I came across this hotel on Agoda while browsing options and accidentally booked it. Within just a few minutes, I realized the mistake and saw I had already been charged. I immediately contacted the hotel to explain what happened — my trip isn't for another 6 months, and the booking had just gone through!||Despite all that, the hotel refused to refund me. Most hotels understand that charges typically go through an authorization hold first, especially when it's a clear and immediate mistake. Not this one. They wouldn't budge — and worse, they're impossible to reach. Agoda even tried to help, but couldn't get in touch with anyone either. It's like this place doesn't even have customer service.||How can a hotel operate with zero communication or flexibility? It's not just unprofessional — it's greedy.||Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. There's nothing worse than losing money months in advance to a hotel that acts like a ghost once they get your payment. Total disappointment.
