The facility provides an exceptional environment for its members. Memberships are exclusively offered on an annual basis, requiring advance payment. Online reservations can be made for guest groups of up to nine individuals.

One of the best sports complex in Tehran has a great trail for running or walking and several gyms as well as a rollerskating rink and other amenities doesn’t take long to enter if you have a membership, but if you come on a weekend, it’ll take longer. Overall clean and worth the money you’re spending on a membership.

I recently visited Enghlab Complex in Tehran for a run and I must say, it is the perfect spot for fitness enthusiasts. The lush green trees provide ample shade during the scorching summer heat, making it possible to run even in the middle of the day. The facilities here are top-notch, with drinking stations conveniently located throughout the complex. Additionally, there are several cafes and restaurants available for post-workout refreshments. Overall, I highly recommend Enghlab Complex for anyone looking for a great place to exercise and unwind in Tehran. Super large sports arenal. There are many different areas where you can do almost any sport. There are also lots of parking spaces in front of each area. You need a membership for the arenal itself or you can buy a 10-ticket card. This allows you to move around the grounds freely. If you want to do a sport like Table Tennis, you have to pay extra. There is also a big walking/running route of around 2.5km, where you don't have to pay anything extra. It's very pleasant here and there are always lots of people on the route. But it also has a lot of inclines.

One of my favorite spots back home. I miss it so much. Very safe, clean and fun. In short, the Enghelab Sports Complex is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves sports, fitness, or just wants to stay active. Whether you're a serious athlete or just looking for a fun way to stay healthy, this complex has something for everyone. Also it's great for kids, and has a lot of different classes and activities.
