I stayed at this hotel from October 22-24. I booked a room 2 weeks before the trip. When booking by phone, I indicated which room I was booking and that we needed parking. I made a 20% deposit. The day before the trip (October 21), I called to clarify how much was left to pay and they told me the price, higher than the one they announced in advance, higher than the price on the website. The argument was that you can’t book parking by phone, but no one said about this. But why is the price with parking on the website cheaper than the final price that we were forced to pay? The administrator was rude to us and refused to give her name for the review. Upon arrival, although we were polite, she gave us the cheapest room, while we paid for a granite room. And she lied that these were the same rooms. Although the one she gave us did not have granite. as a result she gave us the keys to our room but the vacation was ruined. a wonderful hotel, fashionable design, wonderful location, and all this work was devalued by one person. an older woman, blonde, did not tell us her name.
I do not know how one can behave like that. I hope the management will not ignore such an attitude towards guests. our vacation and nerves were ruined. all the other staff were wonderful and the service was 10/10.
