What a difference a few months (& possibly some school holidays) makes to the food quality at one of the best places to chill and have an ice cold drink. Today's good was below par for all three dishes. Steak sandwich was served in a hot dog roll that was sweet to taste, and lacked sauce. Zero drip of anything on my plate from the steak sanga. Saying that the steak was cooked perfectly, the vegies were fresh n crispy, cheese tasty, but the sweetness of the bun...... Sigh 😭 Seafood platter, should come from the sea (Crikey guys, you walk into the beach from your garden for goodness sakes) not a freezer/box. The fish was hard and old tasting. Crab sticks???? Not a crab in sight. Chips were good Fish n chips, refer to fish description above, chips good. Drinks perfect and ice cold 10/10. Location, scenery, vibe 10/10.

A really lovely place in Lancelin. From the outside and at first glance, it looks like just another typical tavern. But once inside, the restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a lawn, offering a stunning view of the ocean, with turquoise blue waters and a gorgeous white sandy beach. The sandwiches and burgers are good, the fish and chips as well, and we were lucky enough to enjoy great live music.

Beautiful location, good spot for kids to play on the grass. However the food was disappointing. Margarita pizza came out with no pesto, it had no flavour, I couldn’t eat more than 2 slices. It’s not worth the $24 I paid. Online menu should be updated as it stated the margarita pizza would cost $19 and then inside the pub it is actually $24.

Looks can be deceiving. The $40 grilled fish meal at the Endeavour Tavern was awful and disappointing, so much so that I was offered a refund by one of the staff who passed by our table to collect our plates, noticing that I had left most of the fish uneaten. From the first mouthful the fish was dry, tough and had an unpleasant taste. At least the view was nice overlooking the ocean.

I walked here from my accommodation along the beach path. Great atmosphere and location. Family friendly. I had a steak sandwich which was served on a long bread roll which was un-toasted and took away from the taste. Bacon was more like a ham slice [possibly not cooked enough]. Over all it was ok. Had a pint of ginger beer from the tap - surprised to note it cost less than perth prices. Overall a pleasant visit

What a beautiful place to eat when in Lancelin! Fish and chips were top notch. Pizza’s great too.

Kids cheeseburgers were terrible. $18 each and was awful. A woolworths pre-made beef pattie and pre-sliced cheese at best. Kids all complaining these tasted funny. I had some thinking I would score some burgers. Gross!

The food was hit and miss. The beef burger was incredible but the chicken schnitzel was burnt on the edges and very dry. I would recommend coming here though for the view and excellent selection of drinks. A very cute, truly Australian pub.

Great lunch spot! Ocean views with homey pub atmosphere. Great fish and chips and good beer choices. Friendly staff.

Up in Lancelin for a little visit this weekend, we decided to stop here for lunch. It was pretty busy as its a long weekend so the wait time for food was about 45mins - but staff inform you about this when you are ordering which is nice. We had the calamari and the fish and chips. The calamari was cooked well and tasty but need more salad and less chips. Some of the fish was tough and a bit greasy. The service was friendly and this place has a relaxed summer vibe. The main issue I had was that the whole area absolutely reeked of sewage, the smell was unbelievably disgusting. Apparently this is caused by seaweed in the beach ? Maybe someone should clean it up!

I had the sweet & sour pork on a bed of fluffy rice,off the blackboard specials on my recent visit. Short wait time,tasty and great value !

This wonderful Tavern in Lancelin out side Perth, off Indian Ocean drive going north depending where you live, for me 45 minutes. One of my favorite get aways close to home. Relaxing with my boyfriend... l took Steve to share this breathe of fresh air and views to die for, on the door step garden out back on looking the ocean from the Tavern. The lunches and dinners here are just as beautiful watching the sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Prices to suit all from fish n chips or a sit down meal and with a choice to sit in or outside. Never turn your back !! As the seagulls are well fed.

I drove here when I found another café nearby closed. All of the sign says it is a beachfront bar and bistro open seven days, meals are only served from 12 noon to 2 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM

This is our favorite lunch spot on the West Coast. The view is wonderful and relaxing in any weather. Sit and watch the waves, the boats, the clouds, the seagulls as all your cares wash away. The food is basic pub food but always good quality. Soups are great in winter, the Mexican pizza is yummy and available all hours. Love it!!!

Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean with quick service. However, disappointed they had run out of the T-bone steak special early on in the evening. Settled for a chicken schnitzel at $27 but charged an extra $3.50 for pepper sauce. Then asked for an extra $1 for credit card surcharge. I don't like this type of charging. Unfortunately the schnitzel was dry and my wifes steak was too fatty. The salad and chips were fresh. Probably would not come again.

Google and maps says closes at 11pm. At 9:28 we went to play pool after waiting patiently as some men took multiple rounds of playing. A horrible staff member says with attitude "you're not playing a game guys, we're closed". We then told her that online says 11pm which she cut us off harshly (having her back turned to us, mind you) saying "yeah google says till late, but there's no point staying open for 2 people" we then stood in shock. I said to my friend that we may as well hurry up and scull our drinks to leave which this worker with lack of professionalism replied "well I did call last drinks and we closed half an hour ago" *last drinks at 8:45pm*. We were so shocked at the back chatting attitude, that wasn't even addressed to us by face that we left immediately and disgusted. Will certainly be speaking with the manager tomorrow morning about this disgusting behaviour where a tourist was treated like this.
