Honestly, I truly love going Enterprise. I have been with Enterprise for almost 10 years now and I don’t think I will ever switch up the wonderful lady here at this location. Brittany has truly helped me every time I needed a rental And the other coworker is always very helpful and understands that My four-year-old is a little messy. If you haven’t gone to Enterprise to get a vehicle, you definitely should and definitely speak to Brittany.

I made a reservation a month in advance to have a car ready for a very important trip just to receive a call the night before that they had rented my car out and wouldn’t have another ready by the time I needed to leave the next day. And weren’t sure when they could have me another car. Extremely poor service. I would have thought that making a reservation so far in advance would have guaranteed them to be able to have me a car ready

The way store manager, Brittany Smith, degrades and speaks to customers is repulsive. She also went on a rant about how corporate is a bunch of tight wads and let go of all of their staff members aside from her and a detailer...which is extremely unprofessional. She is very unwilling to help or show any sort of compassion. Needless to say, we went with another rental agency and couldn't be happier. Edited to add I have called corporate 5x and spoke to 5 different people since this occurred and not once has a higher up / manager tried to call me back.

The people were very nice and the vehicles are very nice and very affordable and the employees are very empathetic and professional and in very nice. Everything was perfect perfect perfect and would definitely rent from them again and have already started referring people thank you to all the workers at Enterprise thank you so much I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Most people rent a car on weekends but independence is do not work on weekends so you have to pay for three days or that the car 40 miles away not good business for enterprise the people was real good about helping me britt was grate

The people are friendly but when you do a reservation on line they should honor that price it's not a quote and when the price is over double it sucks cuz they think everyone is just made out of money. And they don't have any customer parking where if you need to leave your vehicle for a few days or whatever they expect you to leave your vehicle parked on a street where it can be towed at any time it's total bs if you ask me

Made a reservation for an suv 2 weeks before our trip. They called us the day before we were leaving telling us they would not have the car we needed. (What is the point of a reservation) enterprise told us a reservation dose not guarantee that we will get the vehicle we needed. What a joke !!

Had two rentals with Enterprise recently associated with 3 accidents caused by other others. Enterprise failed my expectations in both occasions. In the first case, they charged me for extra days even though my car was not ready when promised. They told me they would deal with the insurance company, but after I left, they simply billed my credit card without my authorization. In the other case, I had a rental that spanned repairs to two different cars with two different insurance companies (my autos have been magnets for accidents caused by others). The rental charges were to be split between the two insurance companies -- it was all very clear from the start. Enterprise totally messed this up and I spent several long phone calls trying to get it straightened out. It was even my money, but the right thing to do. Enterprise never did fix it, nor did they let me know they hadn't, even though they told me they would fix it.

I've rented vehicles from Enterprise car rental, and I've been extremely pleased every time! They have awesome, exemplary customer service! If you need to rent a car go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Santee! You will be glad you did!

I would give these people 0 stars if I could! My car was totaled by a dui. My insurance offers $30. A day for a car. Enterprise is who they set up a reservation with. We went to pick up the car & they tried to put me, a 52 yr old fat woman with a back fusion into a Fiat 500! Then they informed us that $30 a day would not cover the cost & we would owe them $50 up front debit or credit only! Their reasoning was confusing their "customer service" person talked so fast I could not understand him. We offered a check or cash but they would not take either. We could not even see the Fiat because the CSR stated that it was "hidden way over there" and waved his hand vaguely. Never ever trust these people!

this place is awful!!! so many hidden fees that they don't tell you about and whatever you do dont go with the option to return empty. i returned it with 1/4 tank and they charged me a $104 dollars for fuel!!!! it was a dodge mini van 7 passenger vehicle!
