Entourage sur-le-Lac

This was our third stay here, and once again, we absolutely loved it. Watching the snowfall each day from our room felt like living inside a snow globe — it was truly magical. We had so much fun walking on the frozen lake with our pup and unwinding in the jacuzzi and sauna afterward. The restaurant’s food and drinks were excellent, and having the option of room service on our lazier days was a treat. It really gave us that full resort experience.

Great overall stay at Entourage-sur-le-Lac. Clean room with many utilities. There's a lot of free activities to do on site (we stayed during winter) like fat bikes, ice skating, spa, sauna, gym. It is located 5 minutes from ski mountain Le Relais, and 20 minutes from ski Stoneham. We stayed as a couple but there is also many activities for kids at the hotel, all available in a playroom. Definitely would like to go back with the entire family next time! Small concern, there could be more EV charging stations.

If I could give this hotel a hundred of stars, I would! We spent Christmas vacation there. While it is conveniently located within 20 min drive of all main Quebec City attractions, the hotel was so good we didn't want to leave it! It is super family friendly yet very romantic and I think I would really enjoy it if I travel solo. It has something for everyone. So many fun activities are offered free of charge in the hotel that it makes you feel like you've got an amazing deal. The room is very comfortable and spacious. We had a second floor lake view room and the view was gorgeous! Immaculately clean, well maintained, exemplary customer service. The staff is so kind and welcoming! Absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

Fabulous spot, we’ve stayed a few times now amenities are fantastic and they offer a lot of great activities. We had dinner in the restaurant in Sebastien was our server. He was very knowledgable and you could tell he has a true passion for food and beverage. Rooms are nice everything‘s clean some more coffee and or tea options in the room would be nice. They do leave a couple of coffees in the room but no tea and you’re kind of forced to go down to the restaurant to spend eight dollars on a coffee or tea once you run out.

This hotel is truly wonderful. The service is phenomenal and the views are insane. Also, make sure you ask for Christina in the restaurant. She makes the best drinks and is so sweet and knowledgeable. One of my favorite places to go in winter.

This is our second time at the resort and our first time in the summer. This stay was just as good as our first. We once again booked a Classic Suite with a lake view. For two people, this room is more than enough! Seriously… the rooms are pretty large and there is a lot of storage space!||We didn’t eat at the restaurants as we didn’t see anything we liked, the prices are a bit much and we weren’t fans of the breakfast menu the first time we visited this restaurant. That said, if you do plan to eat here… book in advance!! There are some restaurants near by like Archibald, Chez Boub and a little further away you have a couple of fast food options and a IGA grocery store. ||Was there anything we didn’t like? Hm maybe more nitpicky but nothing that really affected our stay. We found the shower floor was pretty slippery, thankfully no one was hurt. Parts of the room did show some wear and tear like a ripped screen and some pretty big dings on the wall but again nothing that bothered us. We were a week or two before school started, so there was a lot of kids… which is absolutely fine and none of it bothered us. Just be aware if you’re there for a romantic trip. The bed and pillows aren’t great but we did get some sleep!||As for the TV? Yeah it’s an old HDTV with no smart features. You can bring a streaming device as the inputs are on the side and outlet is under the TV shelf. You could also bring an HDMI cable that can plug into your phone/or tablet. We used an HDMI to USB C cable to our iPad but never ended up using it because we were didn’t use the TV that often and when we did there was tons of channels to choose from in English or French. ||All in all definitely recommend and we will stay here again.

This is such an incredibly beautiful Hotel. The outdoor pools are so beautifully heated as along with a spa. It’s just a delight to sit out there and stare at the lake in the Green and the Trees. The Restaurants are brilliant. No shortage of options, both in terms of the venues inside the hotel as well as what’s on the menu. The rooms are really comfortable too. There’s a lot to do around town along with the waterfalls and walks and someone. Go and then when you’re ready, go back again. A really nice break.

Loved our stay! The room was new and clean with a beautiful lake view. Lots of fun activities for kids and families, and the service was excellent. I just wish there were more food options at the buffet breakfast, and the spa stayed cleaner—it got dirty quickly from sand people brought in from the lake. My daughter is already asking to go back soon!

Excellent dining experience... atmosphere, food, service all great. Worth the trek out of old Quebec.

Lovely place on the lake with lots of activities and securitywas great. One blip: Maid service is virtually non-existent! The room was barely touched the week we were there. No refill of supplies, sheets not changed, room not cleaned!

Amazing 4 star hotel near Quebec City and airport. Staff was friendly and the rooms were beautiful. Right on the lake. There was an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, restaurant, even a playroom for kids...which was AWESOME!!! Definitely want to return and stay again!!!

Our fav place to stay while we are in Quebec city. Peaceful and beautiful around here ... Lake view and Mountain view rooms are great. They upgraded us to Loft and it really made our stay more pleasant. Staff is really nice and Rooms are super clean.

This resort/hotel is situated on a lake with its own sand beach, complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are stylish and new. Also has a great restaurant, very well stocked gym, and a kids playroom. The lake is clean and I enjoyed swimming in it. The staff is very helpful and nicely disposed. I enjoyed my stay here. I would come back here many times over.

One of the best resorts I have visited. It is so clean, peaceful and beautiful. The view of the lake is priceless. My husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor facing the Lake Beauport for 7 nights on our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The reception desk lady named Franchesca was so polite, delightful and thoughtful. Upon finding out that we arrived at the resort to begin our honeymoon, she had someone place a chilled champagne, fresh strawberries and desserts in our room. She even placed a hand written congratulatory card on the table next to the delicious treats. Her kind gesture definitely made us feel so welcome. What an excellent and professional hotel staff. Our entire stay at the hotel was so positive. We got to ride kayaks in the lake and used the hot tub. Also tried the restaurant located within the resort. Food and service were both excellent. Hotel rooms are very spacious and are beautifully decorated with modern accessories. Our bed was so comfortable. We will definitely return to this resort again. It is located only 20-25 minutes away from Quebec City and we had so much fun visiting the city and then returning to the quiet resort in the evenings. It is also close to the beautiful Montmorency Water Fall and another national park, both of which we visited and had much fun there. We visited the Ile d'Orleans as well. The picturesque island was very close to the resort. We went to a farm market and bought fresh berries. We are so glad we picked this resort for our honeymoon.

This place is amazing! The view, the staff, the food at their restaurant was excellent! They also offer yoga and a nature walk....My husband and I did the nature walk an it was totally worth it. Sylvie does the nature walk and she is so kind and knowledgeable. One thing you should know...their restaurant is so popular you must make a reservation for the weekend!!! Thank you to the staff for being so attentive! We had a wonderful time!

Stayed for 4 nights and was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail within this resort. From the remarkable views to the squeaky clean rooms and common areas, everything was well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were quite busy most of the time which is understandable given how many people are at the resort. The restaurant was higher class and seemed to have a niche menu, while this is great, I would have preferred some simple pub style options late night for room service. The staff all seemed to care and for the most part spoke very good english and even those who didn't, tried very hard. The only criticism I would have is the fact that we paid for a "Mountain View" room which was more of a parking lot and main road view... I think those rooms should perhaps be named differently because they really aren't a mountain view. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

This hotel is just unbelievable. I was very surprised that the hotel was not just very beautiful but very clean too! The price is unreal and amazingly fair. If I were asked to guess the price of a hotel room each night I would've guessed a much higher price than given. The modern design is very beautiful and the wood detailing is jaw dropping. I am completely satisfied with this hotel. And let's not forget the fact that this hotel even provides you with a Nespresso machine and a few pods. Each and every room is beautiful and has amazing details and pictures. My favorite part of my room was the unbelievable painting next to the huge tv. Furniture is very modern and clean, and the balcony is huge. The view is beautiful!!! Staff was very helpful and friendly, helped me so much and assisted lots of help. The resort provides many activities and free rentals such as, flat bikes, hybrid bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and trekking poles. You can find this information with the sheet provided. The activities will keep you busy and satisfied with your trip. The resort provides outside yoga, with their very own gym, spinning classes, a running club, and much more! The lobby is very nice and clean, downstairs they have their very own cafe. The cafe has an amazing menu and is perfectly designed. Huge place and just unbelievable. I am speechless. Definitely a 5 Star resort.
