Had two rentals with Enterprise recently associated with 3 accidents caused by other others. Enterprise failed my expectations in both occasions.
In the first case, they charged me for extra days even though my car was not ready when promised. They told me they would deal with the insurance company, but after I left, they simply billed my credit card without my authorization.
In the other case, I had a rental that spanned repairs to two different cars with two different insurance companies (my autos have been magnets for accidents caused by others). The rental charges were to be split between the two insurance companies -- it was all very clear from the start. Enterprise totally messed this up and I spent several long phone calls trying to get it straightened out. It was even my money, but the right thing to do. Enterprise never did fix it, nor did they let me know they hadn't, even though they told me they would fix it.
