Envoy Continental Hotel

Just an average city hotel. No views, a bit of road noise, standard room. But it was clean, bed sheeting was clean, room size is average. Hot water and clean towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, mainly local food. There are a lot of things to be improved, but don't forget where you are.

Immaculately clean rooms and well maintained facilities. Every corner of hotel was spotless and beautifully kept. Buffet breakfast was amazing with variety of various food items. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel for anyone visiting the area

In a great location, with great staff and greater service! I stayed here for 2 nights to explore Islamabad and Muhammad Qadeer and Mehtab Sb were both professional and so hospitable during our stay. Rooms were clean on arrival and room service was wonderful. If I had to come back I would stay here in a heartbeat. Especially enjoyed their breakfast buffet, staff there made sure your breakfast was prepared fresh which we really appreciated, and the area was so accessible ate out for lunch and dinner. Truly appreciated the receptiveness

Honest review of this hotel.||Booked through a very reputable travel agency, paid by card and received email confirmation of my reservation from them. ||Arrived at hotel to be told by rude and disrespectful reception person that they have NOT received the money from the travel agency???? ||They REFUSED to give me a room until I PAID again. ||Its a rip off price and they charge you again!!! ||This is a SCAM and from I have heard and read it is happening in most hotels in Islamabad so avoid this hotel or you will pay double!!!||Breakfast absolutely disgusting. Faulty elevator, just the one in the hotel and you wait ages for it. ||I did not feel safe in the hotel. The hotel are just hell bent on getting your money with a total disregard for the customer. ||Families with children should avoid this hotel as you will be messed about and forced to pay again or will NOT get a room.

I stayed last week found a wonderful Hotel the room was spacious with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Felt like a home away from home. The food was exceptional and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Amazing experience will definitely return . Highly recommend this hotel -10/10 for comfort and services

I stayed at the property for 1 night with my family the staff was super friendly and co operative. I was late for the breakfast and they waited for us called us to come and have breakfast. The overall experience was good. I was waiting for my car and one member offered me tea. Good gestures. And they provided us extra matress too which was not offered in another hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Islamabad’s Blue Area. The services provided, including food and room service, are commendable. However, there are a few shortcomings. There is only one elevator, which is in need of repair, and the food quality could be improved. Additionally, the venue charges are quite high. Overall, I would rate this hotel as 3 stars.

Beautiful place to stay. This was our 3rd time staying here, and I would highly recommend it to everyone, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and really clean rooms. Kids love staying here. Will definitely book again.
