Enterprise Rent-A-Car - LAX Airport

Rented a car here a few weeks ago. Specifically, I rented a midsize sedan like a Chevy Malibu or Toyota Camry and they gave me a free upgrade to a minivan which I graciously accepted given the amount of miles we planned to drive. No complaints about the minivan, it was filled with fuel and reasonably clean inside and out. No check engine lights or service lights either, although I can't remember if it had wiper fluid. What I really liked was the service. I already had a reservation but was able to get through the front desk in like 5 minutes maximum. You had a couple customers ahead of me but you also had a few staff members working the desks so there was basically no wait to speak to someone at 12pm. To give you reference, I was at FLL over a year ago at Hertz and you had one singular guy to check out a line of people. The person I spoke to at the desk was very nice and didn't try to upsell me as much as you'd typically expect from a rental car company. This was my first time renting from Enterprise and honestly, I was impressed. I usually rent from Hertz and Fox as they are cheaper but my experience at Enterprise was so quick and smooth that I may just pay the extra money and start renting at Enterprise in the future. Shout-out to the young Hispanic guy that dealt with me at the desk and the white dude who was super chill in letting me choose which of the cars I wanted. Good service goes a long way

Happy with the experience here! Checked in online so skipped the queue and went straight to the car lot. Was greeted by friendly staff and was able to choose from a line of vehicles. Car was clean, modern and had everything I needed. A nicer quality VW than some of the other brands. Return was also super easy and was back in LAX in no time on the shuttle bus. Nice and easy

Renting a car from this location was incredibly easy and stress-free. I made my reservation before flying out, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. A shuttle picked us up directly from the airport and took us to the location — no waiting in line at all. Grant provided truly excellent service and made everything simple and efficient. Within about 30 minutes of landing, I had my car and was on the road. Drop-off was just as smooth — quick, easy, and again no waiting. Highly recommend renting from this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Grant!

I have been using enterprise for about 5 years on my domestic travel and can truly attest to how smooth the booking, pick up and drop off services are. The line up of available vehicles is great and for the price! They are always quality, clean and so much variety. Additionally and likely highest on the list for customer experience, the staff has always been nothing but extremely helpful and informative. They make the process warm rather than transactional and truly set you on your journey in the most positive relaxed way. I now look forward to my domestic travel even more knowing I can drive a well maintained vehicle with a trusted company, Enterprise.

Smoothest and easiest rental car experience ever! They said I could pick any car I wanted from two rows which was so nice to be able to choose. The desk process was 1 min or less and getting the car took 2 mins. This place is efficient and friendly, highly recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews but I just have to this time. I've used Enterprise almost exclusively for years and years and have always had good experiences but this time at LAX our experience surpassed them all! Every single person we encountered was exceptional. Very polite and eager to please. The whole process was exceptional, every step of the way! We had to fly to L.A. got not happy reasons at all and I just want to say thank you to all Enterprise employees we encountered. You made our day and our short trip so much more pleasant. Thank you

Great experience renting here! Check-in was smooth and quick and the Range Rover was perfect for the weekend. Mary delivered excellent customer service and made sure I was well informed and had everything I needed. I look forward to renting here again in the future!

Our experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car near LAX was smooth and stress free. The process was quick, and everything went as expected. I did not realize they offer a shuttle to the airport, which was a nice surprise. On top of that, they went above and beyond by offering to take me to my hotel first to pick up my luggage and then to the airport. That level of service was truly appreciated. The gentleman who drove us was incredibly helpful and friendly. Kudos to him for making the experience even better. Great customer service all around

Way too long to get the car. Lines too long. Then another line too long. Come on nobody wants to wait with tons of people. Get more workers and expedite the line

I had a great experience picking up our rental car at LAX. Everyone we encountered was knowledgable and kind. I first encountered Enid at the rental counter. I was supposed to have a few free days car rental because of an aweful roadside experience 2 days prior when I was in D.C. but found out that I need to make a make a new booking to take advantage of it. Well, Enid asked her manager, Sarah. Although I could not receive my free day, Sarah helped out a lot and was kind and explained how the process worked and still shared a little love on my rental price for me. I thought that was kind even though what happened to me prior was not because of this location. Thank you Enid and Sarah. Now, out in the lot, Javier was so patient with me and my husband. I wanted a Maserati or a convertable to drive around L.A. but my husband had other ideas and we ended up with a Hyndai Kona. Thank you Javier for helping us and all the time you spent talking and showing cars. I appreciate it. I think that I will continue to rent from enterprise because of the customer service I continue to receive from everyone that I have interacted with in person. The branch manager Devaughn Ashby was super helpful, highly knowledgeable, and very friendly! He helped us pick out a really nice car for our stay. Highly recommend!

We rented a SUV yesterday for five days. The total cost for the Ford expedition was $550 for 4 days at the LAX airport We are staying closer to San Diego than Los Angeles airport and decided to change our flight home coming out of San Diego. We tried to return the rental at the San Diego Enterprise location. We were told the drop off fee would be $1220, Ridiculous This is why we will never use Enterprise again.
