Awesome and friendly customer service. There was this 1 guy that's was threatening the bar tender and I was on standby right behind him if things went south. Another guest at the bar intervened and the lady was visibly stressed but held her ground and continued serving with a smile. Extremely professional in her behaviour and courteous in her approach. Very comfortable atmosphere and great food.

Would highly recommend for a hotel stay or even just for food. They accommodate to your needs perfectly and their food is amazing and not pricy. I haven’t had a good meal like that in ages. I highly recommend the chicken Parma. They made a great first impression especially Cheryl. She made us feel welcomed and not at all uncomfortable. She has a great sense of character and she has a really good sense of humour. All of their staff is friendly and welcoming. Would love to stay here again or even just come for the food and atmosphere

Cheryl is the best! look after her at all costs!!! food service was very slow (but yum) and limited food available maybe because short staffed? We probably should have been notified as a large table booking. However, because of Cheryl you are getting 5 stars ;)

Rooms are clean and low cost. Staff were friendly. The only real problem is the rooms are not sound proofed so if someone shuts a door or so much as coughs in the hallway you can hear it, also the hallway lights shine in through the doors. But as a budget stay near the city it was good. Also came with a free little breakfast pack and 10% off meals during your stay.

Amazing staff, very friendly. Jemma (manager) was always there if we needed anything. The room was nice although small & outdated bathroom. Could hear people in other rooms Overall we were happy with our stay Thanks Jemma

We came in on a Tuesday for trivia night, the staff were all lovely, especially Sheryl she went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Meals are fairly priced, were served very promptly and tasted great. Thanks guys 🙏 will be back.

I head here after I've visited the prison on my way home, staff are more than helpful, friendly and offer snacks or cheese n crackers with your wine in the gaming area! Smoking area is nice too, do enjoy it.

This Morning I Had a wonderful Meet and greet from a young beautiful hearted lady who offered me drinks as soon as I arrived and sat. She came multiplied time offering and I was surprised to the Great service I received. This is my new local club now

Honestly, I seriously can't stand this place. In fact, it is places like this that the dreaded one star is reserved for. It wasn't that the pub itself was bad, though of course it certainly is far from the best, being one of those suburban pokie pubs, but it had more to do with coming here for a beer one evening, and the guy that was running the weekly poker tournament started rubbing salt in our wounds due to the fact that our team lost that day, and lost badly. Yeah, while there is some fierce crosstown rivarly in Adelaide, the fact that the announcer decided to use his position to make such comments really, really put me off this place.

I don't normally eat schnitzels, but after a few drinks this one took my fancy. The snitty was very as I really like pineapple ( Had the Kahuna - essentially parmy with pineapple.) , the chips were of substandard and went cold really quick, so obviously pre cooked. Service is ho um and sort of reminds me of a family hotel that has lost interest in the place and are really done want to be there. This is the place if you have kids and want a cheap night out for dinner
