My dad got a beer here while I did a tasting flight of 5 wines (white/red/dessert). We are from Sonoma County, so the wines were sub-par. They did give healthy pours for the tasting which was nice. The dessert wine was delicious and we got two bottles to take home. This is their most expensive wine, as I imagine that the majority of what they sell. We got another wine to take back to our AirBnB and ended up pouring it down the drain. The beer my dad drank was okay. The charcuterie and cheese was delicious. We would recommend dining here for their charcuterie and sipping on their dessert wine. We were sat down rather quickly but the service was slow. The waitress was very friendly, but took a long time to help us (as she was very busy). It looked like a family-run business. There was one woman at the check out register sitting there chatting it up with a customer sitting nearby, another man in the back who eventually helped us at the register (also very nice), and the poor waitress doing everything imaginable. For the price per person I am choosing a more expensive option, as the dessert wine we chose was 75€ apiece. The charcuterie was reasonably priced.

We booked the 5 wine tasting with food for each wine. Our host Susy was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The experience was informative, unhurried and extremely enjoyable. We were given an interesting history of the wine growing of the area and how this ties in with the wines we tasted. Food that was served with each wine was very tasty, some slightly unusual but all good quality and well presented. Lovely ambience to the venue. Very good value for money. A highly enjoyable 2-3hours. Would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Enoteca Internazionale. Amazing selection of wines - bought some y the glass and also got a white wine flight. Loved their bruschetta - tomatoes and anchovies was my favourite. I can see why reviews are somewhat mixed. Some waiters are amazing. Some - not so much. We walked up to the place around 12:05. It was open. A male waiter said “service will start in 30 minutes”. We were about to walk away. A female waiter came out and asked if we wanted a table and sat us down straight away. She (Gioia) and another female waitress were lovely. I guess we were lucky we didn’t get the male waiter. Lovely ambiance. Very much what we were after in Monterosso.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Enoteca Internazionale in Monterosso al Mare was truly unpleasant. We were excited to enjoy a glass of wine and some local food, but the owner and staff were shockingly rude. We politely asked for a table and were told no without any explanation, even though several tables were visibly free. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic hospitality were disappointing, especially in a place known for warm Italian welcomes. I would not recommend this establishment — there are plenty of other wonderful spots in Monterosso with great service and atmosphere.

We ordered the meat and cheese board for one, desert wine and a beer. They were all okay but the service left a lot to be desired! The most interesting thing was to observe the staff sample multiple plates before dropping them to tables... I have not seen that anywhere before!

Definitely have lunch/early dinner here! I’ve been in Italy for 8 days, eating bruschetta every day, and this is the best bruschetta I’ve had. Dozens of options including gluten free. Pair it with a glass of local wine (€5-8) exclusive to cinque terra and it’s perfect for your trip here. Small, quaint, doesn’t feel too touristy, perfect for lunch or an apperitivo, great for an early dinner as well. They also sell ALL of the local wines and you can tell they have a personal relationship with the local vineyards food makers.

Very good. Nice size portions, reasonable prices, lots of options. Special thanks to Gioia who seemed to be serving every table during the lunch time rush and yet took the time to explain the wines, chat, generally be charming and lovely.

We set inside for almost 2 hours while it was raining and we loved every minute of it! The food was so tasty and Italian just what you can expect from a place called a nouteca. The house white wine is a great value for money and we recommend shearing the plants:)

Yelp
We were on a Cinque Terre walking tour, and the tour guides recommended this place for a wine tasting. We sat outside, which was super cute, and the perfect spot for our group of 4. The service was good; they explained every type of wine and provided generous pours. We loved our experience here, and we will have to come back to try the food!

Yelp
This was our first meal in Monterosso and maybe our favorite! The staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions and service. We both did the wine tasting which was only 20 euro for 5 different very hardy pours of the various wines of Cinque Terre. We got the Salami and cheese board as well as various Bruschettas. All were amazing as well as the wines. Their outdoor seating is beautiful with their lighting and various plant vines.

Yelp
You have no idea how happy I am. 5 years ago while vacationing in the Cinque Terre, my friend and I stumbled upon this place while meandering down the magical streets of old town Monterosso. We were on vacation and didn't pay attention to the names of the places we stopped, which I have regretted every day since. It was here that I had the single, most delicious thing I have ever eaten in my entire life. To this day, nothing else compares. All I've had to go by was this picture of the most beautiful shrimp & zucchini burratta. After some Google searching and matching up backgrounds and tablecloths in my pictures to other pictures online, I've finally found it. I can go back! My only hope is that this burratta is still on the menu.

Yelp
Cute spot, recommended by locals with many high quality options of local fare and wine!

Yelp
A cut above many of the other eatery's in the center of town. Go with the beef carpaccio and Bruschetta or a salad - the fish carpaccio was less impressive and very salty. Service was prompt. Prob 3* in a normal town but a bit higher here

Yelp
Very tasty fresh, frozen lemonade with Monterosso's famous lemons. They even have one with vodka! Nice bar area inside.

Yelp
Cute place. Cool town. Did the wine sample of the five white wines from the five towns of Cinqueterra. To be truthful, the white wines are rough. Very green. The darkest whites are very bitter. Try the he reds if you do the sample.

Yelp
The service was not very good. The waiter brought us our some wine from each of the villages and they were tasty but, she never explained which wines were from which areas. She also wasn't very friendly. When we were leaving she was pre-occupied with some friends and we had to track down another assist us with the check.

Yelp
A nice bar shop combo where I finally found my first decent beers in Italy, although they only had a couple of them. Summer ale from Birrificio del Golfo (La Spezia brewery) and Birra Normale from Birrificio Le Baladin were both seriously top class beers and broke my regrettable lager only sequence of 2 whole days! The chap serving was very useful in helping us pick out an olive oil that had been left in cherry wood. Yum.

Yelp
Breakfast here is pricey considering it's coffee and toast. But the Americano is good, you get to sit outside and enjoy free wifi. We also bought wine here and the selections are great - plenty local options to choose from. The staff are friendly enough but not overly accommodating - but that's Italy for you.

Yelp
This is a comfortable place to unwind after a day of hiking...nice wines and appetizers in a casual setting. Love this place.
