We spent 3 lovely days at Enigma suites in Fira, Santorini. The pick-up and drop-off arrangements were very well organized. The reception staff with Chris and her team were always very helpful. It is a small boutique hotel and you do feel quite pampered. Loved the gorgeous sunset views from our balcony and also being able to have breakfast delivered to our balcony every morning, a highlight for us. It is vey conveniently located. I rate Enigma suites a 10/10.

We had such a fantastic time away in the beautiful enigma suites. The staff were excellent. From the quick pass through the airport to transfers, golf buggy straight to the hotel I forgot what it was like carrying my bags by the end of the trip 🤣 looking at the beautiful sunset from a hot tub is etched in our memories forever. Waking up to a wonderful breakfast every day was amazing. They had amazing gluten free options also which was really amazing and great advice. We highly recommend to everyone to stay here, we will definitely be back next year and probably the year after 🥰🥰

The location is perfect in the middle of Fira, near shopping, restaurants and everything else you want to visit on Santorini. The breakfast ordered daily served on your private balcony was delicious and the staff were warm and wonderful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on property that was fun with great views. The pictures shared are from our junior suite and the sunsets were spectacular!

Wonderful stay at enigma hotel! Well situated, lots of attentions form the staff! The breakfast brought to our room every morning is really nice. The view!!!!!!! Don’t need to sand for hours in oia to see the sunset when you stay here! Highly recommend room 8 that is more private! Loved all of it!

The hotel was beautiful and such a great location. Everyone- from the man who helped with the bags and brought us up the hill on a golf cart to the receptionists who offered us incredible dinner suggestions- was so friendly and helpful. |The room was clean, comfortable and had the most incredible views. Bedding was great, the shower like a spa and they provided complimentary water, wine and even cocktails on the house one evening! Breakfast is brought to the room and was such a treat to eat on our balcony overlooking the sea. Air conditioning worked well too|Honestly one of my all time places to stay!

This was a luxurious hotel. The rooms were wonderful. The service is very attentive. But most importantly, the view from the room balcony was amazing! What a view of the Caldera. Eating the resplendent breakfast served to you in your patio looking at the Ocean was an unforgettable experience. So was the sunset!

It was an absolute delight staying at enigma! |Outstanding service was incredible and so rare to find these days. Your love and passion and knowledge of the job was amazing. We will definitely recommend Enigma to all our family and friends. It was like 10 star! Room was beautiful and big clean and the pool was perfect temperature. |Walking distance to everything you need and the view is breathtaking! Heaven on earth!

We just returned from our second stay at Enigma Suites. Our first stay was 8 years ago for our honeymoon and now we got to return with our 2 children and my parents. I’m more than happy to say that the team at Enigma is just as amazing as they were 8 years ago. Of course, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning with that iconic caldera view, but what really sets this place apart is its staff. I even got a bit emotional saying our goodbyes to Chrisoula. We will miss you all until our next visit and thank you for another beautiful stay.
