wow, an incredible place to stay. Its an old horse stable converted into luxury apartments. They have been careful with the renovations, ensuring the history of the area is maintained whilst adding modern trimmings. there is a restaurant on site which serves incredible 5-star food. the accommodation itself was comfortable and quiet. we enjoyed our stay here

Best meal I have had in Tasmania! Prearranged a vegan meal. What we received was beyond expectation. Started with fresh homemade bread with dukkah and olive oil/balsamic vinegar. Followed by a fresh stir fry. Baby veges used that were in season (see pic). Then the piece of resistance - the dessert. A specially made coconut milk tart - the thought that had gone into this course was amazing (see pic). Thank you so much for the experience! We will be back.
