I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. From the start, the service was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The owner was openly rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in providing a welcoming environment.
Customer care was just as distasteful and concerns were brushed off rather than addressed.
The service itself was poorly managed. There were long, unreasonable waiting periods between courses, with little to no communication. All while reserving a prefix menu. Then, after all that waiting, we were suddenly rushed and told we had only 20 minutes to eat our food. That kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after being seated for so long.
To make matters worse, instead of taking accountability or offering a sincere apology, we were essentially "bribed" with a free bottle of Casamigos, as if that would make up for the disrespect and lack of professionalism. It didn't.
This place markets itself as elegant and upscale, but that image is completely FAKE.!!!!
What my party and I experienced was the exact opposite... rude, disorganized, and blatantly disrespectful.
