Engineered Garments

I visited this lovely store early this year and had a very weird feeling. The women who looked like a manager(bleached hair) stared at me in a weird way and didn't give me a single word like greetings while I browsed the store. I don't think it was because of their extremely poor English. There are some good comments in Korean on this amazing store below then there was a discrimination by judging how customers look(I didn't wear EG's pieces because of the long journey on that day). Because usually Korean people prepare their outlook to visit a specific store (and I'm Korean too ;) ) Thanks for giving me a good lesson and the head of the brand should know how big your loss is by hiring a wrong person as a manager at your store in a different country. Because the owner of the brand would never intend the manager's bad attitude! Cheers.

Visited the store yesterday, been following the EG for years but this was the first time in a Tokyo store. I did have a good customer service experience, the assistant checked for sizes on a number of items of requested and was always courteous. Stock levels can be a bit mixed and I generally found the stock in the UK higher maybe as the brand is not as known over there. All in all loved visiting the store and guys were very friendly

한참 뒤늦게 25 SS 베드포드 자켓 Navy 구매하였습니다. 베드포드는 시즌별로 사이즈가 변동이 커서(지속적으로 좀 커지는듯) 반드시 시착해보시길 권해드립니다. 온라인샵들에서 내건 실측사이즈 보고 M이나 L정도이겠거니 했더니 왠걸 온라인샵들의 실측사이즈랑 하나도 안맞아서 많이 당황했습니다. 평소 115정도 XXL정도 입는데 25 SS 베드포드는 S 사이즈가 정핏이었습니다. 고객대응은 방치형이라서 편하게 둘러보기 매우 좋았으며 짧은 일어라도 질문하면 매우 친절하게 대응해 주셨습니다. 특히 여성직원분 제 모자른 일어에도 최선을 다해주셔서 감사합니다. 엔가를 사랑하시는 분이라면 꼭 방문해 보세요. 오모테산도 중심지랑 좀 멀지만 동선 잘 짜시면서 오시면 괜찮습니다.

Engineered Garnents의 단독 스토어로서 제품군이 다양하여, 저렴한 제품부터 모두 둘러볼수 있습니다. 빔즈나 네펜데스에서 볼 수 없는 제품들도 꽤 있습니다. 👍🏻 제품군 다양하고 다른 곳에서 쉽게 볼 수 없는 에코백 느낌의 가벼운 숄더백들이 많아요(2개 샀습니다) 리뷰중에 접객에 대한 불만은 대부분 오래 된것같은데 제가 방문했을때는 두명 모두 과하지않게 친절했습니다. 👎🏻 다른 편집샵에 있는 Engineered Garments의 대표적인 자켓과 같은 아메카지 스타일의 👨🏻‍🔧제품군은 조금 부족한 느낌이었습니다. 하지만 그만큼 다른 볼거리가 많아요. 🕶️ ⁉️ 장소에 대하여 더 궁금하거나 제가 잘못 알고 있는 사실이 있다면 말해주세요. instagram @hamanism

ブランドの精神が宿るSOPH スタッフさんの当たり外れがありますが、店内はとても洗練されています。 個人的に大好きなお店の1つです。

베드포드 자켓 고민하던 참에 구매했습니다. 건물이 공사중이라 헛걸음 한 것 처럼 보였는데 가게는 열려있더라구요. 점원분도 깔끔하게 응해주셨습니다.
