I try not to judge hotels, but this one is truly amazing. Very helpful and super professional staff. Kaja and Aga, the restaurant manager, and the gentlemen who picked us up, dropped us off, and returned us. The food was perfect, as was everything else.

Our stay at EnHotel was absolutely wonderful, and I feel the need to respond to some of the negative comments, which in our experience don’t reflect reality at all. • Ventilation and “smell” – There is absolutely no issue with ventilation in the hotel. Every room has air conditioning with a simple ventilation mode, and windows opening to beautiful nature provide plenty of fresh air. There wasn’t the slightest trace of any unpleasant odor – on the contrary, the bedding smelled lovely and was perfectly clean. • “Cameras” in the rooms – There are no cameras here whatsoever. It’s possible someone mistook a smoke detector for a hidden camera. The food in the hotel restaurant was always fresh and perfectly prepared, so the idea of food poisoning seems really unrealistic to us. We feel sorry that the hotel staff sometimes have to deal with such incomprehensible accusations. • Stay arrangements and pricing – Everything went exactly as agreed: the room type, its price, and the clearly stated fee for private parking outside the public parking area. We received the instructions by both e-mail and WhatsApp. Whenever we had a question, all we had to do was ask. The driver kindly transported us and our luggage to the hotel in the shuttle. • Restaurant – For us, an absolute TOP! We love boutique hotels and have plenty to compare with in the Czech Republic and Austria – and here, the gastronomy was outstanding. Breakfast was a rich buffet with the option to order eggs, oatmeal, or freshly prepared sausages. The lunch menu and dinner were at the level of fine dining. Yes, you might wait a little, because each dish is freshly and carefully prepared – but drinks and the first course always came quickly, and the pauses between courses were just right. If you want “fast food,” you’ll find it elsewhere. The tip included in the price is absolutely reasonable for the quality of the experience. And lunch service is available here without any issues, so we really don’t understand such complaints. • Location – If someone missed the clear information on the website that the hotel is not in the center of Zakopane, they might be surprised. We, however, were thrilled – peaceful surroundings, mountain views, and a forest right by the hotel. It’s the perfect spot at the end of a hiking trail, away from the crowded town. The bus station is just a few minutes’ walk below the hotel. • Turbine noise – The sound from the hydroelectric plant reminded us more of pleasant white noise than anything disturbing. On the contrary, it helped us sleep like babies. And one last note – the fact that you might be served by the receptionist or the chef only adds to the friendly, homely atmosphere of this peaceful mountain retreat. We will definitely be back – and with great pleasure!

We had a truly wonderful evening at this special restaurant. Everything was perfect – the food, the atmosphere, and the warm hospitality. Each dish was amazing – the creamy mashed potatoes, the fresh fish from the region, and the perfectly cooked schnitzel. You could really taste the love and care in every bite. What made the experience even more special was the passion behind it all. The chef personally brought the food to our table and explained each dish with great enthusiasm – a rare and beautiful touch. The service team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We felt truly taken care of. This is not just a place to eat – it’s a place to enjoy, to feel, and to remember. I can truly and warmly recommend it to anyone who loves good food and heartfelt service.

This hotel is superb. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel seems to have been completely renovated recently and the interior design is stunning, and the breakfast is top notch. Location is perfect for getting easy access to the Tatra mountains via the Kasprowy Wierch cable car (3 minute walk from hotel). We were able to climb the local area and then walk into Slovakia for more ascents in the region. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else for a visit to Zakopane!

Having travelled halfway around the world to hike in the majestic Tatra Mountains, I couldn’t be happier to have En Hotel as my sanctuary at the beginning and end of each day. A most stylish lodging in the middle of nature and trails. Easy access to Zakopane town and amenities with restaurants and minimart nearby. Most importantly, En is a very stylish boutique lodge. Simple and elegant in every aspect right down to the details. It has to be experienced to appreciate the thoughtfulness that had gone into the maintenance and management of this place. Please do not expect a standard hotel or BnB. It is a classy accommodation for the discerning guest who values simplicity, serenity and tasteful sensorial hospitality. Love the non intrusive but considerate attitude of the staff. Breakfast is amazing. Loved every minute of my stay.

Wonderful hotel. Beautifully design, attentive staff, delicious food and a great selection of wines and spirits. We spent 4 days in this hotel and it was one of our best hotel experiences. We also took advantage of the saunas and booked a relaxing massage. Great place for a romantic stay.

Restaurant review only. While the menu is rather short, all types of food served are of very high quality. Have dined there twice: once with children, once alone - and I can strongly recommend the experience. So refreshingly different than the city center of Zakopane which I hate. Escape the crowd. Book your table there. You will dine in quietness and the nature. Just watch the price tag as the place is really expensive.

We had a nice stay at Enhotel, the location is beautiful and the sauna facility is nice. The restaurant had good food. The rooms were nice and clean. However, there is room for improvement. The service and information provided can be greatly improved. For the price point, it may not be worth it. The website is more focused on storytelling than on providing useful information for the visit. Because this is a remote hotel, it is necessary to have all the information before you arrive. The website does not state that it is walking distance from the biggest attraction in the area - the gondola up to the peak of the Tatry Mountains. The website also inaccurately shows the Enhotel parking area in the middle of the woods, so we did not know where to park our car. When we called the desk they didn't clarify and told us we would receive a Whatsapp, which we never received. This left us confused and we ended up using paid parking at the bottom of the mountain and paying for a shuttle to get up to the gondola which could have been avoided with accurate information from either the website or the front desk. Another grief we had was with the dinner service. The hotel is remote and their shuttle service ends at 8pm so you are basically forced to use their restaurant for dinner unless you eat an early dinner. They included a 13% gratuity up front (very uncommon in Poland), which was completely undeserved as the service was incredibly slow. The service for the restaurant was understaffed - the waitress was the receptionist from the front desk. It took us 20 minutes to be acknowledged and to even receive a menu and 50 minutes passed by before we received our appetizers. Meanwhile the restaurant only had 3 active tables. We felt a bit trapped for the price. In summary, the hotel is nice but the service was not worth the price point of the hotel and restaurant. Please note the parking situation is not bad although very confusing. Be mindful that you will have to eat at their understaffed restaurant unless you eat an early dinner, which I would recommend.
