My experience at Enterprise was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Assistant Manager Terence Trent. I was initially stressed due to a glass accident that necessitated a rental car. However, from the moment I entered the branch, Trent's professionalism and personable demeanor eased my anxiety. He provided top-notch customer service, a welcome relief during a difficult time. Trent efficiently facilitated my rental for the few days it was needed. Upon returning the vehicle, both Trent and Janaé continued to impress me with their excellent service and seamless handling of the process. I am grateful for their care and concern for my family's safety throughout this experience. Trent, especially, made the entire ordeal much more manageable. I will definitely return to this branch in the future, hoping to receive the same exceptional level of professionalism and personal attention.

Customer service at this place on Fort. Washington road in Fort Washington Maryland was outstanding. I'm serious. It was the best ever and the cars are awesome. I am a little black truck which is showing in a video there. I really enjoyed that. And I like the film things you know. It's to show you what it look like inside and how it worked. But I really enjoyed it. But the customer service was great and insurance to pay for the insurance by the day. It's very cheap. I would rather pay for that insurance in the US mine. So that enterprise is very, very nice, but they could use more help. So many 1 person working there. So if he had to bring me back home, he had to shut down the office to do that. So I'm so glad. I brought my husband along with me. But he needs some help in that office but he's been handling it

I initially booked a rental at the Oxon Hill, M.D location. I called to verify somethings and the young lady who answered was so rude and unwelcoming. She expressed that they didn't have the car I was looking for but never actually said what cars they had. She was no help to me but this was my last option so I just mentally prepared myself to go into the facility and deal with the unprofessionalism. About 3 hours before my booking, I got a call from Janay at the Fort Washington location. She was not only SO POLITE, but she answered all of my questions and had really good energy. She even allowed me to come in an hour early and grab the rental. This changed my entire outlook on Enterprise. I could not believe how helpful she was. You do not come across this often. You all now have a forever customer!!! Thank you so much Janay! I have been passing your card out all week!!!

I came from out of town and rented a car. I was about an hour late for pick up and was told they already put the car I rented on the road with someone else. I was told I would have to wait for another car to be brought back and they were unsure how long it would take. They are a mess. This is not the first time enterprise has been terrible with their service and unreliable as a car rental service. Save yourself the time and stress, and find another rental service to go with.

A lot of car rental places want a soft credit check but not at enterprise which was great since I didn't have a credit card. The process to reserve online was great however the deals I wanted couldn't get applied. I wanted the 15%off for neighborhood rental. Since deals can't be stacked I had to unfortunately cancel my reservation booked with BRANDY who was amazing at the call center and rebook because after the pick up time selected you can't modify your reservation. I hate that she didn't get credit for my reservation.

In April I decided to discontinued my car rental a decision that was bought due to an Agent named Gary Miles at the Indian Head Hwy Fort Washington location. This Agent occasionally hung up the phone on me in an aggressive confrontational manner. I believe this due to the cultural aggressive customer service at this Branch. I've complain to the Manager and was told it would be addressed. Of course it was not. Then I made several calls to your Escalation Team and was told someone would call me and try to resolve this matter. No calls as of yet. Can someone in your Escalation Department speak to Gary Miles regarding his Customer Service. Thank you for your time and consideration

This was never resolved. That terrible, discriminating employee needed to be disciplined. I contacted the @care email address,l as requested, and still nothing was done. The major point is, they left my friend stranded because he had been dropped off to pick up his rental, kept me on hold until closing, then locked the door.

I made a reservation for this location two weeks ago. I received a phone call at 7am the morning of my pick-up to inform me they did not have the vehicle I had reserved. Instead of trying to locate a comparable vehicle, they had me call them while in Enterprise to be routed to an agent. I was informed that my reservation had been sent to the regional manager who would be able to resolve my issue and that he would contact me in 30 minutes. On my own, I found the same vehicle at the airport. Instead of Enterprise contacting the airport to change the reservation, they suggested I make the reservation and hope they would honor the price in my contract. It is now six hours later and I am still waiting.

I booked a premium car on the 2 Mar 22 for 28 May 22. They didn't have a premium car so they said they gave me an upgrade to an Suv for the same price. The Suv turned out to be a cramped Dodge Journey which is no where a premium vehicle. I wont be using them again.

Of the 3 moments I wasted reserving from this location this time is the worst. I cannot put my finger on exactly which is wrong; 1. Uneducated 2. Environment of theft 3. Customer service dead. Never has this crew been able deliver rental commitments on schedule.

A lesson about renting from Enterprise. Remember when they used to pick you up? Well they don't now. And you find out when you get there that you can't even leave your car in their parking lot or it will get towed, which means you're going to be incredibly late while you return your car and try to get a friend to drop you off. Now for the bad part. Yes that was the good part. I rented a car from them for several reasons. I was driving to Florida and my car was small. So from what I could tell whatever car that pulled in when you were checking in is what you got. I got something I can't even identify. It was a Mazda. Sales lady said it was an SUV and I thought that meant it would be large. Wrong. It was smaller than my car. I was unable to take just about anything down with me. Nothing would fit. I took one little orange cat with me. No kids, no trash all over the floor. Her carrier wouldn't even fit in the passenger seat. It didn't take long to realize that the car I had been given was a huge mistake. It felt like it was always going to jump out of the lane and I couldn't figure out why. I was contending with very large trucks moving very fast and the car was pretty hard to control. I didn't find out till the end of the trip when a light came on that the tires were all low on air. One was down about 15 lbs.  I put some air in the tires, but it was too late. I was almost home. I tried to fill up the tank to the level it was at when it was given to me. That would have been a little bit above half full. I put $10 in it but since the cost of fuel had skyrocketed that specific week, it did not bring the level up to exactly where it was when she gave it to me. Charge number one, refuel charge. Then I find out from her that my cat isn't allowed to leave any fur in the car. Interesting because I personally vacuumed the car and threw out all the trash myself. Not sure if they charged me for basic cleaning or not. The refueling charge was over $14. This car is a disaster. It doesn't work anything like any other car you've ever driven which is really bad when you're in strange territory fighting with loads of crazy drivers in huge vehicles. You'll start to get a little bit used to it just at the very end of your trip. It's so little I couldn't even fit my cat's carrier in the front seat. It fits just fine in my car and my car is a small car. So what did I get for my investment? I got a car that was so little I could barely fit into it. I got a car that apparently needed to be kept so incredibly clean that a little bit of cat fur would cause immense damage. I got a mild speaking to for allowing my cat to shed in the precious mini car. I got a car that felt like it was always on the verge of being out of control because it had not been maintained correctly before they gave it to me. I got some really scary situations because the car handled so badly and you couldn't find anything on it that was so obvious on other vehicles, such as just turning the heat up! You're probably thinking but it wasn't that much. Wrong. It was very expensive. Over $1,200. I bought the insurance they sold with the car and that brought the price up a lot too. When I returned my friend had to come from about 45 minutes away to pick me up again since I wasn't allowed to leave my car there or it would get towed. To summarize, if you decide to rent a car that is bigger than what you have because you need more room when you're going on a trip, don't go here. Be incredibly careful about what they give you because they don't promise anything. You'll get the answer that they will give you "a car in a certain class" but they can't tell you what it is. I can tell you what it is. It's whatever shows up when you're unlucky enough to be picking your car up. You will be charged immense amounts of money for everything including just cleaning the car out which I thought they were supposed to do automatically. And how about a little maintenance? I had no idea I was riding on tires that could have exploded. Never believe that they did some kind of health check on that vehicle before they gave it to you. All they did was rush you out, rush it in and get rid of you as soon as they can for as much money as they can. I highly regret not just having taken my own car. At least I know it has been well maintained. I also won't accept anything that is undefined from now on. A car in a certain class means nothing to me and apparently to them also. This was not a larger car. It was a smaller car. Exactly what I was trying to avoid. I actually wanted a Toyota Camry. None of those in sight. Only pint size SUVs. If you actually decide to take your life in your hands and rent a car from here be very very careful. Take it to a shop close by and have them do your own check on the car before you take it out on the road.

I have rented from this place several times now and each time the service is unsatisfactory and demeaning. I have had my reserved rental given away and I have had to wait more than 30min for service. The "managers" have laughed in my face instead of provided customer service. The cars are usually in bad shape as well. Honestly, the experiences I have had at this branch are a stark contrast to the service you receive at the Reagan airport counter and I will now be traveling the 20 or so minutes to the airport for my rentals. I am an Enterprise Plus member and I rent a car for my travels several times a year due to my job. Never had an issue with any other Enterprise which is frustrating because this one is close to home. I have submitted a formal complaint about this branch before and that wasn't really taken seriously so I will not give this place my business.

The staff at this location SUCKS! I had a vehicle from CT with an ABS brake malfunction light. The staff used every excuse not to change out the rental. Terrible experience. I guess I will take my chances on the ride home. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. ZERO STARS.

So, I rarely have to rent a vehicle. Someone hit my truck and so the insurance company set me up with with a rental at this location. I called before I went and was told they had vehicles available and that I'd be getting a corolla when I arrived. When I arrived and walked in, there wasn't any staff inside. The back door was open and I could hear a male and female outside. All I could hear was the female swearing and cursing repeatedly, yelling all types of obscenities. It was actually rather disturbing and frankly not what I expect to be greeted with in any business. Maybe after about a good 2-4 minutes of standing inside, with NO ONE being in there, finally someone came in. The gentleman greeted me pleasantly and started to process my rental. He was professional and courteous thankfully. I ended up being given a Ford Focus and not w Corolla as previously told. I'm not a car snob, so I wasn't that convened, I just don't like being told one thing and getting something else. Rentals do drive me crazy with the odd levels of gas they have in the cars when they give it to you, so I'm not sure how I'm expected to return a vehicle w/ 3/8 of a tank of gas. I don't like giving them more then what they gave me, but such is life. I returned the vehicle almost 2 weeks later, ridiculous right?! I know. They were pleasant and courteous. Got me checked out but weren't that communicative. I was standing there for 5-10 minutes trying to figure out if it was okay to just walk out or did they need something additional from me. The young lady was literally just looking at the computer. If I had just walked out, I might've been wrong, but seriously just saying "if you could give me a minute" goes a long way! All in all, I'd probably rent from enterprise again, possibly not this exact location though.

My boyfriend dropped his vehicle off at a near by auto shop and walked to this location thinking he'd be able to pick up his ( reserved ) truck, and for whatever reason, while the truck was right outside, the agents said his truck was no longer available. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Will never rent from this place again. Rented a car for 2 days (picked up Thursday-drop off Saturday) Was told to turn my car in on Saturday. What I wasn't told was that they are closed at noon on Saturday and totally closed on Sunday (they usually close at 6pm) unlike a Budget Car Rental who is open all of the time. Personally, it felt a bit sneaky. My flight back to LA left on Saturday and I had to have my father turn the car in Monday morning. They charged me 2 extra days and the car was parked the entire time. When I called and complained the guy on the phone had an attitude and told me "it's not our problem! check your contract" - next time I will be going with Budget straight from the airport. I don't care about paying for what I owe but I don't like a business that makes extra money based on not disclosing full information to their customers then being nasty about it. Yes it was in the contract, but because they're are a rent a car place I assumed they'd be open all weekend. My fault, but their attitude and lack of professionalism made it worse.

Rented from here several times. I would give them a 5 star for the most recent experience. Got the Chevy Tahoe which is brand new so that was fun. Smooth experience and no hidden fees. No forced insurance either. Previously I did have to wait an hour for my rental which sucked but I did get the car. Lucky I live close by so it wasn't the end of the world but this is what brings it down one star. I would give them a 4.5. We plan to rent the Tahoe again in September for 10 days and the pricing seems good. They got a whole bunch of them and it makes the trip a blast being in a brand new top of the line Tahoe. (Want to buy one now!!)

The staff at this location is always very helpful. Evan, the manager is very pleasant and willing to help. We had a rental due to a car accident and when my husband didn't like the vehicle he had rented, they were quick to give him something else. I have rented cars from this location several times and have always been satisfied with the service and vehicles we have rented.

Have rented several cars from this location in the past. This time, however, was different. Even though I made my reservation using a major credit card, they charged my card a $100 deposit in addition to the entire rental fee. This information was not mentioned anywhere during my on-line reservation nor in my confirmation email. Will stick with Hertz in the future as they have never charged me a deposit when using a major credit card - only when using a check card which is understandable.

I just returned from vacation to find my vehicle was overheating. I contacted Enterprise, where they picked me up literally within 30 minutes from my mechanic's place of business. Their customer service was EXCELLENT! The vehicle I needed wasn't readily available, so they upgraded me to a SUV. I was more than happy with the upgrade. Additionally, upon returning my vehicle, I knew they were unable to take me back to the location in which I originated, due to the distance, so I requested an UBER. Management overheard my dilemma and compensated me for UBER via a refund for the price of the UBER.. With that being said, this has been my best experience yet with Enterprise.. I highly recommend this location hands down...

I can't remember the last time I saw an organization so well managed and so committed to helping customers. Felipe, Lawrence, and Curry were nothing short of amazing and as efficient as possible. I've rented at other locations in the DMV but between competitive pricing and pick up for reservations this location nails it every time. If you're looking at renting a car while in the area I highly recommend you visit this location. Seriously this is the most professional, courteous, goal oriented team I've deal with. Book a car (in advance), get picked up and drive off in 10 minutes tops. They value your time and more importantly value you as a customer.

I appreciate great service. This is what I received at Enterprise in Ft. Washington, MD. A deer hit my car. The insurance company referred me to them. A Mr. Leon Simms picked me up to pick out my rental. He was extremely sympathetic and helpful. A Ms. Curry Ogelsby checked me in and had me out in no time. She was extremely professional and friendly. Everyone I talked to and came in contact with made my unfortunate incident palatable. In addition, the car I rented was great. I would not hesitate to go back to them again.
