WOW!!! That’s truly all I have to say these days guys running this shop are incredible and very helpful! I had a delay due to weather and they treated me with so much kindness and respect! There was not a single person that I dealt with that was not going above and beyond for my wife and I! This was my first time renting a car and they made it so smooth! I’ll forever use enterprise simply because of the great job these guys did! If you’re looking for a rental car go see them! You won’t be disappointed!!

Google
The employees at Glenwood Springs Enterprise go out of their way to make every rental experience effortless and convenient for their customers. I've used them many times, in a number of different situations, and will always go to them first. The personnel are extremely kind, helpful, and personable! I give them a 10 in every category.

Needed a car for a day in Glenwood Springs. On-line reservation was super easy, and the staff at the Glenwood Springs Enterprise were super friendly, helpful, and took care of us wonderfully. The car was clean and worked wonderfully. I can't think of any reason to rent anywhere else!

I’m a single mom and was traveling with my three kids from Utah to Vail and red rocks for some epic concerts when my car broke down in Glenwood Springs. I ended up deciding to rent a car last minute, so we could still Make the red rocks portion of our trip. They were so good in getting me a car very last minute. When I went to pick it up, my brain was fried. I had been having to make so many last-minute decisions regarding my broken down car and new lodging and That Luke was just a boss and helped me handle the car and made the process so easy. I mean, I’ve rented cars a lot. It’s not a hard process, but I had a lot on my mind and was stressed to the max and these guys just were just so kind and helped me in a really unpleasant situation.

Very positive Experience, everyone in the staff were very kind with us. Sergio helped us a lot, it was our first time renting a car in USA and a very good and positive experience. They gave us a Toyota Camry, we loved it, very comfortable and lovely for driving. Definitely choosing Enterprise next time we need a car.

I rented a vehicle at the end of day. Then took my personal vehicle to be dropped off. When I got back to my rental (which I left at Enterprise) it was blocked in. There was an employee there who called the manager. The manager said they were closed and would not help me. I was left stranded and NOT helped. I have been a customer for years and will NEVER be using any Enterprise service again. I can’t believe how disrespected I was by the manager.

We ended up in a bad way with experiencing some vehicle troubles while vacationing from TX here. Christian was the manager, as well as one of his helpers, Luke. They went above and beyond making sure that we were very well taken care and back to enjoying our vacation. They especially excelled when having to work everything out with our insurance. You guys Rock🤘 best rental experience we have had.

Google
it legit feels like I’m driving a lowered go-cart on 10s. I think I’m like half a foot away from the pavement. Feels like I’m fighting for my life everytime I get behind the wheel idk if I’m going to live or die driving this vehicle. Can’t see when driving at night the lights are so dim and yellow. u will get the least hooked up you’ve ever been at this business …if I make it thru driving this vehicle I’ve officially conquered mortality …

Yelp
Appreciate the professionalism I experienced when dealing with christian, joshua, Joey and all the rest. The car rental office in the valley-

Yelp
I have been pleasantly surprised by the team at this Enterprise location multiple times. We've been dealing with a crappy insurance situation that left us car-less and this team has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I am very grateful for these guys and the top notch customer service skills.

Yelp
Hello fellow renters! Beware of this location as they are a bunch of swindlers here. But the biggest of them all is Mr. Joseph C. Edge. I had gotten a rental with my car insurance company. I had recently lost my physical license, it was reissued by the state of Colorado, and enterprise at this location or according to the district manager (Mr. Edge) which also lied about his position to me should be reprimanded. I came in honest and good faith to do business with his office, and told him on the phone what the issue was and he said it wasn't a problem. Please do not use these guys as they are a bunch of liars, con artists, and thieves! All they like to do here is take car insurance money, put you on a week waiting list (which is also a lie) and then rent out absolutely high mileage , and smoked in rentals. Shame on you Enterprise and Mr. Edge!

Emily M.

Yelp
Emma and Austin at the Glenwood Springs Enterprise were very professional and helpful. They made renting and returning a breeze. I don't usually leave reviews but these guys deserve a good one.

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL!! Make sure to get damage coverage or this company will try to make you liable for all of the damage the car previously had!!!! They just sent me a bill for 3,611.00 for a flat tire I had with them. On the phone they said there were some scratches I would have to be liable for and now they sent me a massive list of repairs the car needs including 3 threes needing repair after I had one flat tire and the manager said the wheel itself was perfectly fine. THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE!!!! On top of that, I previously rented a car from them where the car had a crack in the windshield. As far as I saw, the employee took a picture of it before i rented it and then after they demanded I pay for the crack which was already there. THIS COMPANY RELIES ON OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY TO PAY FOR THEIR REPAIRS.

Yelp
I needed to rent a car for work purposes and drive to Denver. These guys were so accommodating and nice. Not only did Fred upgrade me to a vehicle that would handle the mountain passes with ease, he was 5 star in customer service, making sure the drivers window was clean from a sticker ( he cleaned it himself) and was very gracious in explaining and showing me the features of the car. I know our company does a lot of business with them, and they are a national chain, but I do feel like these guys bend over backyard in making sure we have what we need. Thank you Glenwood Springs Enterprise

Anna H.

Yelp
Luke was amazing! It was my first time renting a car and he walked me through all the steps. He made it so easy and it was a great experience. Will definitely be using enterprise again. Thank you Luke!

Yelp
If I could give zero stars, I would. Joe was completely unhelpful. The AC went out on our rental van and he wouldn't offer any assistance of ANY sort. Said that location would be shutting down in an hour and wouldn't open again tomorrow due to the Grizzly Creek Fire. He said Glenwood was on an evacuation order, which was why they wouldn't be open. Glenwood was not on an evacuation order, or even a pre evacuation order at the time, and he still had an hour left at work. But he refused to be helpful in any regard. We asked if he could try calling another location to see if they had a van, and he refused. We asked for suggestions of what to do and he said he couldn't help us. After some pressing for solutions, he said to call roadside assistance, but didn't offer the number, we had to ask him specifically for it. We get that the fire limits his options, but there were things he could have done to be helpful. The worst customer service. The.worst. Update: we called the Grand Junction location- which Joe refused to do- and they happily and easily helped us out with an exchange. Long story short- he could have been helpful in some fashion, he chose not to be.

Crissy B.

Yelp
We originally rented a car from National car rental. Unfortunately we got in a bad wreck on black ice and totaled our original rental. The tow truck driver brought us here to Enterprise. We were still all shooken up from the accident, this place was packed and very short staffed. Despite the fact that they were low on cars and high on customers they did all they could to get us back on the road with a rental replacement. Norma was very kind and helpful at the front desk, even though she was helping multiple customers and on the phone the whole time. My name is Mckinley Stephens did all he could to be able to get us back on the road again. Finishing the last 12 hours of our road trip after being in a terrible accident was not fun, but we really felt the love and help from this Enterprise branch.

Gabriel T.

Yelp
Their open hours changed and I missed their attempts to contact me to figure out a different pickup time fo the car I had reserved. Despite this, Joseph called me on the day they were closed to check in, and arranged for me to pick up the car, even though they were closed. He remembered they had been unable to reach me before. He provided exceptional service, got me an excellent car and a good deal, but especially doing all this when they were closed really saved my weekend. I am so grateful for his work doing this. Really above and beyond.

Helene N.

Yelp
Update to my review....5/1/2020: 1 week later and after speaking with not 1 BUT 2 "escalation" representatives and being lied to that someone would contact be regarding the issue I've yet to hear anything from the company or the local rental location in Glenwood Springs. Again don't waste your money at this location or Enterprise they clearly don't care about how their customers are treated and lied to. If I could take away the 1 Star I have to give to write a review I totally would. Enterprise SUCKS!

A F.

Yelp
Worst service ever. Reserved F150 on three separate occasions. Confirmed the day before all three times. Got there and all three times no truck. No offer to try to find me one, no offer to credit me a car, nothing. In fact every time a rent a car there I have gotten a different vehicle than requested. When I called corporate they said someone would call me all three times. No call. I called and left my name and number at corporate with customer service who took info. 10 days later no call. These people are the worst. I will never use Enterprise again.

April C.

Yelp
I will never rent from Enterprise again! We needed a rental while our personal vehicle was being repaired. The Glenwood location at first seemed like they were trying to help, but each person we spoke to gave different answers. They charged us a $50 deposit that was never mentioned until pick up. Then they changed the rental agreement, charged us more and never contacted us in reageds to the changes. Which means we never signed and agreed to those changes or charges. Emailed a copy of a receipt for tire repair reimbursement and never received confirmation that they received it. Their communication is none existing and don't seem to be honest with customers up front about the charges and fees. I have no faith at this point thar we will get our money back.

Yelp
My request for a last-minute rental was easily accommodated. We rented a car for a coup,e days to split off from my parents who were attending a nearby conference. Customer service on site was excellent. (That's where the 2 stars come from.....good initial CS and last minute accommodation. The problems started when I went to return the car. For some absolutely insane reason Enterprise seals the two keys provided together on a non-separable ring. Guaranteeing that if you lock the keys in, you lock both in. So...both got locked in. I called Enterprise roadside assistance, at 9 am. (The car was in a Campground in the mountains where there was no cell service, so I had to drive 15 minutes to make the call). I was asked where the vehicle was and provided both a description and gps input (unfortunately, the listed address is for the Sopris Ranger Starion in Carbondale) and was to,d to go wait with the vehicle. It was 4 trips back down the mountain and 4 more calls before I got into the car AT 7:30 PM!!! I tried calling the Enterprise location all day to explain the situation and my call was never answered. I was informed by roadside assistance that this would cost me $51 (but my personal insurance would reimburse me, I checked with them) and they did take that amount (and more) out of my $150 deposit. I've tried calling again and again, but it seems that the staff has vanished. A week later, I was refunded $9 of my $150 deposit, and no receipt was ever emailed or sent. I was never provided a receipt for my roadside assistance to present to my insurance company, so I can't get that back either. Presumably, they charged me for an additional day's rental, but without a reciept, I'll never know. Enterprise lost NOTHING on my late rental, I returned the car to a FULL lot (I took the LAST parking spot). I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. I've called the Glenwood Springs location a dozen times or more, and no one answers. And calling the 800 number I get told I have to contact the Glenwood Springs location. Sealing both keys together is stupid, assenine, and only can cause problems (and according to the guy who finally found me and let me in to the car, if you separate the keys by cutting the cable they charge you hundreds to re-seal them). I cannot get a receipt for the roadside assistance, and no one will account for the remainder of my deposit which was kept. NEVER AGAIN!

Yelp
Manager is about as rude as you could imagine. I booked a car online and was given multiple options from which I chose one. When I arrived at Enterprise to pick up the car I had reserved, the manager said there was a glitch in the system and they had no cars available but "might" have something later in the day. He said he tried to call me "multiple times" but I pulled out my phone and told him I had no record of an incoming call or any voicemail message. I told him they might want to fix their system because I had just walked over 2 miles to get there. His response: "Fix your phone." What a jerk. No idea what he is doing in a customer-facing role other than running what appears to be a scam in saying they have cars when they don't. Avoid at all costs.

Julie M.

Yelp
We travel all around the United States and have rented cars many, many times! We booked a car back in January and when we arrived to pick up our car no cars were available???!!! Seriously?! They were nice enough to take us to our b&b 3 miles outside of town where we were basically stranded. I called back two more times that evening to check to see if they had any cars. Still none. The gentleman on the phone said they would call in the morning and keep us posted. They never called back. Never called to check on us. We therefore never got our car. Watching our CC to make sure we did not get charged. I would absolutely NOT recommend using them. Luckily our nice b&b host drove us 40 miles away to rent a car. Not how we wanted to start my Mother's Day getaway!:(

Hilarie W.

Yelp
I called to reserve a car and was told Enterprise would pick me up at the car repair shop first thing in the morning. After 30 minutes with no arrival and no call I made my way to Enterprise in Glenwood. Imagine my surprise when they told me I would need 2 utility bills and proof of employment to rent a car. Nobody mentioned this on the phone. My debit card clearly states the name of my business with my full name. I was already running 45 minutes late and could not find a utility bill in my email since they are mailed to me. I do not have a major credit card but I would have been happy to have Enterprise preauthorize whatever amount necessary on my debit card. They refused to rent to me and left my daughter and I stranded with 3 big bags, a Tupperware bin and a computer. I had to get a ride from a stranger during COVID with a child!!!! The entire day went by and I contacted customer service twice with no return calls!!! I live in a remote area and still at the end of the day had no car and had to beg to have someone else drive us home again! I lost clients due to being late and my entire day was ruined as well as my daughters!!!! Still have no car to get to work in the morning or pick my car up from the repair shop which I could have done tonight had I had the rental! The reason I chose to rent a car was to have reliable transportation with my daughter. I can not believe they would abandon a mother like this with no consideration!!! Would not recommend EVER!!! Horrible people!

Yelp
I reserved a large 7 passenger SUV more than 3 weeks in advance of my pick up date. I reserved on my Enterprise App but also confirmed with a personal call at the rental location to assure at least a 7 passenger vehicle like a minivan if the large SUV was not available. On Friday November 24 I arrived at the Glenwood Springs Enterprise location minutes after my 7:30 AM scheduled pick up time. The folks working the location were attentive but did not have a 7 passenger vehicle available. I was told 2 were not yet returned and none were available. They offered to contact the initial renters to determine their return plans. I departed and left them 30 minutes to determine possibilities. At 8:10 upon contacting the Glenwood Springs Enterprise back, I was told no rentals were going to be returned and there was nothing they could do. I proceeded to reach out to other local rental companies in Glenwood Springs to find Budget indeed did have a mini van but the cost was almost double due to the last minute rental request. Because I had to transport 6 adults and luggage I was left with no options but to book the Budget rental at $260.00 for my 2 day need. Because of Enterprise's lack of planning I was left with no options and fortunately Budget had a vehicle to accommodate my need. There was no reason the Enterprise location, with a confirmed registration and a follow up call to assure the need, to not have at a minimum, a 7 passenger vehicle available. Poor planning on Enterprise's part, or assuming a return rental, when the personnel at the location indicated much of the time their rentals are not returned on time, do not suffice for not having my scheduled rental resulting in my spending additional $130 to make up for their mistake. Maybe time to reevaluate my rental car choices?

Pauli H.

Yelp
I would not rent from this Enterprise again. As a small person I'd booked a compact car, only to find when I arrived that the smallest car available was a Dodge Charger. None of the 'smaller' cars (and they only had sedans) had rear wipers -- this is in the Colorado mountains where road salt and spray are ubiquitous! Why a rental agency would only have cars without rear wipers in winter conditions is completely beyond me. I had no intention of having to stop every half hour to clean the rear window, so was forced to upgrade to a very large SUV at a much higher price. Extremely disappointing all the way around, although the SUV proved to be a very nice choice, albeit a gas hog. Also, friends who rented from this Enterprise the same week, found, on returning it, they were required to thoroughly wash and vacuum the car before returning it. This was not made clear on renting it, and I've never heard of such a practice. To be safe I washed and vacuumed mine. There is at least one other rental agency in Glenwood Springs, and I will try it next time.

Toni C.

Yelp
Well since they already showing a bad rating no big surprise our experience was bad as well. Find another car rental place when in Glenwood springs, Colorado and save yourself the frustration.

Rick D.

Yelp
This place used to be ok but my trip to Glenwood Springs this time they were horrible. I made reservations 5 months ago. When we arrived by train I called them for pickup. I could not get through to them but a taxi driver was able to and I spoke to the guy at Enterprise. He did not have a car for us. He rented them all out. He told me "a reservation does not guarantee me a car". Are you kidding me! He was more interested in getting out by quitting time and then hung up on me. Too bad another car rental company doesn't open up in Glenwood Springs. They would get a lot of business. I had to Uber to the Aspen Airport to get a car so I had that added expense. All I got from the manager the next day was "I'm sorry". That just isn't enough. Don't rent from them!

Jesse L.

Yelp
"Fred Reed", the "branch manager", of this location gives new definition of "creepy". The guy refused to pick me up, even though they have picked me up on multiple occasions, which is the advertisement of Enterprise, "to pick you up" and "treat you with quality" as a "family" owned business. When I arrived to the location, I gave him a bad "yelp" review and he denied me service to rent with Enterprise (I had a month long rental reserved, over a thousand dollars in business). Enterprise is far better than this person, too bad they employ him. I then took my business to a different Enterprise location where I was served in a professional manner.

Temeeka J.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying I originally rented from a location in Aurora, Colorado. I then drove out to Lake Powell for a week long vacation. When I was driving back up from Southeast Utah there was a cow in the middle of a small two lane road where it was pitch black. Unfortunately we hit it. The car was still "drivable" but the front fender and wheel well were severely damaged. The way we hit the cow made it so the drivers side door was not able to be opened. I then was able to drive up to grand junction where I then Proceeded to call an enterprise to see if they could switch out the car. That enterprise didn't seem to care too much and said he wouldn't be able to get me into a car until Monday. I was able To make it to the Glenwood Springs location on Friday the 22nd where I thought I would try to see if I could switch out into another vehicle. There was only one individual in that whole office who actually went above and beyond to help me. I think his name was Tyler. The other two gentleman didn't give and care in the world about the situation that happened. I tried to explain the situation and let them know I did not feel safe or comfortable to drive it anymore. I know the game. I know the reason behind not switching out the vehicle is because their branch did want to take on a damaged vehicle. I know how this company works. The fact that I let them know I didn't feel safe driving the car and the short dark haired male working said, "the best thing I can do is take your name and number". Really goes to show this location really lacks the conscious and ethics needed to run an honest business. They are lucky that nothing ended up happening while I was driving that car when they had the knowledge that I didn't feel safe any longer. Still turning me down for a switch out . I have rented a handful of times from enterprise. My significant other was employed by Enterprsie for over 2 1/2 years. This was by far the worst customer service interaction I have ever had. Thank you Tyler for actually being concerned for our safety and well being and being willing to help ask around for another car. He was on hold for 15 minutes waiting to see if he could help locate another car and the short dark haired boy rushed him off the phone to take over. Shame on him and the other male employee for acting as if my safety and my friends safety didn't even matter. And the fact that I was already a customer and our needs didn't matter because we didn't originally rent from them. Fortunately for you guys I didn't originally rent from you so ESQI isn't relevant to your branch for my rental.

Yelp
I love this Glenwood Springs, Co location. They run some great weekend specials. It was so convenient and customer service was excellent! Thank you Enterprise!

Gregg P.

Yelp
This problem did not involve Enterprise in Glenwood - company HQ problem with customer service. Cannot get a refund for a parking ticket on the rental car. I have had the parking company contact Enterprise with proof that they refunded the parking violation to Enterprise. Still no refund and Enterprise just asked me again to provide proof that I paid the violation when Enterprise itself billed me.

Jeff I.

Yelp
These guys are courteous & professional. I really like the fact they have a pick up service, too.

L T.

Yelp
Our family took the train from Denver to Glenwood Springs. We did not expect to need a car. Our plan was to use the bus and do lots of walking. Unfortunately we found out some places such as Hanging Lake were not accessible by bus, so we needed a car. Philip was incredibly accommodating and customer focused. The employees at this location reaffirmed our excellent experiences with Enterprise. I would without question recommend this location.

Pat G.

Yelp
Be careful with your vacation and don't rent from these guys in Glenwood Springs. Overbooking by this branch ended a great vacation for our family. We had an advance reservation but when I arrived at their branch at 6:17pm I found lights out and they close at 6pm. Called first thing 7:38am the next morning and they said they tried to call us (lies) and would do their best (BS) to get us a vehicle that day. They didn't even after several phone calls and a personal visit. Stick to names you can trust Hertz, Avis, National, Budget (they have a branch in Glenwood), etc.

Jaime F.

Yelp
Fred from Enterprise was very rude to me over the phone after Enterprise did not provide me with a rental car at Finishing Touch Body Shop in Basalt, CO. He said that I never returned his phone call, which I did. I have proof in my call log of a conversation with Fred, specifically stating my request for a 4-wheel drive vehicle. I felt very discouraged as a customer of Enterprise Rental Car that they failed to provide me with their best service. He belittled my memory of having the phone conversation with him and blammed me for not writing down the name of the person that I spoke to on the phone last Thursday. Luckily, Aaron from Enterprise, was there dropping off another car to a different customer and offered to give my fiancé and I a ride back to our house. Aaron was very friendly and assured me that he would get me a fitting rental car later in the day. I wish Fred could have been as understanding as Aaron over the phone. It was funny becuase my fiancé asked if I had double checked the reservation for the rental car. I had not since I had faith that Enterprise would be there with a rental car this morning, since I did confirm the reservation last Thursday. Least to say, double check your reservations or reserve a different company to rent a car from.

Yelp
I will never recommend anyone to rent car from this place!!!! I rented a truck for a week and during the initial walk through, the sales rep stated don't worry about any old damages or scratches on the car when I asked and want taking pictures. After I drop off the car yesterday, they claim they found three smaller than golf ball size dents in the front and charged me over $700!!! The sales rep was also pissed when I declined the expensive insurance they offered and to me the whole situation was a set up. I'm in the hospitality industry and that is not how you treat your customer by lying and manipulating the situation!!!! My associate also told me last time when she rent a car from them, they try to charge her smoking fee even she doesn't smoke!!! So be aware this place

Ryan L.

Yelp
These guys are the best! They always take care of you and bend over backwards to help you out. We were stranded and they helped us in a tight spot.

Eileen B.

Yelp
Enterprise, in Glenwood Springs, stepped up when the car we rented in South Salt Lake, had a major issue, making it unsafe for us to drive back to Salt Lake. When we called the Enterprise we rented from in South Salt Lake, the manager was not only rude, he could care less that this car had major issues. It was a holiday weekend and he just couldn't be bothered. What a difference in attitude at the Glenwood Springs Enterprise. These people are amazing. Thank you thank you thank you.

Lindsay B.

Yelp
About 45 minutes ago, I called to set up a reservation. Just received a phone call telling me all the cars were rented out. Apparently another reservation "came through". Very frustrating.

Rachel E.

Yelp
Called about securing a rental for my daughter while her car was in a shop being repaired for a not at fault accident. Explained very clearly at my initial inquiry that she was a minor and was told as long as we had full coverage insurance (we do) and the responsible party's insurance authorized a direct billing (they did) and we paid an under age driver surcharge (yes, fine) we would be accommodated. Was even called back by Enterprise to confirm the reservation - 45 minute drive in traffic to pick up the vehicle and upon arrival was told that they could not allow a 17 year old to drive a rental vehicle or "they would be fired". All fine and good, but I was upfront with our situation all along and was told everything was good to go. Waste of my time and and altogether frustrating experience... will NOT be a repeat customer and will not recommend as the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right is doing. Did not feel the employees I spoke with had much remorse for the misinformation I was given. Boo.

Carol F.

Yelp
The employees at this Enterprise were great. Since the car we had booked wasn't back they gave us a 4X4 pick up truck which really came in handy given all the snow we encountered. Oh, and they gave us an additional 15% off for the inconvenience. They picked us up and dropped us off with no problems or attitude problems. There were already some scratches on the truck which were noted and nothing extra was charged to us. I only wish that someone was able to go over the controls with us. But great all over service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Jamie T.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I reserved a car to be picked up on a Saturday afternoon. Walked to the building from the train station, arrived about 2:00pm. There was a sign on the door that read "be back shortly," but they closed at 2:30pm and were not open at all on Sundays. We waited around until 2:35pm and left without our vehicle.

Brian N.

Yelp
This was originally a very worried post, but I'll happily acknowledge that the staff at the Enterprise office really came through for us. The problem was that, through a misunderstanding of intentions, there was no vehicle of the sort I needed available in my area. When alerted to the problem, the manager and both of her subordinates with whom I worked went out of their way to correct the misunderstanding and voila, at 7:45 am the next morning, after a very worried night, I got a call telling me that the vehicle of exactly the type I needed was available. Not only did they have the car, they treated me with none of the frustration that they surely must have felt nor did they let on what extra steps and hoops they had to jump through to fix the problem. All was handled professionally, the vehicle was wonderful, a gas saver and in fine condition and the trip was completed in half the time I expected. Moreover, the final bill only reflected the two days I actually had the vehicle, instead of the four I had believed I needed and had booked. Use these guys. If there is a problem, they'll get on it. You will complete your journey happy. Believe me, they really came through.

I would like to express my very deep disappointment and concern with the incredible lack of ethics displayed by Fred Reed, at the Glenwood Springs, CO location. In January 2018, we rented a car from that location. The young man who rented us the car was very friendly. While we were looking the car over, he laughed, and said it had less than 500 miles on it, so we probably didn't need to worry about previous damage. It was parked with the back corner in the shade and against the building, and at a glance everything looked normal for a brand new car. We had no reason to feel like we were being set-up. We then took the car to breakfast, and when we came out, the sun was shining on the rear tail light area, and we noticed a large crease in the car. The parking at the diner is next to the building, and we were next to a window. There were no broken pieces or any sign of an incident in the parking lot. We drove directly back to Enterprise to notify them of what we found. We spoke to the same young man, and he agreed that it couldn't have been us, as there was water in the broken tail light from having gone through their car wash. A week later, we received a letter stating that we were being charged for the damage to the vehicle. When we called Fred Reed to remind him that he had said there shouldn't be a problem when we returned the car, he said "Well, it doesn't matter, does it? You signed the form stating everything was fine." An expensive lesson learned about corruption. If you're brave enough to deal with these people, make sure you take pictures of every angle in the car. After reading other reviews, it's clear we aren't the first people to be scammed like this by Fred Reed.
