for my husband, August 1-4. Summer heat. The air was controlled by someone else and they kept raising the thermostat to 77-80. The home was miserably hot. I called a few times, but nothing was done. I have tried to a least get reimbursement for the inconvenience, and now they seem to ignore my calls, and still holding my deposit after 4 days. Not good service. Too much money paid to have this experience.

A Memorable Anniversary Stay with Room for Improvement My wife and I stayed at Encore Resort at Reunion from July 31 to August 6, 2025, to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and overall, we had a wonderful time. Our rental home at 7458 Marker Drive in Kissimmee, FL offered a spacious and comfortable retreat, and we especially enjoyed the resort’s amenities—the Aquapark was a highlight and added a fun, refreshing touch to our stay. 🏡 The Home: Great Layout But Needs Better Preparation The house itself had great potential. We loved the private pool and the open layout, which made it easy to relax and enjoy each other’s company. However, we did encounter several cleanliness issues that negatively affected our guest experience: • Mildew in the upstairs master shower • Trash left under the living room sofas from the previous guest • Accent rug appeared unvacuumed • Floors had not been swept or mopped • Food stains were visible on the kitchen countertop These details may seem minor, but they detracted from the overall comfort and care we expected, especially for a special occasion like our anniversary. More attention needs to be given to prepping the home for new guests, as first impressions matter, and cleanliness is key to a truly enjoyable stay. 🎉 Resort Experience: Fun and Relaxing Despite the housekeeping concerns, the resort itself was fantastic. The Aquapark was clean, well-managed, and a lot of fun. We appreciated the variety of amenities available and the convenience of being close to everything while still enjoying the privacy of our rental home. 💑 Final Thoughts Encore Resort at Reunion has a lot to offer, and we’re grateful for the memories we made during our anniversary trip. With improved attention to detail in home preparation, this could easily be a five-star experience. We hope to return in the future and see those improvements in place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ A beautiful resort with great amenities—just needs a stronger commitment to cleanliness and guest readiness.

Yelp
Everything was wonderful the only thing was how in the hell your going to have a hot tub with no heat. Who does that? This was very thirsty on your end management, especially with all the money that you charge people. this is horrible to charge an extra additional fee to use the heat in the hot tub.

Carrie s.

Yelp
A working pool and hot tub would have great considering that is the main reason we booked the property. The club house and main pool were ghetto. I do not recommend!!!!

Yelp
THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES & LIARS !!!! Let me explain why : first of don't take house at 781 Lasso Drive (ROACH INFESTED) !!!!!!!! I looked at a few places before this one. I never rented a vacation home before so when i seen the photos of this place I thought wow right? They state that they provide you with certain items for the home to get you started like a home care package (WE NEVER GOT THAT) Ended up going to Walmart and buying our own trash bags , laundry detergent etc . This was the minor issue. They charge like a $400 cleaning fee for the employees to clean the house prior to you entering to start your stay . They don't come everyday just that one time . FYI . PROBLEM IS the house they gave me not only did it smell moldy like there was water damage but the house is infested with cockroaches it did not feel clean . It was day 2 and I came to the rental Home around 11pm I went to set my bag down on kitchen counter and noticed a nasty pregnant looking cockroach running across . I freaked out. Ofcourse I killed it with my sandal but it was NASTY I contacted the customer service desk and told them the issue very upset at this point. The girl made it seem like it wasn't even an issue that she would give me a $150 credit so I can use for their restaurant that they have here on site called Finn's. She DID NOT offer to change my home . That would've been helpful . Who knows if other homes have this issue the point is they need to do better at checking these homes because what if this home had a family with babies and children who in their right mind would want to stay in a cockroach infested home for vacation??? She also told me that she would send a supervisor over with cleaning people as well as someone to spray . I did not trust her Word so I stayed and waited. The only person who came was a very nice Spanish man to come spray the cabinets. There was no supervisor that came. I did not see any cleaning people. But want to know what was really upsetting? Is that customer service contacts me leaving me a voice message stating that they had sent a supervisor to check on the home with the cleaning people Which was a lie because I had NEVER left and like I mentioned only one person came, and that was the person who was spraying the cabinets with poison . When I came back to the home that night I killed another cockroach by the front door entry it's ridiculous The MASTER bedroom had a musty odor I honestly felt like I was in a hotel just with more room and a little more privacy . I paid $4,000 for 10 nights in this home it sounded like a deal but ended up being a nightmare . Didn't get no money back . DONT COME HERE !!! Go to evermore !!

S S.

Yelp
If you value great service and things to be as promised this is not the resort for you. It's really not a resort in the first place. It's an investment property where getting your money is all the "owner" cares about Please consider an alternative place for your vacation so you don't have to have yours ruined like my family did.

Sarah F.

Yelp
Will never return. Booked an 8 bedroom home, for our family and it was a nightmare dealing with anyone that worked in the customer service area of the resort. The pool heat never worked, for $60 a day it just NEVER WORKED. Freezing water. We went in and called daily and got a general nod and smile condescending attitude, where they "wrote it down" and never resolved the issue. The entire reason we booked the property was for the back yard pool. The kids are begging to swim after 5 when when the lane water park closes but it's too cold! Now the management is blaming the home owners of the home and not taking accountability! We didn't book this house, we were assigned this house through the resort that we paid. The runaround is absolutely insane. All the tv's say that the direct tv bill is unpaid and they don't work. The sinks and showers don't drain. There is dog poop in the back yard. The actual club house has incompetent employees who have no idea what's going on. It's one comedy of errors after another. If I can give you any advice it's RUN!! Do not book here. They've offered no incentive to ever return and I will make sure all of our friends who are looking for a place to stay in Orlando stay far far far away from this nightmare of a place. The customer is definitely never right here. ETA: Christopher responds below as if things were resolved. They were not. The only threat made on a phone call with Aaron, the assistant manager was to leave a review of our terrible experience across all platforms. The gas lighting from the company at this point is now just comical. They love to lie and any customer who sees their responses can see for themselves what they are getting into. Many problems. No solutions. Victim blamers to the highest degree. Run!! They are terrible.

Justin F.

Yelp
**Update** Chris, Thank you for your response. You have proven my point for me. This isnt spam. It's real feedback from a guest of your business. The compensation you note was simply to not charge us for the pool heater we couldnt use because it was broken. No threats were made by our party, other than the promise we would provide an honest public review. While we disagree on your business practices we do wish you a blessed New Year! ******** Everything's great...until it's not My family stayed at an 8 bedroom elite property over the Christmas holiday, and while the house generally met our expectations we encountered significant issues when we reported a problem with the pool heater. When we asked about the status of the repair we received inconsistent responses back from management, ultimately leading to a call with the assistant manager who was aggressive and defensive to any negative comments we told him about our experiences at the Encore "resort". As we began to read reviews across the internet we found that our issues weren't unique, and we clearly should have done more research before booking with Encore. I encourage you all to read the reviews, but also read the responses from the property regarding any negative reviews. Every issue is never their fault, and you can not rely on them to do the right thing regarding customer satisfaction (check BBB). If you are looking for an Orlando vacation I strongly recommend you consider another property.

Charlotte F.

Yelp
we showed up at 11 in hopes we could get a house but when we asked the lady said we had to wait till 4 (worth a shot) but she was so rude about it and completely passive aggressive. "see you at four" is what she said. We've complained numerous times about our pool not being heated and every time they say they'll fix it when they don't. The tv's don't work so I reccomend bringing an Apple TV or something to add to it to be able to use the tv itself. The bar At the pool/water park did not work and reception was so rude. the movie room is just a crappy tv and 4 chairs. The house is broken and poorly decorated. The walls are so thin you can hear everything that happens in the house and sometimes outside of it too. And they expect us to take photos of damage done before us when they know they're just gonna blame us for it anyways. The original deposit is stupid and they will not supply more toilet paper, towels, and paper towels. You are expected to buy it yourself after that apparently. Me and my family will never be coming back here again, that's for sure. Adding on about the response- you never solved the issue with our pool seeing as it is still broken and we have no idea if you will still give us a refund or not, seeing as this is a very sketchy business in general. We also never made any threats forward the staff, all we said was "be expecting a bad review from us." The staff called us unprofessional even though we were the ones on vacation and not them. Reception was rude overall and the fact that your are victim blaming surely shows who you are as a business and as a person. There is a lot to improve on and the fact that you are trying to lie to potential customers is enough to be said.

Yelp
I've stayed at reunion over a dozen times. Not only are the homes luxury vacation and beyond, but most of them are themed and they offer a lot of benefits! I've gotten to go over to the country club and try out the pool area and water park! 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
It really must depend on the house that you get, for how well it's maintained and the condition. Our house was fabulous and we had the elite package that came with two game rooms containing about 12 different video games. Along with a home theatre room and putting green in the back yard. Yes it's very unfortunate that we had to pay to heat the Jacuzzi, it should certainly be stated before you arrive, but it was warm enough for us to take advantage of it even in the month of February. We both loved the place so much that we ended up only going to Disney World once out of the 5 days and just vegged around the pool and games. I'll certainly be back, it was only around $450 a night for 8 bedrooms, because it wasn't that busy. I would hate to have one of these other homes that people talk about and give bad reviews to.

Yelp
Stayed here for a group trip and overall the experience was good. We stayed in a 12 bedroom house. The house was nice but it did have some problems like all of the bathrooms did not have hot water consistently and the hvac was crazy. In the middle of the night my room was hot then it got cold. That happened all over the house. The pool equipment was broken and the staff came for cleaning & they took the grill without telling us. I did like that the house had 2 sets of washers and dryers, full sets of dishes, cutlery, toiletries(soap, lotion, toilet paper, towels and wash cloths) As we were leaving we found out the house was for sale so it made sense that the house was not in excellent condition. I would have provided the address however the owners won't be the same & the house will most likely have some changes. Actually overall our experience was much better than some of the reviews I read. I think it depends on the house. We did experience a few problems like I can assure you that my review is not sponsored nor was I paid.

Joan D.

Yelp
Bait and switch. We reserved a house in Orlando near Lake Eola but were given a house that was a 35 to 40 minute drive from that location. When I found that out 2 days before we were to arrive neither VRBO nor the property manager were willing to do anything about it. It was too late to change our plans as 6 of us were meeting there from all around the country for a reunion. We were to join someone that is in a care facility near the original house location so we had to do the drive everyday.

Yelp
Very, very beautiful property. It's a secured, gated community that houses people on family reunions pretty much. It's so cool I want to invest. Stayed for my families reunion in a home that had about 8 bedrooms, a game room, home theatre, laundry, 2 bathrooms below, a pool, lounge and some of the rooms are even equipped with a full bath. It's like an Airbnb on steroids. Some properties had mini golf, patios, bigger and smaller pools. There is a free water park for guests, and room service. If you are traveling in very large groups, having a family reunion, a wedding, taking your family to Disney, this is the way to go! There were a few minor issues but nothing that wasn't resolved timely.

Yelp
I stayed at an Encore home with a group of friends and our kids. It was great to have our individual rooms and bathroom. And the biggest bonus was having a pool right in our backyard. The alarm was a blessing and a curse because we kept forgetting to press the button . The community has great amenities including a water park. Unfortunately it was closed when we attempted to go, but it looked like fun.

Yelp
This place is a STEAL if you have a group of people. Three families rented a house. The house itself had a PRIVATE pool with splash pad, water slide, and hot tub. The house was expansive and clean. The waterpark was also fun, but it doesn't open until 11 so thank goodness for the private pool. I highly recommend this resort for friends and family vacations.

Yelp
Worst place to stay! It started wrong with check-in being delayed and when we asked the girl behind the desk why, she ignored us. We ended up waiting around for about an hour doing nothing. When we finally got to the house, it was filthy! The stairway carpet was nasty, there was worms and other bugs all over the place. The bathroom drawers had hair in them. Those socks show just how filthy the floors were! The beautiful and spacious pictures on their website are false advertising. The rooms were small with paper thin walls. Half of the reclining chairs in the movie room didn't work. For the money I paid, I was 100% disappointed!

Yelp
I'd be surprised if there's a nicer place to stay with a large (extended) family in Orlando. We rented an 11 bedroom home that came with a tiki bar, gorgeous pool area, theater room, pool table, arcade games, balcony and plenty of space to lounge. Staying with 20+ people under one roof isn't my first choice for vacation but Encore can't be beat. The water park feature was a huge hit with the kids, the community is beautifully maintained and freeway access is very close. There's shopping nearby if you forget something at home and the clubhouse has a solid gym, or just walk the winding roads within the complex and it's like Wisteria Lane. Different homes obviously have different features and if pool privacy is a concern make sure not to rent a corner home, since they have limited landscaping and are more exposed to the streets, but we were at 7640 Wilmington Loop and it was perfect. Sunsets by the pool were gorgeous! Small gripe - for an 11 bedroom home, the complex only wanted to provide two gate entry passes - but speak with management and they'll take care of it.

Stan S.

Yelp
Our family and 2 friends' families stayed at Encore for a 4-day weekend. The good thing about Encore Resort their maintenance is quick and immediate "Johnny on the spot". Also the rental house was huge and spacious. No problem fitting our 3 families. The bad part was the jacuzzi is unheated. They charge too much money for having that jacuzzi heated. The pool is heated at no extra charge. The worst part is the QR code reader at the entrance does not work. There is no guard at the entrance gate to verify our payment and reservation. Hence, the traffic into the entry driveway backs up into the busy street. The line gets longer and longer. Eventually Encore Resort at Reunion is going to be sued for the predictable car crash they will cause due to their QR code bugs. Someone in the design department didn't think this one through. The lack of safety consideration and highly predictable auto accident forth coming earns a 2-stars from me. Otherwise I would have considered a 3 or 4 stars from me. - Stan Sircello

Yelp
I reserved a home at the Encore Resort in Orlando, through a 3rd party rental company. Unlike many of the other homes on the resort, this property is owned and managed by Jeeves Florida Rentals. Jeeves does not have a rep on site, Encore will simply give you a card to contact Jeeves, which is an apparent poor property management company. This home is poorly maintained and I reported several issues including ants in the home, running toilet, expired refrigerator filter, and a clogged drain in shower. Pest Control was dispatched and applied a treatment, but it did not help much. For the comfort of my family, I bought a can of Raid and sprayed the home, of course we had to leave to allow the home to air out. The most egregious was the fact the master bed was on the floor. There was no bed frame, just a headboard, the boxspring and mattress are sitting on the floor, I literally slept on the floor. When I complained Jeeves, they said this is how the bed is made and refused to relocate me. There was no Roku remote in the master bedroom so to operate the tv I had to share a remote with the other room, the master bedroom door has a bad binge and will not stay open, the master bedroom dresser drawer will not stay closed. The home is poorly maintained and has clear signs of wear and tear. The grill was filthy and many features in the home do not work properly. I've stayed at other homes on this property and the Jeeves home are poorly maintained. I've never had any issues on this resort and these properties are not cheap. Once they have your money, they truly couldn't care less. I asked for a manager to call me, no one called. I sent an email, no one responded. If you plan to stay at Encore Resorts, do your due diligence, make sure you do not stay at a Jeeves owned property. Nothing ruins a vacation like poor accommodations and Jeeves should do better to understand this if you want to be in the vacation business. My advice, go elsewhere.

Yelp
Wow! We may never stay in a hotel again when we come to WDW! This is the best of both worlds... home rental with a resort feel. There is a restaurant on site, gift shop/mini store, gym, and the best part... a waterpark and pool. With Covid we decided to give an Airbnb a try and this place has set the bar high! Our house was amazing and it was nice to have our own pool. We paid to have it heated and stayed in it everyday we weren't at Disney! We were greeted by two very nice gentlemen when we arrived at the clubhouse. One checked us in at the front desk and the other took us over to our house and walked us through everything we needed to know for our stay! If we ever had a question we called the number provided and the either helped us on the phone or sent someone right over! Thank you for a great vacation experience! The resort is about 15 minutes from WDW with a Wal-mart & Publix close by. If I had to pick out something that could be better... the TVs were a little difficult to operate. It took a while and a few calls for us to figure them out. Also, the comfortable on the master bed was too small for the bed. Again... Nothing was bad but those are the two things that could be better.

Yelp
This is a review for the restaurant and catering service that was offered. To start. This is not a review on the house rented(the house was very nice; that was the only positive). This a review on the catering and restaurant offered. To start we were attending for a wedding and also my significant other was in charge of the wedding cake. And was making sure there was no issue. However the manager not only allowed for the parts to be thrown out but his indifference to tools that didn't belong to him and not offering to try and retrieve them shows his lack of professionalism and just plain asinine attitude. They also allowed the brides custom bridal glasses to almost be damaged by taking them to the back and they refused to retrieve them at first. We had to threaten to go back their personally. The managers due disregard for this establishment is evident that money spent on the venue means nothing. And when I approached he refused to speak with me about the manner of how they throw some of the equipment that was meant to be saved. And their refusal to search for speciality engraved champagne glasses that should not have been taken to the dish washing area is also clearly an indication that they don't want or value their job. I do invite this company to contact me if they dare. Background. My significant other works for Walt Disney World Resort (as a baking and pastry chef). And I work as a Sushi Chef for Universal and Loews Resorts of Orlando. So guest service is engraved in us. But of professional background. I had applied to this "establishment" (I can think of other strongly engrossed words. But will keep it clean). And was set to go to work there however they hadn't called me for like a week and half with a start date. And I called them to inquire what the delay is and the HR department dropped the job and didn't think to notify me. So this isn't the first time this company appears to practice questionable ethics behavior.

Yelp
Believe the negative reviews. The positive ones are absolute BS. The negatives seem more accurate based on our experience. Only one star due to the restaurant Finns not being terrible and the water park ok. 1st day - checking in it didn't seem "clean" but we were jet lagged and needed showers then dashed off to dinner quickly. Water from showers and sinks smells repulsive; first night my 5-yr-old son asked for water and I had to drive to Publix at 9:30pm to get clean drinking water. Noticed a bug in bathroom before bed and killed it. We came to Orlando to do Disney with our 2&5year old, so much time spent outside the house we rented. 2nd day- enjoyed the water park, it has seen better days but not awful. That night our stroller was stollen from outside front door. Progressively noticing more bugs. 3rd day - Go to Disney and spend most of the day out of the house. 5 yr old is showing signs of eye irritation at parks. Get back and notice more bugs, google search reveals they are COCKROACHES. 4th day, 5-yr kid's eyes are better but the 2-yr olds' are pussy and swollen shut, so I take 2-yr-old to urgent care for antibiotics for eye infection and she prescribed 2 types and asks if there's somewhere else we could stay for the remainder of our trip. The cockroackes are like a game to the kids at this point, the try to find them and kill them. Google for yourself the kinds of diseases cockroaches carry. So at this point, so grossed out, we decide to check out early and we're fortunate to find another hotel available on such short notice, during spring break. But it's the Waldorf Astoria (which is not cheap) and we needed 3 rooms because of our group. So ended up being a costly vacation for us. Also missed out last day at Disney because of all of this with infections and needing to switch hotels. We've been at the new hotel about 24 hours and ours and our children's health already seems to be improving. Please, for your own health and safety AVOID this place at all costs.

Yelp
Terrible service. Dishwasher not working. Air conditioner not working. Spotty WiFi. Worn carpet needs to be replaced We are here on a work retreat- would not book here again. Once they have your money- no customer service. 410 Novi Path.

Yelp
I made the mistake of cancelling the townhouse I'd reserved at another resort and booked this house for our 5 days in Orlando. How I wish I had not done that! I chose this property because the house came with a pool and hot tub and my children thought that seemed like SO MUCH FUN! Turns out the pool and hot tub were broken and would not be fixed during our stay. They smelled like disgusting stink water so we couldn't even sit out back to eat or enjoy the spaces nearby. The water in the pool was SLIME and they were so kind as to eventually offer to refund the extra $200 I was charged to heat the hot tub (which is such a scam it isn't even funny). It only took 8 or 9 phone calls for them to make the gracious offer for that refund. The AC in the house was broken upon our arrival. The house was 85 degrees. I don't even know how many times I called asking for them to fix it and each time they sent the same person who would look at it and tell me to "be patient, it SHOULD cool a degree per hour" once it gets dark. On day 4 and after more calls letting them know it didn't even cool the house below 82, they finally sent the same guy who spent the whole day walking in and out of the house working on replacing a part that he admitted he should have just done on day one. Finally that night it cooled it down to 72 degrees. That meant we got to enjoy one night of our stay with cool and and that was the only night that one of my three children didn't come into our room crying because they were "too hot to sleep." Unacceptable! The first floor bathroom toilet didn't work. We discovered that on the second day. The master toilet also did not work and my husband was so sick of calling the office about all the problems we had that he decided to fix it himself (which he did, but the pipes in the walls behind the toilet still made a horrid, loud screeching sound each time it was flushed and would continue to run). There was no hot water when we arrived. I didn't find this out until it was midnight and I could finally relax after the whole day of travel and hassle with the Jeeves people about their insane check in procedures. They actually checked me in and then had the audacity to call back an hour later saying they forgot to make a copy of something and I needed to come right back. I said no, I'll bring it by in the morning and they LOCKED ME OUT of the house by changing the door code. Sent me an email stating that and threating eviction procedures. I WAS ALREADY CHECKED IN! At the time they decided to lock me out, I was cooking dinner for my children and they left me standing outside unable to get back in. My pot of food was beginning to smoke on the stove and my 3 children were still inside. My daughter started to scream and cry and I finally got her to go around to the back door to let me in. GOOD THING THE BACK DOOR DOESN'T HAVE A FUNCTIONAL LOCK!!! Otherwise I'm not sure she'd have been able to get it open and God only knows what would have happened. A fire was not far off. The Jeeves people could have killed someone with their irresponsible, shameful tactic of locking me out because of their own mistake. Shame on them. They did come fix the lock on the door when I called about it, but try explaining to 3 children under 8 why Mommy has to lock them in their bedrooms that night because the door doesn't lock. That was real fun sleeping with an eye and ear open. The resort itself was nothing special. Overpriced crap food. There was foam that the kids found was fun on the first day we were there but the rest of the days there was hardly a bubble so they were disappointed in that. The tubes for the slides are houses WAY out of the way not even close to the stairs where you've got to lug them up to the slide. They also keep them in the hot sun so they really burn you as you struggle to get it where you need. They also don't tell you a kid can't wear a floatie or you can't carry your cell phone up to the slide top and make you take it all the way back down. The moral of the story is take that $2k they want for a couple nights here and stay at a Disney resort or somewhere else. Stay anywhere else. I am STILL WAITING for that manager to call to apologize and resolve the issues we had while we stayed. They promised each time I called that the manager would "be in tomorow" and would call. What a joke. Everytime we called we were fed the same BS line about "we will check on that and get back to you" but they never did. Probably because they knew the pool wouldn't be fixed or anything else and didn't want to tell us that until the night before we left and had no choice. I will post this review anywhere I can in hopes it steers people away from this place. We have gone to Orlando every summer for 8 years and this has been the WORST experience and ironically, it was the most EXPENSIVE PLACE we have stayed. Buyer beware!

Yelp
7707 Banyon way Florida has roaches !! I checked in Sunday 7/09/23 and noticed bugs. They sprayed Monday and bugs came back Tuesday evening. In the Am Wednesday, I will be checking out. I cannot pay 3900 with 1k deposit to live with roaches. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they will never get anymore rentals. I will make it by personal mission in life to repost this review until I get compensated for staying here.

Yelp
**BEWARE** Encore resort ant reunion employees are thieves!! Make sure you thoroughly check everything before checking out of the premise. We stayed there couple weeks ago. One of our family member forgot her purse behind in the room and didn't realized it 30 mins later. We called the resort and it was no longer there after an agent inspected the property. it's our fault for rushing out and left things behind but they need to train their employees to be honest and return guests items when found. Some sort of strict loss prevention plan to reduce employees from stealing. Be cautious everyone!!!

Yelp
We just spent a week with our family at this resort. Our stay here was full of issues and disappointments from the arrival. We arrived late due to a delay in getting our rental car. Here are our multitude of issues: 1. When we arrived the house was 80 degrees. We called the management and they sent someone out who told us that all of the AC is controlled by the main computer and no one turned ours on. it is also set to go no lower than 72 degrees. 2. We found that the house, though made to house 10 people, didn't have enough pots or pans to cook for 2. We had to request extra pans twice. Also, if you plan to cook as we did, there were also very limited other kitchen supplies. Like one serving bowl. 3. They give you 3 sets of towels for each bathroom. This was 12 for us. So, if you have 9 people or 10 like the house advertises, you will have to use the same towel to shower and use at the pool. (You can get an extra set of towels for $5.00.) I was told this was why they had a washer. We had no kitchen towels or dish clothes and had to call to request them. They brought us 2. 4. When we walked into the home, the entire floor was sticky and there was melted chocolate on the hall carpeting and in one bedroom. 5. There is a large sectional in the living area and the entire back was broken on one side, the springs were broken on the other side and the back cushion was ripped. One kitchen cabinet had a broken hinge, as did one of the dressers in one bedroom. The vertical blinds were broken and would not close. 6. Each house has a beautiful pool and what we thought was a hot tub. We were told it was not a hot tub, but a bubbling water feature unless we paid $44 a day to turn on the heat in the hot tub and pool. The pool was a little cloudy when we arrived and on day 2 or 3 we smelled chlorine so we figured it had been treated. This was too late because 3 of my 4 grandchildren had bilateral ear infections from swimming in that pool and our medical bills were around $700. 7. We paid to have a gas grill and when we arrived we noticed no propane tank. We had to call twice to get them to bring it to us. 8. There are no cleaning supplies for the house if you spill or want to clean the counters. 9. There were lots of bugs and small worms in the house. 10. The staff was nice, but not very helpful and did not communicate with each other. 11. They advertise many events during the week. We were attending the ice cream social with the kids and when we couldn't find it, we asked. They said that they did know anyone wanted to do it and the event director was not working. They eventually got everything out but it was an hour and a half later. 11. Lastly, When you are planning your vacation here, you need to know that after the cleaning fee, care package cost, daily amenity fee and taxes, your bill will be at least 27% more than the cost of the house. It was very costly for our family of 9 to go from Chicago to Florida and we wouldn't let this resort ruin our good time. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It was a disappointment from day one to day seven!

Yelp
Upon arriving we found the house to be extremely underwhelming and dirty. The word "grimy" best describes the place. Especially with a pandemic in the world I expected substantial cleanliness, but that was not the case. There were finger prints and residual food grime on the table, and even food wrappers left on the floor. Not to mention a broken table top, scuffed up walls all throughout the property, and the carpet was stained. Location was perfect, but the road leading into the complex was tragic. Encore Resorts needs to revamp their process for the gates because the way it was done led to nothing but traffic and unnecessary waiting !! Lastly, I did try to contact property management to resolve my concerns but they never contacted me to make up for it. Needless to say, I will never be staying at an Encore property again.

Yelp
Our house that my family originally booked was switched at the last minute and our new house was subpar to say the least. No amenities or features that we originally booked like a theater room, game room, upstairs balcony seating area. Also the 10am check out time is beyond ridiculous and stupid, check in time was 4pm and check out time 10am. Don't stay at 250 Clawson Ave at this resort. Furniture is outdated and looks like something from the medieval times.

Yelp
Checked into a filthy house. Puke on rug, dog hair on carpet, filthy floors that turned our feet black, missing bed sheets, dirty pool with trash and hair throughout, dirty playpen was brought to us that still had someone else's belongings closed inside, A/C unit was struggling to cool the house the entire week. The decor in the bedrooms was cute and Disney themed but much of it was broken and damaged. It really looked like this house was maybe due for a renovation soon. Expected a really nice house for what we paid but wound up wasting our money. Customer service offered us a small discount after talking to them every day of our trip. Kept getting the run around and the discount we received was a slap in the face after the numerous things that were wrong about our unit.

Yelp
I felt like this place needs an amazing review for the service i have been given !!! I just arrived late in the evening. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk attendant. I could see her smile through the mask! The check in process was smooth and quick. She answered all of my questions and even referred me to the restaurant upstairs (Finns). The server Daniel at Finns took my order right before closing. The food came out quick (as i was trying to get back to my rental home after a long drive). I ordered a steak salad, shrimp tacos and the caramel cheesecake for dessert. When I arrived at my resort rental home I settled in and dug into the food. I was very impressed by the quality of food! The steak was cooked perfect and went great with the avocados and corn. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything! What an amazing way to start my trip. I will probably write even more by the end of my trip. Thank you for the great check-in experience and food, Encore Resort! Looking forward to the rest of my stay !

Yelp
This is our second visit however this visit will also be our LAST! For the amount of money spent this place needs to do better. For one, it's $60 per day to warm the pool, both visits we encountered the inconvenience of not being able to use our access card accurately which meant every time we come and go we had to stop, provide ID, wait 3-4 minutes for some one to buzz in. ANNOYING!!! Poor customer service. Also, the amount of traffic to come and go from this location is not worth my stay, sanity or time in the future. We came here for vacation and it felt like "rush hour" often. There is only one street in and one street out of this resort and it's always packed with waiting cars causing you to need to calculate an additional 20 minutes coming and going from this resort. Don't stay here. Not worth the frustration.

Yelp
I stayed here last summer and completely forgot to review it so here I am now! They rent out vacation homes to families ranging from 3 to 12 bed! The homes are beautiful and come stocked with silverware and kitchenware! There's a pool in the backyard of every house and a back door alarm as well! The main building is walking distance from any house and they have free shuttles to Disney or any theme park/sightseeing location. There are also basketball/volleyball courts, water slides, pools, restaurants, gyms, and child care clubs at the main location!! 10/10 recommend!!

Yelp
We have been here twice and have a good idea of a balanced review now. Pros: your own pool and spa. Houses are nice. Even when are dishwasher didn't work on the first visit a maintenance worker showed up late at night to take care of us. Cons: you think you would have privacy having your own house but do not the case. First visit there were loud parties going on next door with foul mouth music happening three straight days. Anything but peaceful. Second visit. The neighbors never shut the door and the alarm went off non stop for 7 straight days. Pool warming fees are ridiculous. $75/ a day. So budget that in if you come in winter time. East Versus west side: we have been in both. West side worth the extra money. East side can have you backing up to the highway and high powered lines. On the plus side the noise from the highway can mask the alarm sound from your neighbor.

Yelp
Gave this resort one more shot. The old saying, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice..... came back for the private home/pool idea during the omicron pandemic season. Had issues last year but, after their response to last year's yelp review, thought it would be better. Found a lack of concern and communication throughout the stay. Here are a few of the issues to consider before booking here. 1- Staff delayed our check-in due to maintenance concerns with the dishwasher which continued to have issues the whole time and did not seem concerned. 2- Pool and hot tub were dirty and heat would not come on- dealt with that for the entire stay. Called multiple times a day. It was not working or barely heated and then told the temp was just set too low even though the computer registered it as higher. We authorized payment for heat at least five separate times and everyday, had to call to address this again. Told we would move so we packed, then told we wouldn't. Finally, towards the end of our stay, they determined it showed in the system as unoccupied. Super stressful with empty promises each day to correct it. This was the only reason we booked here and made that abundantly clear. It was also frustrating to see the pools on either side of us steaming in the cooler weather with people enjoying it - while ours did not. 3- and probably the biggest issue for me: my husband and I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor/ literally anyone in charge more than 10 times both in person and on the phone and was told no one was available. You get better service at McDonalds than you do here. The manager did eventually come by and we assumed it would be fixed- however, had same issues everyday afterwards. In addition, our resort cards magically stopped working and the key pad to our door. 4- The home was beautiful but many of the tvs did not work. We also had issues with the heat/ac being too cool. Maintenance staff told us (while they were out there they checked) and said it was set to 69 degrees and could not go higher and both floors have to be set on same temp. It was in the low 40's- 50's while we were there- be aware of this if you like a warmer home.

Yelp
Hands down the best vacation home we've had in Orlando! Clean resort, home, grounds, Pool, splash pad etc. everything was great. We definitely will stay here for our future Florida visits.

Yelp
The pools are absolutely disgusting why pay for a home with a private pool during corona pandemic if we can not enjoy the pool , constant frogs ,lizards ,bats ,bunnies, snakes, bugs ,beetles, centipedes in the POOL . The pool is Not screened in like other resorts this is a big issue. Getting into the resort is annoying there is a long line of cars you have to wait forever until your car is let inside. I would not come back.

Yelp
My family was scheduled to stay at Encore Resort at Reunion from July 12th - 19th. But, we left July 14th at 12 am with a promise of a full refund after the horrific stay. The reason that we left the establishment was the house was extremely hot due to the broke HVAC unit, infestation of roaches throughout the cabinetry and poor to no internet connection on tv's making it impossible to watch tv. The initial temperature in the upstairs portion of the house ranged between 84-88 degrees. The first floor temperatures ranged between 79-84 degrees. They attempted to fix the issue by putting portable air condition units in the windows. This 1.7 million house had 10 portable air conditioners in the window and fans everywhere to facilitate the movement of air throughout the house. Despite the attempt the house never got below 78 degree look at the picture I have of the staff member standing at the Thermostat. They also attempted to mitigate the infestation of roaches with pest control but at night the roaches ruled the kitchen. I have picture of the dead roaches, I have pictures of the window units and poor connection tv's. My family was promise a full refund of our money because of the poor slum lord condition we had to dwell in. After a week of phone conversations today I was told by a representative that I would not be receiving a refund. So, now I'm being stuck up for my money after living through that nightmare. Florida and Orlando is supposed to be a nice family orientated area. I still believe it is but do not stay anywhere on Encore Resort at Reunion, especially at 260 Clawson Way Kissimmee, FL 34747, United States this was the disgusting house address. The staff was rude, showed no compassion or empathy for destroying our vacation. Additionally, my family had to come out of pocket to stay at another resort for the remaining of our time in Orlando costing us thousands. Please do not stay with Encore Resort at Reunion.

Yelp
The restaurant has some delicious food. I recommend Steak salad and Tomato Caprese as an appetizer

Yelp
Great experience. Easy to get to Disney at a fraction of price. Plenty of restaurants and grocery close by.

Yelp
BAIT AND SWITCH - BUYER BEWARE Encore did not provide the home we reserved. Emailed them this morning and they did nothing about it as we learned just now. Front desk did not care. I would only have paid half for that home. Kids were set on the home we picked as a family. Shame on encore

Yelp
So this past weekend, I stayed at Encore Resort located in Orlando area. This was about my 4 or 5th time going here at myself and my family have always enjoyed it UNTIL , this last trip this past weekend. I booked a home, and arrived about 3:15. I was checked in and the young lady kept walking away and talking, laughing with co workers instead of focusing on check me in. After a grueling 45 min check in experience that included, not having the code to the home and not knowing if the home was clean. I also specifically asked for a home with spa tub and the home did not include that at all. After getting to the home the door code would not work after numerous tries an employee passed by and asked if we needed help. He was about to get someone in the wallet Talley to get us a working code. Once inside the home, the tv cable boxes were ALL non working and after calling the maintenance number about 6 times they finally sent someone after 8pm. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the televisions so we just settled with watching Netflix on our personal devices. The pool to our home was dirty and there were numerous pieces of trash around the deck area such as plastic bottles and cups. Our neighbors played loud music till about 2:13am when a security guard runs our doorbell to ask did we call and complain. No we didn't, but God knows we wanted to. To say we were highly disappointed in Encore is an understatement. My family has had so many beautiful memories here however the treatment we received this past weekend was plan disgusting. Not to mention we paid 2100 (500 dep) to be treated this way is another blow. I will be searching for another rental home resort to accommodate us better. Signed, Disappointed frequent traveler

Yelp
We recently rented an 8 bedroom elite home for a family reunion. The house was not very well maintained as lots of stuff was broken or not up-kept. The "game room" was a mess, nothing worked. Some didn't work and other were completely smashed and broken. Most the TVs didn't work properly and remotes had missing batteries. Lightbulbs were out everywhere, including on the pool. The garbage was full when we got there so there were flies everywhere and also flies all over the yard for some reason. The pool was never cleaned during the week we were there making for a gross cloudy pool by day 5. We had 17 people in the house and there were two bath towels per bathroom so we had to call for more to be sent. I will say when we called they were very responsive but honestly who wants to spend a vacation calling to tell them what's wrong with the house, it gets old fast. For what they are charging (over $5k) the properties should be maintained. My daughter forgot to empty one of the drawers in the room she was staying in. We called the next day and as of today, one full week since leaving, we are told they don't have anything. I'm assuming they were either thrown away or stolen. We sent a mail to the resort letting them know all the issues we had and never received a response. We will likely never use them again and we're truly disappointed at the experience. It's a shame too because the properties and facilities are great. Maybe we just ended up with a lemon house but the non response to our mail cemented my feelings on the experience.

Yelp
Booked for a weekend stay with 10 people - 12 hours before we were due to arrive - they cancelled us due to a glitch in their system and that we were double booked. I even called to confirm our stay the day before and every thing was fine. I was left scrambling. Found another over priced property to rent through another company and they wouldn't even let my kids use their water park. Never again.

Yelp
Hello, I stayed at one of your properties on May 16-19, 2019. On May 19, 2019, we contacted the office to report a ring that was left in one of the guest bedrooms on the second level. An employee (Initials D.J.) confirmed the ring was found and emailed a picture of the ring to us on May 19, 2019. I was instructed to complete a lost item report and I completed the report on May 19, 2019 (report #12683266). I haven't received ANY communication from your staff since May 19, 2019. On May 25, 2019, I sent a follow up email to the Service Express Supervisor ( initial K. V.) and to D. J. and as of June 7, 2019 I haven't received a reply yet. This is extremely unprofessional, no one has followed up with me regarding the found ring and I am concerned about my property.

Yelp
The house itself is beautiful and the water park is a really nice perk but that's really it. You can tell the houses are cheaply made and never maintained but yet they charge for every little thing. Pool heat is extra but our pool did not have heat. Walls and carpet are dirty. TVs do not work. Washer and dryer broken. WiFi would not work. The list goes on....also not a great location traffic wise it's horrible and also hard to get in and out of resort due to such high traffic

Branam C.

Yelp
Firstly, the homes themselves are very well decorated and have anything you need. I booked an eight bedroom house and it was absolutely perfect. The house had a PS5 in it, a ping-pong table in the garage, pool, hot tub, and loads of space. Walls are thick so you don't hear anything from the other rooms. If you are looking to stay in Orlando, it's like a 10ish minute drive to Universal Studios and perfectly placed just far enough away to get off the parks while you recover. Each unit is like a huge house just for you. Full kitchen, living space with huge smart TVs so you can link all of your netflix, entertainment apps of all kinds. Parking for everyone right in the house. Gated and protected. Look no further for a destination spot while visiting. Can't say enough about the houses at Encore! Will be back 100% A++++

Phillips A.

Yelp
We entered the home Monday the 4th to a dirty pool, no cable, roaches and worms, dirty/stained sheets, no washcloths or enough towels, stained towels, holes in the walls, curtain blinds missing, feces on/under toilet seats ,broken doors( pictures will follow). The amount I paid for my stay was 1771.19. When I returned home Friday I saw an extra charge for 39.99. When I called ACO I was informed that it was for stained towels ( the nerve) . The entire stay I was in contact with ACO and everything I complained about was blamed on Encore. All of the years I have been coming to Encore I have never had a problem. For this to have happened on my children Spring Break and for them not to enjoy themselves. I am highly disappointed. The pool did not get cleaned until Wednesday. The cable guy came Wednesday and Thursday and we were still left with no tv or internet. We had to go out and buy washcloths, towels and roach spray. As a frequent visitor I find this offensive and highly unprofessional due to the fact that my concerns were not addressed in a timely manner and/or were disrespectfully dismissed.

Yelp
Stayed here from June 20-June 24, 2022. I stayed with a group of relatives and for this type of vacation, the space was good. We booked 2 houses but they were not beside each other. In looking at the website, my expectations were high, so I was disappointed when we arrived. I have stayed at several resorts in my life and the amenities were just average. The house had several bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a game area with a air hockey table and arcade games, theatre room, 2-car garage and pool. You are only able to watch dvds in the theatre room which was disappointing since we didn't bring any dvds. There is also a "waterpark" onsite which is essentially a area with a kiddie slide and a few water objects, a giant water slide and a large pool. While this is a nice distraction on site, I would not call it a waterpark. There is a snack/bar area for purchases. I think it doesn't open till 11:00am and closes at 6:00pm. Now remember you are in Florida in the summertime where it doesn't get dark till at least 8:00pm so I think if it opens so late, it should at least stay open later. The pool at our house was broken on the first day and after complaining, we were told it would be fixed the next day by the afternoon. It wasn't. After calling several times, the technician that came out said that the filter was broken and the house shouldn't be used till it was fixed. We stayed several days and it was still not fixed by the time we left. There were several empty houses where we could've been moved to on the first day especially since they knew about the problem. There are washer/dryers on each floor, but the dryers were broken or not working properly. It took at least 3 hours to dry a load of towels. We drove from another state and finally arrived at around 3:30pm. Since check-in was 4:00pm, they would not allow us to check in early. I have NEVER experienced that. Every resort/hotel where I have ever stayed would at least allow you to check in and hold your luggage until you could go into the room especially since it was only 30 minutes. The staff was very unbothered and didn't seem to care much about our concerns. I was on the phone talking to someone asked him to hold on while I asked a relative a question and when I went back, he had hung up. All in all, should we do this again, I would definitely stay somewhere else.

Yelp
We had a party of 13 with us, the total was about $2500 for about 7nights. 11/13 out of the 13 beds were amazing!! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The other 2 beds screeched a lot with every move, really sucked for my sister and grandma. The house itself was amazing, a lot of room and privacy. Shuttle transportation to Disney World was pretty good in the morning at night time was when it became a true hassle. Our bus was 45mins late and after a long day at the park that was really an inconvenience. We decided to just drive to Universal Studious to avoid the hassle. Customer service with the reception/ help desk/ shuttle desk people could really be fixed. Idk if it's because the had not had their coffee or they were having a bad week but all members seem to be very snappy, when we tried calling for help on the shuttle they were so unhelpful we needed up getting lost and the shuttle had to wait on us. Besides a that we would stay here again, the house and water park were really awesome. And personally, my bed was soo nice! I spent 2 days just sleeping. My back feels amazing!
