This is such an incredibly beautiful Hotel. The outdoor pools are so beautifully heated as along with a spa. It’s just a delight to sit out there and stare at the lake in the Green and the Trees. The Restaurants are brilliant. No shortage of options, both in terms of the venues inside the hotel as well as what’s on the menu. The rooms are really comfortable too. There’s a lot to do around town along with the waterfalls and walks and someone. Go and then when you’re ready, go back again. A really nice break.

Loved our stay! The room was new and clean with a beautiful lake view. Lots of fun activities for kids and families, and the service was excellent. I just wish there were more food options at the buffet breakfast, and the spa stayed cleaner—it got dirty quickly from sand people brought in from the lake. My daughter is already asking to go back soon!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! If you are looking for the pace and quiet of a secluded fancy hotel by the lake, THIS IS NOT IT! Such a shame because the hotel is beautiful and the view stunning. However is full of families with kids which completely ruins the experience. The hotel management doesn’t do anything to enforce the basics to keep order (for instance, ensuring that there are only adults in the jacuzzi as it’s marked in the entrance). There is running and screaming in the corridors at 7 am and as there is so little stuff, nobody seems to care or do anything about it. You pay the premium price of a 4 stars hotel but the experience is worse than a motel (they don’t even clean the room daily). It should clearly advertise that this is a family hotel where you won’t be able to use any of the shared amenities as they are always full with screaming children instead of “warm rooms and suite in an upscale lakefront resort with a hip restaurant, an outdoor pool and a beach”

We came here for our summer holiday. We arrived very late, around 2.30 am. There were no reception staff at time. However, the security person who was incharge at that time help us to get the room. Rooms are large enough. With a beautiful lake view. The hotel has many activities, which is suitable for kids, young people. And many many many activities. Enough parking lot. There is only one restaurant,

I had a business activity that required my presence here June 13-14 and I do not think I will come back! It was my first time visiting! Now do not get me wrong! the location is stellar as in “perfectly safe and well maintained”. They have spa, swimming pools and a decent gym. However the room is not very well maintained. I had a non functional coffee machine and called to get a replacement but never received one! I also had a bathroom with no running water! I called and was told to use the second one… No repairs done! They also do not accommodate my allergy! the breakfast menu barely had anything for celiac and they charge full price (3 eggs and a tiny toast was 30$)! same price was for bacon, eggs, fruits, toast and beans … I am disappointed in the service as well!

The place is modern and warm, beautiful and clean. However, there are several things that might make you reconsider staying here - or at least adjust your expectations. Room The room is lovely and spotless. However, it’s equipped with an old-style TV (not a smart TV), so if you want to watch Netflix or anything beyond basic satellite channels, you’ll have to use your laptop. You also won’t be able to stream to the TV unless you’ve brought an HDMI cable with you. Another downside is that they don’t provide any moisturizer or lotion, unlike most hotels. So if you forgot yours at home or assumed the hotel would have some (as many do), you’ll need to travel 2.5 km to the nearest pharmacy - either on foot or by a 40-minute bus ride that takes a long detour. Not ideal if you don’t have a car and become a big problem if you got a sun burn. We also received a towel with huge holes in it. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take a photo to share here. Common Areas Again, everything looks well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. But the pool is far too small for the number of guests, and it’s usually full of children during the day. If you’re a couple looking to relax without getting splashed, the pool quickly stops being a viable option. A possible solution could be to install lights and make the pool area adults-only after dark. Right now, the area becomes very dark once the sun sets, making it uninviting to spend time there. Food There’s only one restaurant on-site, so if you’re not a fan of the menu - tough luck. The service is extremely slow; we waited over an hour for our meal after placing the order. I noticed pizzas are coming fast though. Dinner was decent, though overpriced for the quality (looks good but tastes really not so good). The desserts were a highlight. But lunch? Avoid it unless you’re okay with a $9 hot dog. I ordered a shrimp sandwich for $19, and it was honestly disappointing - very tiny and lacking in flavor. My husband’s $18 burger was dry and tasteless. The next day, we went to a nearby popular restaurant and had an incredible lobster lunch for two for just $58! One part of the meal included a lobster sandwich that looked similar to my shrimp sandwich - but it was generously filled and only a part of a much larger, delicious meal. Final Thoughts All of these issues are small and fixable. This is a great place to come with kids, and the views are absolutely stunning. I truly hope they make a few improvements, because with some adjustments, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay.

Was recently there for a business conference May 12-14 and will never return back. The location is very beautiful so are many other places however for the price the service is lacking tremendously. First of all, my room was facing the front parking lot where I would be awaken by delivery trucks in the morning, no coffee if you wake up early besides 2 capsules left in my room for 3 days! Tried to get coffee at the only restaurant downstairs at 7am only to be told I ‘d have to come later…coffee wasn’t ready. Came down to breakfast, took 20 minutes to finally be served with coffee, found a pebble in the scrambled eggs, almost broke a tooth, pancakes were hard, looked like there were fine hours ago, no syrup nor fruit when I went up as the staff would take forever to replenish the buffet. But worse of all, we always had a mountain of dishes in the center of our table as staff wouldn’t pick up the dishes. And this happened during breakfast and lunch. Supper service was much better but the quality of food wasn’t the best…pork loin tough and didn’t smell right. And last but not least, my bed was never made during my stay, had a blood stain on the blanket at the foot of the bed and towels weren’t replenished unless you called. Worse stay ever!

We’ve been coming to this hotel for quite some time, and we always love our stay. It’s a beautiful place in a great location, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. There’s so much to see and experience here, no matter the season. We’ve visited in both winter and fall, and each time, there’s been plenty to do—hiking, enjoying the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, and making use of the awesome, huge gym. In the winter, they offer skating and snowshoeing with rentals. For kids, there is spacious playroom. I’m sure there’s even more we haven’t had the chance to experience yet! That said, the hotel is reaching the point where a few upgrades would be beneficial. A refresh here and there could really elevate the experience even further. Overall, we absolutely love this place and would happily return every year. Highly recommended!

Excellent dining experience... atmosphere, food, service all great. Worth the trek out of old Quebec.

Lovely place on the lake with lots of activities and securitywas great. One blip: Maid service is virtually non-existent! The room was barely touched the week we were there. No refill of supplies, sheets not changed, room not cleaned!

Amazing 4 star hotel near Quebec City and airport. Staff was friendly and the rooms were beautiful. Right on the lake. There was an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, restaurant, even a playroom for kids...which was AWESOME!!! Definitely want to return and stay again!!!

Our fav place to stay while we are in Quebec city. Peaceful and beautiful around here ... Lake view and Mountain view rooms are great. They upgraded us to Loft and it really made our stay more pleasant. Staff is really nice and Rooms are super clean.

This resort/hotel is situated on a lake with its own sand beach, complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are stylish and new. Also has a great restaurant, very well stocked gym, and a kids playroom. The lake is clean and I enjoyed swimming in it. The staff is very helpful and nicely disposed. I enjoyed my stay here. I would come back here many times over.

One of the best resorts I have visited. It is so clean, peaceful and beautiful. The view of the lake is priceless. My husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor facing the Lake Beauport for 7 nights on our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The reception desk lady named Franchesca was so polite, delightful and thoughtful. Upon finding out that we arrived at the resort to begin our honeymoon, she had someone place a chilled champagne, fresh strawberries and desserts in our room. She even placed a hand written congratulatory card on the table next to the delicious treats. Her kind gesture definitely made us feel so welcome. What an excellent and professional hotel staff. Our entire stay at the hotel was so positive. We got to ride kayaks in the lake and used the hot tub. Also tried the restaurant located within the resort. Food and service were both excellent. Hotel rooms are very spacious and are beautifully decorated with modern accessories. Our bed was so comfortable. We will definitely return to this resort again. It is located only 20-25 minutes away from Quebec City and we had so much fun visiting the city and then returning to the quiet resort in the evenings. It is also close to the beautiful Montmorency Water Fall and another national park, both of which we visited and had much fun there. We visited the Ile d'Orleans as well. The picturesque island was very close to the resort. We went to a farm market and bought fresh berries. We are so glad we picked this resort for our honeymoon.

This place is amazing! The view, the staff, the food at their restaurant was excellent! They also offer yoga and a nature walk....My husband and I did the nature walk an it was totally worth it. Sylvie does the nature walk and she is so kind and knowledgeable. One thing you should know...their restaurant is so popular you must make a reservation for the weekend!!! Thank you to the staff for being so attentive! We had a wonderful time!

Stayed for 4 nights and was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail within this resort. From the remarkable views to the squeaky clean rooms and common areas, everything was well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were quite busy most of the time which is understandable given how many people are at the resort. The restaurant was higher class and seemed to have a niche menu, while this is great, I would have preferred some simple pub style options late night for room service. The staff all seemed to care and for the most part spoke very good english and even those who didn't, tried very hard. The only criticism I would have is the fact that we paid for a "Mountain View" room which was more of a parking lot and main road view... I think those rooms should perhaps be named differently because they really aren't a mountain view. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

This hotel is just unbelievable. I was very surprised that the hotel was not just very beautiful but very clean too! The price is unreal and amazingly fair. If I were asked to guess the price of a hotel room each night I would've guessed a much higher price than given. The modern design is very beautiful and the wood detailing is jaw dropping. I am completely satisfied with this hotel. And let's not forget the fact that this hotel even provides you with a Nespresso machine and a few pods. Each and every room is beautiful and has amazing details and pictures. My favorite part of my room was the unbelievable painting next to the huge tv. Furniture is very modern and clean, and the balcony is huge. The view is beautiful!!! Staff was very helpful and friendly, helped me so much and assisted lots of help. The resort provides many activities and free rentals such as, flat bikes, hybrid bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and trekking poles. You can find this information with the sheet provided. The activities will keep you busy and satisfied with your trip. The resort provides outside yoga, with their very own gym, spinning classes, a running club, and much more! The lobby is very nice and clean, downstairs they have their very own cafe. The cafe has an amazing menu and is perfectly designed. Huge place and just unbelievable. I am speechless. Definitely a 5 Star resort.
