Enterprise Hotel

My family and I stayed at Enterprise Hotel for three nights on our recent trip. The staff was efficient and friendly and treated myself and my children with deference and respect. Without asking at the excellent breakfast, the staff provided coloring pages and asked my children what they would like and made sure that they felt as welcome as us adults. Parking was easy, fairly priced, and completely secure. Room service was also excellent from the hotel restaurant and for everything else the immediate area had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The lobby, bar, meeting area, and common areas were chic, modern and comfortable. 5/5!

The best hotel I have ever been just super clean super friendly staff nice smell specially at the lobby. The room was so clean and I was so comfortable we were in that hotel in December. The room was so warm and nice. The hotel room was really sufficient and Paul it was really comfortable. Nice bedding really clean they would change their bedding every day unless you want otherwise I would go back again

Wonderful place with incredibly kind and accommodating staff. Excellent and varied breakfast. Easy reach to reliable public transport to every corner of the city. Comfy beds and clean and comfortable bathrooms. Wonderful experience in their spa area. Highly recommendable!!!

Our stay at the Enterprise Hotel was amazing from beginning to the end. The location was perfect and very convenient for exploring, shopping, and getting around.||Breakfast was definitely a highlight every morning. There were always plenty of delicious options to choose from, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Chef Leon, he always made the effort to talk to us about our plans for the day and is clearly passionate about what he does.||Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. It was genuinely a real pleasure to speak to him each day we had breakfast. Not to mention, his breakfast was impeccable, such taste in such simple delicacies, with his comedic humour on the side. Honestly what a lovely character.||This goes without saying, every single member of staff was exceptional in their hospitality. We were in awe at how wonderful and helpful they were. We were extremely pleased with each staff during our stay.||The room was spotless and comfortable, the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing, and all the staff were very welcoming and made me and my partner feel well looked after. It was everything I hoped for and more.|I would highly recommend the Enterprise Hotel to anyone visiting the area. If I was to visit Milan in the future I know where I’ll be staying!||P.S. The fact that the hotel had umbrellas we can use, on our first day of visit when it was pouring was one of the key highlights! Haha, but genuinely one of the best stays we have been to, both me and my partner. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights and the hotel staff were excellent!! From organising transfers to and from the airport to making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was beautiful the photos don’t do it justice and the smell as you walk in was stunning. As for location it was ideal and the trams made it super easy to get into the centre. I highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to returning !!

I stayed one night here and left before my reservation ended. I had the worst sleep on the hardest bed and woke up in pain. I kept thinking it would be more comfortable to get on the floor and tough it out. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were like rocks. I requested a new soft pillow but when it arrived it was lumpy and uncomfortable as well. The rooms and the entire hotel is very dated. You can tell it was beautiful back in the day, but now the rooms are somewhat run down. My shower had black stuff in the seams and I wasn't sure if it was rot or mold. The bathroom sink had a hole by the faucet that looked like the marble broke and it wasn't sealed. The bed and pillows were rock hard, and my room had a train right outside the window that ran non-stop. I took advantage of the breakfast that was included and the spread was impressive! The food was great and the service team was very kind and attentive. When I was there the poor chef was mobbed by a bunch of people and I assumed he was making custom orders, but that was not the case. There were just a bunch of hungry people crowding his station. Not his fault. So I had yogurt and a latte and waited until he was caught up and it worked out fine. Overall thoughts: All of the staff were very kind and professional but the hotel is older and past it's prime. I had to forfeit the money I paid to Enterprise Hotel to get an Airbnb, and the Airbnb was a lifesaver. P.S. I used a travel agent who booked this hotel for me and unfortunately I paid ahead of time. In the future, I will be booking trips on my own. One look at the reviews and I could have known this wasn't the right accommodation for me. I've learned my lesson!

A lovely hotel. Ideal to explore Milan. Friendly, clean and lovely breakfast. Our rooms were basic but clean. Fab customer service. My son left an album in his room on check out. I emailed the hotel and they were very quick to respond. We got the album back. Cannot fault them.

Lovely hotel! A little away from the centre, however the nearest metro station is about a 15 min walk and there is a tram stop nearby. All staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and had all we needed. Sleep quality was good each night and I was taking part in the Milano21 10k and the hotel even had my race number delivered there and looked after it for me. We didn’t have time for the spa and didn’t pay for breakfast so I can’t comment but would definitely stay again!

This place was pretty cool. It had all the appropriate qualifications: modern rooms, friendly staff, decent location, and a low price. The rooms were clean and did have nice modern touches everywhere. I really liked the heated towel rack - that's a really nice touch. They also had great toiletries. Top notch stuff. The staff spoke great English, and were happy to hold our bags when we checked out. It wasn't too close to the city center or Duomo, but there was a street car stop right outside that took you to all the important places you might need to go. Really my only complaint is breakfast. Not because it was a bad breakfast (it was by far the most amazing, lavish, well rounded buffet breakfast I've ever had), but because it seemed like it was included in the room rate during check in ("breakfast is served between 7-11"), and when we went to breakfast ("room number, please"). Turns out it was 20 euros each. Pretty steep for breakfast - though it was a great breakfast.

Enterprise Hotel was an awesome place to stay. The staff was super helpful from the moment we arrived and was very friendly as well. They are in a great location, right on the tram route that takes you right into the center. The hotel itself is very nice and the room was beautiful. The bathroom was the nicest one we had in all the places we stayed in europe. The bed was huge and it was just a very comfortable place to stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The icing on the cake was the free ice cream they gave us when we arrived. For the price we paid, this is one of the best value hotels we've ever stayed in!

A very nice hotel. Very convenient location and very friendly staff. Do try their breakfast one of the days of your stay. Good size rooms. We had a Jr suite and it had a balcony. Good in house spa for 20 euros. 4 different trams stop very close to the hotel. Easy transport

Relatively inexpensive business hotel in Milan. I've stayed with them twice, both times in a junior suite room with a balcony. The hotel offers a "American style" buffet breakfast if you fancy that. They also have a small rooftop spa that can be booked out for exclusive use with a catered meal and Prosecco waiting in the spa. I highly recommend it. I think it was only around $200-$300 for the exclusive use of the spa for several hours and the meal. That said, the food at the hotel is just okay. If you want excellent Milanese cuisine, book reservations at the better restaurants in town. The staff is pleasant, the accommodations are spacious and clean, the views from the balconies and spa are lovely.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff at the front desk was always nice and very helpful. Though the hotel isn't in the center of town, the tram is out front and a short ride to the center. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks very good but unfortunately breakfast doesn't included and pricey :(
