Energy Station

It's a lot larger inside than you're expecting. Food was good, service was good. The shareable side that we got, because this is our first time going there, for free was basically four hot dogs in proper hoagie roll with toppings and fried pickles sprinkled around. Very solid appetizer that is really meant for 4 people. Probably a little bit more of like a meal then an advertiser but awesome nonetheless. Everything else was fantastic. They have a nice checkout process you can scan your receipt QR code and pay on the web and just show your receipt on the way out. All in all I understand why some many recommend coming here. *Went back again still great experience. Drink refills were on point. Food was great again

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and perfect. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our waitress, Rachel. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked in at the right times, and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. Rachel’s excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant because of both the food and the outstanding service.

What a wonderful place to eat at! The food here is fantastic! We come an hour away and have eaten here two times so far and plan to come a lot more! One time with Rachael G as our server one night and Angela another night they were both outstanding and kind! They made both our nights very enjoyable it always starts with the waitress first!

I just ate the most amazing buttermilk fried chicken sandwich of my life! And the French fries were great, too! Rachel was our server - she's so sweet, genuine, and efficient. The food comes out quickly. It's always such a pleasant dining experience here. We will definitely be back and I'll definitely order that sandwich again!

I always have a lovely time when I come to the Energy Station which is quite a lot! I love coming here for their breakfast and their Ice Cream which are both excellent! But to be honest, most trips here are for their buffet and/or salad bar! I come to eat A LOT as I'm a Food Challenger, Foodie, and YouTuber. I've done quite a few Livestreams from here as well! All the staff are great and super supportive, but I'd love to give a special shout out to Rachel for always having a smiling face and being an exceptional waitress! She's also a big fan of mine! Ask for Dana! She is the best. Even if the place looks packed you don’t wait to be seated. Food is yummy and comes out quick. We come here all the time.

Been going to the Energy Station for years, the food and service have always been great. But today, they were not. Our waitress was very pleasant, but inattentive and forgetful. We placed our orders, but when we got our food, the additional egg that I'd ordered was missing. I have been ordering an extra egg here for years, and it's never been an issue. She said the kitchen messed up the order and she'd be right back. During this time, I had to go to the front counter to request a coffee refill, as she wasn't to be found. And she never came back with the extra egg. When she finally appeared, we'd finished eating, and she asked if everything was ok, having completely forgotten about the extra food. I reminded her again, for the third time, and she again blamed the kitchen ... maybe she thought she'd delivered it? She returned with our check, and the extra egg was on the bill. I asked her to remove it ... she took the check back and returned it to us, still charging for an extra egg that I never received, so I had the charge removed at the front register. The young lady seemed very sweet, but she needs additional training. The restaurant was not nearly as busy as usual during breakfast on a Sunday morning, undoubtedly due to the snowy weather, but she seemed completely clueless and maybe overwhelmed. We will go back, because it's always been great in the past, but on this visit, the service was awful.

Quick service with delicious food and decent prices. Got a cold brew coffee with a Ham and Spinach Omlette. The chunks of ham were nice and thick and the spinach was snappy. Overall $12+$3 tip makes this a nice breakfast and lunch spot.

This is a great family friendly diner with excellent ice cream. The star of the show is really the ice cream, but the food is also good! My family and I love meeting friends here and always have a good time. The staff are always excellent and kind to us.

Service was great. Food was good except the home fries are bland. No seasoning whatsoever.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. My finance and I came in for breakfast. We were seated at about 1:10, by 1:40 we still hadn't even been greeted. Just as we were getting up to leave someone asked if we've been greeted and when we said no, we were asked "why we didn't say anything" instead of an apology or anything. The first time I've ever had to get up and walk out of a restaurant. HIGHLY disappointing, especially for a place as beloved as it is. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

What a great breakfast place! There were many Christmas specials, including a Grinchmas omelet filled with "roast beast" with a green horseradish sauce on top. I heard it was good. I had a spinach mushroom omelet which was very fresh, and got a 1/2 waffle with it instead of toast. What a great waffle! Only the shredded potatoes weren't good, as they were terribly oily. I couldn't eat them. We also opted for a special hot chocolate, which was dessert in a cup. It had homemade candy cane ice cream in it and was delicious! We love that this place did not shut down for indoor dining due to our dictator governor's covid restrictions. We are actively going and supporting businesses that have kept their indoor dining. Judging by how busy they were, and the amount of seniors in there, there were many others with the same attitude. We will definitely be back again soon. Another great point, prices here are very low!

Everything is good here from the food to the service to the ice cream. The portions are large enough to fill up my grandsons. We love this place!

A great family-friendly restaurant located in the corner of a shopping center. The new location is fairly big and can accommodate large parties. The menu has countless options to chose from so there is something for everyone! Breakfast is served all day. The service and food is average. The Energy Station is a good option in the Harleysville area.

Food has gone downhill. Ate there the other day and it was horrible. My kids chicken strips were dried out we left most of it there.

Stopped in for a late breakfast on Saturday morning. Needed to recover from a wedding the night before and where better to juice up than The Energy Station! Called ahead to see if there was any wait and was pleasantly surprised that there was none. We arrived and were seated immediately at a booth. There's something about sitting at a booth with worn out upholstery at a greasy spoon joint that warms my heart. We couldn't resist ordering off the fall specials menu - pumpkin pancakes with pecan maple syrup and pumpkin pie cold brew. The pancakes were great but the syrup was a little too molasses-y for me. The cold brew would have been great plain but the pumpkin pie sauce wasnt that great of an addition. I guess we got a little carried away with the fall flavors. We also ordered the Harleysville. French toast came out great and bacon was PERFECTLY cooked.

Our food was just dripping in oil and butter. Second visit here and will be my last.

I went on a Sunday early afternoon and the place was packed! After waiting for a table, my friend and I had a waitress who was adequate during a very busy time, but she was more unfriendly than necessary. I like a booth and they were fine, but you feel every movement of the person behind you which is unusual. It was clean and the ambiance was casual. The food was just ok and the prices were good. I would not return because there are better places nearby.

Firstly the food is amazing and the service is on point and the decor is one of my favorites because you can feel like your eating fancy when it's cheaper more in budget food so I highly recommend the energy station.

The food is decent for diner food. However, every time we've eaten at The Energy Station someone in our party finds a hair, so that's always a surprise and running joke.

It's in the corner of the Landis grocery market. I often don't remember they are there. But when we do go...the service is great, the food is terrific and we often hav leftovers! "The Harleysville" is my go to dish... French toast, egg and bacon! The food is great. The service is always second none. It's best to go during off hours to avoid loud crowds.

Energy station is sometimes hit or miss however they have been a hit the last few time. Chicken pot pie is AMAZING

Energy Station. We have been loyal customers for years and have enjoyed many delicious breakfasts. But.. for our last 3 visits something has changed. For any offering involving eggs and home fries the quality and taste has changed. My impression is butter on the grill has been substituted for margarine or some generic cooking oil. I never leave food on the plate but I was unable to enjoy the food that I came to look forward to. We'll give it another try in a few months to see if anything has changed.

I just visited Energy Station . I entered right behind a couple who was seated by the host. I waited at the host stand and two more people arrived with an incomplete party and were serviced while I wasn't acknowledged. I immediately left there is no way the hostess didn't see me there when I stand at 6'2 and kind of stood out as the only black person in the establishment.

I stopped by this restaurant as it was on the way to green lane hiking trails for a decent breakfast to fill us up for the hike. I got the Harleysville, which was two French toast, 4 slices of bacon, and an egg. Then I also got shredded hash browns on the side, extra well done. Then my friend got the sticky bun French toast with hash brown patties on the side. Food came out at a decent time and I enjoyed my meal, but nothing was salted. My friend however did not enjoy it and had undercooked French toast where it did make him feel a bit sick. He thought the hash brown was ok, but again was not salted. Overall this is a typical diner vibe, with a cool ice cream section right next to the seated area, which we did not try. It did look like they had some interesting flavors I'd be willing to go back and try.

The food at Energy Station is mediocre diner fare. It is hard to get eggs and bacon wrong. But don't steer to far from those items or you might be disappointed. The place is always bustling and it's a cute interior. You can expect a wait on a weekend morning.

Just a FLUKE! Yesterday, I stumbled into finding Your Place. I was Really Impressed with the DECORE/Layout of the Place. The Waitress was a Sweetheart! I asked how long You been in that Location? Told 3 YEARS. I used 2 Eat ate the OLD PLACE on the Top of the Hill. And the TRAIN STATION in TELFORD. Both Really Good! KUDOS! 2 The Owner,I Remember Her working at SOUDERTON Restaurant, Years Before She Owned a Restaurant. Remember Her being a HUSTLER? She did it all ! But anyway My Point being is She knows How 2 Run/Own a BIZZ! Loved it all! Will be back. All GREAT! FOOD,DECOR,PRICE, & Last but not Least the Waitress. Thank You! Wish You! Well!

Pretty decent breakfast food. Haven't tried anything on their dinner menu but the Shepard's pie looks alright!

I will never be back. I was here this afternoon with my mom for lunch. We were seated promptly but then left to sit. We had a waitress drop and break a plate next to us. She swept up broken pieces right next to me. We sat for over 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us. All the tables around us were seated and had drinks,and had ordered their food. Some of them were even getting there food when we left. No one noticed we were never helped. It was not until we left when the hostess asked how my meal was, that anyone ever knew. No apology was offered. Nope will never spend money here.

Very disappointing! I had the veggie skillet ! . Overcooked scrambled eggs raw cold veggies sitting on top of bed of bland under cooked home fries. I cannot figure out why you'd ever serve hot food on top of raw food? Making matters worse was the fact that my waitress had a very bad attitude and was annoyed when I replied to her question everything was okay. Why ask if you don't want potentially negative feedback? I would sadly say my over all experience was very, very disappointing !!!

Great food and service, good prices! Excellent safety precautions. Limited seating indoors and outdoors in a tent. Its nice to be back as a regular. Remember to tip generously!

Huge menu, friendly service, and... ice cream! Family oriented huge place with lots of comfortable seating. Priced fairly, and just an overall joy.

This was our first visit here and it was for breakfast. The place was hopping on this Sat morning but fortunately the wait for a table was less than 10 minutes. From the looks of the parking lot, I was expecting it to be much longer. Note there is both a front and back entrance to the restaurant, so if there is a wait list, I'm not too sure if they are really honoring the order in which people arrive. I went with one of their breakfast specials for the day--a lemon berry crepe, which was fantastic. My one son had a full size Belgian waffle and my other son had the Mickey Mouse pancake off the kids menu. The Belgian waffle was your typical Belgian waffle, but the Mickey Mouse pancake looked a bit malformed. I guess they won't have to worry about any sort of infringement on Disney! The pancake itself tasted fine though. Food came out quick (less than 10 minutes from ordering) and service was very friendly. All in all, very happy with our breakfast here and would definitely come back!

This is a nice little rustic diner. The food is pretty good and the people are friendly. There is also a separate area if you just want ice cream, water ice and things of that nature. Prices are decent, too. Like I said, it's a rustic place, so if you're looking for a fancy upscale diner, this isn't it. If you like casual, down-to-earth dives, give this place a try.

Kind of underwhelming. Many menu items are premade and frozen. Anything from the grill can be quite greasy. Service is variable. Prices are ok for what you get.

This establishment is Very Capable of 5 *****'S. It's Very Cleanly and well kept, understated modernly designed and spotless bathroom. It's located within A litte hidden quiet center. I ordered their "California Burger"(well well done) w/Fries & A Strawberry cheesecake SHAKE!!! The Burger was Hearty & delicious, fries tasty and that Shake put the meal over the top!! The E.C. offers many unique flavored ice cream which can be converted into the shake of your liking. If you are into shakes, you'll like, as they are Thick & filling!!! Service is polite and engaging, overall Good & Satisfying experience.

I'm writing this as I am about to move to the area, and having the Energy Station closer to me is just another bonus! I have been going here to treat hangovers for so long; their sandwiches can't be beat, the sweet potato fries are amazing, and their milkshakes and ice cream selection is the best. Even with the new location being not as quaint feeling since it's in a shopping plaza, they still seem to bring that home cooked feeling to you.

We just went there for the first time. It was Highly Recommended by our neighbors. I have a cup of chicken corn chowder. It was Delicious. My boyfriend had the potato soup, also Delicious. Definitely a place to checkout. Our sandwiches were also very good. Plentiful. Service was Great. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. We will Most Definitely be back.

Wow ,eating outside in public what a novel concept should have tried this years ago,haven't even eaten yet and I love it! Tents around back good times, good times!

This place should be renamed "Friendly's", too bad that undeserving chain already has that name. I have eaten here about a dozen times now and have not had a bad experience yet. The staff is beyond pleasant without exception and it doesn't come across at fake or sappy. It's like that are actually happy to serve you! Food is always above average to quite good. There's a reason I keep coming back....

With the NMT practicing up in the Harleysville area, The Reverend and I have sought out good eats nearby. The Energy Station is definitely top on the list. First, it's bigger on the inside than it appears on the outside. No, it's not a TARDIS, though it could be. Plenty of free parking - more in the back not visible from the road. The place was tidy and reasonably clean, with an ice cream parlor (with takeout window) taking up part of the entrance. Every time we've gone we've been seated promptly and served efficiently by the most sincerely cheerful people we've met. People don't always understand the value of good service, it seems they get it! Over our meals we've enjoyed the chicken parmesan, hamburger, hot open faced turkey sandwich, waffles and french toast (not all in one sitting). Everything was above average and portions were huge. If you want simple, good tasting food without a lot of fuss in a casual setting, the Energy Station is for you.

Amazing high quality food. Everyone masks up. Clean place. High ceilings. Ordered berries strudel waffle and american cheesy skillet. The waffle is super delicious with crunchy cinnamon sugar crunches. Highly recommended. Come with optional whip cream.

If you go through my review history, you can probably tell that I consider myself to be a connoisseur of biscuits and gravy. Let me tell you, this place has fantastic B&G, that in my eyes competes with the real southern ones I have had. Aside from that, they have an excellent and large menu. I personally enjoy the skillets the most. They cook eggs how you like them, over the "stuffing" of your choosing, in a nice sized portion for the price. I would go one, but they have a ridiculous amount of options. Definitely worth going and seeing for yourself. Go early tho, they get busy quick, and parking is somewhat limited.

My husband couldn't hear what our waitress (DENISE) was saying through the mask when she asked us what drinks we wanted. She asked him twice aggravatingly what drink he wanted. Right away, she watched what our two year old was touching & took away the centerpiece stating that they will have to replace ALL sugars/sweeteners. Mind you, were not hooligan people. We were nice & our child was very mannerful, but a normal two year old. She almost acted if it was her inventory and took it personally. I had a confrontation with her of course. As arguing leaving she then called me out for not wearing a mask in the restaurant that this is a pandemic. At this rate I had it. I told her to f&$k herself & some more. I do not want to feel like were being "watched" under a microscope or in boot camp of some sort. Denise should have dealt with the condiments after we left & not said anything. Why are the condiments left out on the table for free roam? I know this sounds petty but people like this will not be tipped as we walked out- they live off of tips. Certain employees do not belong in the restaurant industry during this "pandemic/plandemic". Why not just do your job & go home? Business was lost from us! Update: The management focused on my reaction rather than the problem at hand. They defended the waitress by stating "we will do everything to protect". If they keep this attitude up, they will be placing a "permanently closed" sign on their door during this rough time

Overall pretty solid breakfast place, no complaints it's just good food. It is often busy on the weekends so make sure you don't go during the rush.

The "outdoor seating" is apparently for ice cream only. They do not send a server outside. Very disappointed. I do t think that qualifies as outdoor dining.

Breakfast is very good here. Homey atmosphere. We found out their ice cream is good as well. We stopped a few times after our sons Soccer games. Crowded on weekends if your willing to wait for breakfast. It reminds me of an old fashioned family diner. It's worth a try if your in the area.

Always a pleasant experience dining at The Energy Station. I know they have been hit hard in these times but the servers remain as pleasant as ever and the food is excellent. It tucked away in the corner of a shopping center, but they have a rear entrance if you cut through by the tire shop in the parking lot.
