Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Two days ago, I had the pleasure of doing business with the wonderful team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Brewerton Road in North Syracuse. The three gentlemen I worked with are Juan Alvarez, Trevor Hanson, and Mr. Jalin Medley, who is a fantastic leader! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had trouble finding the information I needed on my phone for the rental, but Jalin Medley went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks to his help, I was able to get everything sorted out quickly, and before I knew it, I was out the door and in my rental. I want to express my gratitude to the Enterprise team for the AMAZING service I received. These three outstanding employees deserve a raise! Because of this experience, I’ve been telling all my colleagues and friends about it and recommending they use Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Brewerton Road in North Syracuse from now on. My rating is 20 stars—keep up the great work, gentlemen!

I walked into enterprise after my rental thru priceline got messed up. I was immediately helped and welcomed by the staff Trevor and Jalin. Trevor got me a rental car in less than 15minutes and i was out the door!! Then I had to extend my rental a couple times a Trevor took care of that for me in minutes. I will definitely go to this enterprise if I ever need to rent a car again. Great work guys keep it up!!

Excellent experience with this place. Rented a van for a long trip, it was a very clean and reliable vehicle. The guys working here were all very helpful through the whole process. They explained everything well and even called days after returning to make sure everything was good. I don’t rent vehicles much but if I do again, I will go back to this place for sure.

I rented a vehicle recently and had a great experience. The young man, Jalin, did the paperwork for the reservation was very pleasant and friendly. He truly seemed to want my experience to be a good one. His coworker Trevor was friendly and made sure ny car was clean and ready to travel. They both made my day for sure. I recommend that location on Main St. In N Syracuse...kudos to their manager for hiring such awesome fellas.

I had an accindet the night of birthday and i had no car for a month! The insurance company gave me a rental through Enterprise and i went to the north syracuse location, i had the best costumer service experience Traver and the GM Jaylin went beyond to get me the car that i wanted and also kept me informed of the days that my rental would end and if i needed to extend it. Thank you for your great service i will recommend Enterprise to everyone. 10/10

I had a great experience renting a car with this Enterprise location. Jalin and David were very courteous and service was excellent. Car was clean and free of any odour. They also provided me with complimentary shuttle to my address. I definitely recommend them for your future car rental.

My car recently had issues and had to get repaired. The employees at this location helped take care of me after normal work hours and got a car so that me and my kids wouldn’t be stranded. Very much appreciated!!!

complete joke! Last Wednesday, November 27, 2024. I went to pick up a car I reserved through a company I work part time for only to be delayed and told that I needed to show ID. When I showed my ID, I was told that I was a scammer and that I didn't work for this company in which I pulled my phone out and showed a letter from the company on company letterhead that I did. The worst employee I've ever met in my life pretty much told me she was not going to rent a car to me. keep in mind over the last year I've rented at least 10 cars from enterprise using no credentials other than our corporate account number. After several minutes of being frustrated with this employee, I walked out and called over to the airport location in which I was told I would have a car there ready for me.. that never happened. Today I went back online to reserve a car only to find out that my account has been flagged by this employee and I'm unable to rent cars through enterprise or national. I will never use this company again. off to Avis i go

TOTAL Scam of a shop. Will try to put you in the most expensive Insurance Replacement rental when car is in shop through Insurance. NO RECEIPT given or sent via E-Mail! Brought vehicle back for basic insurance replacement rental. They gave me a Chevy Spark at the cheapest price for basic transportation. Got the car on the road and at 50 miles an hour steering wheel started shaking, front end making weird sounds. Had them pick up the vehicle and told them to cancel everything, they didn't and said a Regional Manage would have to cancel the agreement which sounded like BS. I am STILL waiting and this is the second day I have been waiting so I can just go to Hertz. I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE RENTAL AGAIN. This location is a total joke and bad business practices. Chad, Your response below is a JOKE as NO Regional manager has responded, State Farm Insurance can"t get in touch with the office and by the other reviews this is a common Scam at this location.

Booked a midsize sedan a week ago, show up to a rav4 that smells like an ashtray they offer me a sub compact when im over 6ft and have a work conference out of town. Half an hour later and I'm still sitting here, no car, in ten minutes like they said, but all I can smell is the cigarette smoke on my hands from that rav 4. "This one only has half a tank, drop it off empty for the inconvenience" Still smells like a fresh smoked seneca... Thanks foe the 6 gallons off, making me an hour late, and the fresh smell of cigarettes on my dress clothes to start my day..

I have had the opportunity to rent vehicles from this location over a dozen times. On each occasion, a representative from Enterprise has picked me up in one of their rental vehicles to bring me to their rental office to complete the paper work, select a vehicle and inspect the car together before I leave for the day or, days in some cases. Every employee has greeted me very politely and courteously and handled the entire transaction without issues. Since I am a repeat customer, I have been very humbly surprised to be greeted by name by certain employees who recognize me, even though they might not even be handling my transaction. My reservations have always been honored. In fact, I usually just reserve a small or mid size car, however, depending upon the vehicles they have on hand, I have sometimes been upgraded gratis.The cars are very clean especially considering the tough dirty Syracuse winters. My most recent rental worked out to be an upgrade situation and I drove a very subdued, almost unnoticeable, candy red 2015 Camaro.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff! Picked me up and dropped me off at the auto body shop nearby as long as it's before 5:30 pm. Seems to be a busy location and the staff hustles best they can to get you in and out as quick as possible. Also retrieved the tools I forgot in the trunk! VERY thankful for THAT!

We rented a car and it smelled like smoke we returned it and they refused to come take a "sniff". They have us 25 dollars back. I would NOT recommend this place.

Everytime I hire a car. I get the Brand New one. They have good cars at the location. Appreciate the store and people are pretty kind.

Fantastic staff that actually understands customer service. Our flight was cancelled and needed immediate alternative transportation. Enterprise was the only station at the airport that was understanding, helpful, and willing to work with us. Tony Matyko and his co-workers let us express our frustration, offered sympathies, and did their best to accommodate our needs. The other locations there on site can't say the same. It was very nice of them and has me always planning to use Enterprise when in need of a car. Tony - thank you.

I rent often for my job and I'm always pleased with my experience at the North Syracuse, NY Enterprise. The team is pleasant and incredibly accommodating. They make the process simple and efficient all while speaking to you at a professional and personal level. They've gone out of their way to help me under somewhat stressful circumstances and I'm incredibly appreciative for it. A solid staff and I hope corporate knows how hard this team works to go above and beyond for their customers.

I use the Enterprise in Brewerton because they offer the $9.99 weekend rate and it is close to my business. I have used them several times in the last 2 months and the customer service in horrible. They make customers feel like taking advantage of the $9.99 offer is an inconvenience although heavily promoted. I booked my last rental for the $9.99 deal on their corporate website but when I arrived they wanted to charge me for an upgrade and explained the compact car that I reserved was not available. They explained that the website cannot see their inventory so I would need to pay the increased rate for an upgrade or wait 3 hours for the next available compact car! After the last transaction I am no longer going through this location and will be making a formal complaint!

I originally booked my reservation online but when I arrived in Syracuse I realized this location was actually closer than the one the computer had me reserve. I called them and they gladly switched my reservation over and were able to accommodate me and pick me up within the half hour...awesome! The people in the office were very courteous and friendly. We went out to inspect the car and it was better than I had hoped. Very spacious and clean. Not one thing I could mark down, it was practically brand new. I highly recommend using the Enterprise in North Syracuse/Mattydale area. I will definitely use them again when I'm in town & need a vehicle. I dropped it off at the end of the week at the Rochester Airport with no issue. They make it really easy and fast for you.
