Enigma Suites

Our stay at Enigma Suites was absolutely perfect in every way. The caldera views right from our patio to the heated hot tub were simply breathtaking. We stayed as four people in a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable.|The turn down service every evening was such a thoughtful touch, and the made-to-order breakfast each morning was one of the highlights. Choosing from the menu the night before and then enjoying it freshly served right on the caldera was an unforgettable experience.|The staff were exceptional — warm, friendly and always ready to help. Every single person we met made us feel so welcome and cared for. They truly are the best.|We could not fault a single thing. Enigma Suites offers everything you could dream of for a perfect Santorini stay. Even our little Shih Tzu, Nugget, was treated like a VIP and loved every moment.|We cannot wait to return to this magical place.

My wife and I stayed at Enigma Suites at the back end of October for 4 nights. It was really confusing choosing the hotel, as we wanted one which had great views, was near restaurants and had easy access to other tourist attractions on the island.||I made a list of a few hotels which were of interest and contacted Enigma directly and liaised with Nancy who was very quick in responding to my questions. I didn't bother contacting any of the other hotels and booked Enigma Suites, and I wasn't disappointed.||Firstly, the views are incredible and probably one of the best on the island. The location is a few minutes walk from both the bus station where you can buses to Oia etc, as well as a road where there are numerous street food places to eat. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, and Chrisoula on the front desk helped with planning our itinerary which was extremely helpful.||The room is a good size, and the hotel provide breakfast on the balcony at a pre-arranged time. A menu is given to you daily, and you specify which items you would like the night before, at your preferred time, and they will serve in the morning. It's a great way to start each morning, having breakfast on the balcony gazing out over the sea.||I would have no hesitation in staying here should be visit Santorini again, which we hopefully will do.

The location is perfect in the middle of Fira, near shopping, restaurants and everything else you want to visit on Santorini. The breakfast ordered daily served on your private balcony was delicious and the staff were warm and wonderful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on property that was fun with great views. The pictures shared are from our junior suite and the sunsets were spectacular!

Luxurious accommodation right on the Caldera. Handy to restaurants, bars and shops. Chrisi and the staff did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Yes there are a lot of steps but this is the case with nearly all Fira accommodation. Loved our time on our balcony having a cheese and fruit platter....and a few wines. Highly recommended.

The perfect hotel to live a dream on Santorini. The rooms are fabulous, especially the signature jacuzzi suite. People here are so carefull that the hollydays ended too soon. And the cherryb on the top is the breakfast which is really nice and served directly in the room.

We had a wonderful time at Enigma! We loved the breakfast each morning, the views were unbeatable, and the accommodations and service were awesome! The location was also great -- close to lots of great shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious Santorini experience :)

Views are incredible, it’s what post cards are made of. Location is absolutely incredible. ||Has lots of stairs so if you don’t like stairs it’s not for you. ||Rooms were good sizes for a family, breakfast was great and location was incredible. ||Couldn’t ask for a better location or view from your room

I can’t say enough great things about this property. I seldomly leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for Enigma. Our room, while on the smaller end, was “cave like” including a cave shower. It had the most stunning views of the caldera and sunsets. The staff at enigma were so pleasant and helpful and even offered us a free sunset cocktail of our choice during our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The location is central yet very quiet and removed from the crowds.
