I had a really good experience in a really typical restaraunt from Le Puy-en-Velay.
The waitress was very nice and explained about the meat Fin Gras du Mézenc (mountains on the east part of Haute-Loire region). I invite you to go there and discover.
The relation between quality, experience, atmosphere and price is really fair for french reality. Just ask for the day (plat du jour) and there you go,a good experience.
The dessert was also good, made by the restaurant itself
