We spent 3 nights at the Enterprise hotel and can highly recommend it.||The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Although slightly dated but maybe in keeping with the hotel’s ambience our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I had a delightful hot chocolate drink at the hotel bar. One of the best Ive had anywhere. Our highlight was the spa. We used it at the beginning of our stay and at the end. It made our stay in Milan memorable and would definately stay again.

Convenient location near to tram station with easy access to key sites. Nice modern lobby. Extremely friendly and accommodative staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very reasonable pricing in Milan’s expensive hotel environment and great value for money.

Hotel had the wow factor as soon as you opened the door... Well infact as we walked up to it it looked very posh Lots of free foodie treats scattered around which gave it that extra spark Staff very professional and helpful and spoke very good English. Great for the tourists. Room was very clean and air conditioned..Bedding could have done with being a little thicker but I don't know if the bedding was part of the Italian theme they were trying to stick with in the bedrooms The selection for the self serve breakfast was fantastic. There was a chef available aswell though incase you wanted something different that wasn't pre-made. People were asking for omelettes and things. the hot selection however wasn't warm enough. We were starving when we arrived so ate from the bar. We got the pizza, cheese burger and fries it was really delicious. We used the spa for an extra 20 euros each for one day. It was small with not much to do but was still beautiful.. jacuzzi, cold showers, normal shower (double) steam room, beds to lounge on and heated Seating area with free nuts and dried fruits, water/lemon, plain and hot. Hot water for free fruity tea. You could also sit outside on the small balcony with 2 loungers to cool off. I was really relaxed being so high, cooling off from the steam room and watching the world go by below.

We had a fantastic stay at Enterprise Hotel Milan. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The design of the hotel is stylish and modern, with clean, spacious rooms that feel both comfortable and elegant. Breakfast was a real highlight — a generous spread with fresh, high-quality options, from pastries and fruit to hot dishes made to order. It was the perfect start to our days exploring Milan. The location is also excellent, with easy access to public transport and close to key attractions and shopping areas. Everything about our experience was seamless, and we would happily return on our next trip to Milan.

Welcomed into the hotel by a colourful greeter, this stylish hotel on the outskirts of Milan. A bit far away from the action of the city centre, but the trams stops are within walking distance. Wonderful hotel breakfast, and friendly helpful staff.

We booked the Enterprise Hotel for three nights in October and chose to go for an "Executive" double room. The hotel is quite nice and is well located near public transport, we used trams 1 and 19 several times into the city. The hotel is quite nice, nice decor, friendly staff who provide good service. In the lobby area they also have large jars of sweets, which is nice for both adults and children. The rooms were incredibly large and beautiful, and there was most of what we needed (hairdryer, coffee machine, minibar, toiletries, safe, TV, bathtub, soaps etc.). The room was very quiet. We have read that people were very happy with the beds, but unfortunately, we cannot agree with that. At first there was a double duvet, the hotel changed it to two single duvets, very much appreciated by us. There were 2 pillows on each side in the bed, but both were very, very hard. The hotel changed it to something softer, but we missed a pillow menu from very soft to hard. We really appreciated the hotel for trying to solve the problems for us. And then it is the bed itself... It can be that we are 50+ and require more comfort, or that the beds are quite hard. We didn't sleep very well here, but well enough that we could enjoy the days outside in nice weather. With an executive room you also get free access to the spa. Here you had a sauna and jacuzzi as well as a sitting area with heated benches and tea. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. All in all, we were quite happy with the hotel, but would probably bring our own pillow next time.

Gorgeous hotel! Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spotlessly clean, beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was a little overpriced for what we personally ate. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The actual location for getting into the center is a little further out, but there are several tram stops within a few minutes' walk from the front door, and it gets you into the center in around 20 minutes. A very relaxing hotel to return to at the end of a busy day!

Super nice hotel with a truly delicious breakfast buffet – definitely one of the best I’ve experienced!||Unfortunately, it was extremely cold in the room at night (down to 14.5°C). We mentioned it to the staff, and it helped a little, but it was still not fun having to sleep with clothes on.||A bit of a shame, because otherwise it was a really lovely stay
