Envoy Hostel & Tours | Tbilisi

The rooftop terrace is by far the highlight of this hostel — it offers a stunning panoramic view over Tbilisi and is a great place to meet other solo travellers in the evenings. The location is excellent too, right in the heart of Old Tbilisi and within walking distance of major sights, cafés, and sulphur baths. Overall, Envoy was the best of the three hostels I stayed at in Tbilisi (compared to Fabrika and Elia Boutique), mainly thanks to the social vibe and unbeatable terrace. If you’re a solo traveller looking for a central, sociable spot with a great view, Envoy is a solid choice — just don’t expect luxury or too much flexibility. What I didn’t like is that the mattresses were quite thin and uncomfortable, and the blanket provided wasn’t warm enough — I found myself feeling cold at night, even in early autumn. The staff are a mixed bag. Some nicer/more helpful than others. It was disappointing they wouldn’t accommodate an early check-in despite empty beds available. It seems like they couldn’t be bothered. I would say considering what you could get it’s priced on the higher side so not the best value for money.

Good hostel that has spacious rooms. The terrace was very nice to chill and the check in and out was smooth. Downside - there are only 1 shower and 1 toilet to be shared among the floor and there is a very steep climb up from the city.

really nice hostel in Tbilisi. very friendly for solo travellers. cheap, clean, and friendly staff. the rooftop is a great place to meet people. strongly recommend. only downside is that its up a pretty steep hill 🫶

The Hostel was very nice and the staff too, so helpful and nice! The location is in the old town what is very great and the rooftop view is amazing! and they also have a airport shuttle service which is great if u arrive or depart at night. Would go there again! Highly recommend! 😊

Stayed here mid June. The girl on reception was lovely, (I think it was her first or second day), and gave a full tour of the building. Very communal and friendly and helpful. Was a solo traveller and made friends pretty easily.The rooftop bar is beautiful. Wish I'd stayed here longer!

Our stay here was amazing! Clean accommodations and friendly, helpful staff. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar. Shoutout to Daniel for creating a great space to hang out, play backgammon (and seriously level up your game), eat incredible food, and take in one of the best views of the city. Thank you Daniel!!

I came to this hostel without booking in front, when I arrived there was a sign you can find me in the common room (quite normal in a hostel). When I tried to wake her up she was really rude and gave the impression that she didn’t want to help me. I really pushed to get her off the sofa so she came. In the meantime she was helping me to book a room she was calling some friends I guess. I said that I was not amused by her behaviour and then I cancelled om the room I was about to book.

This hostel was great to stay at to meet new people while solo travelling. The tall guy on reception was so helpful and funny, he taught me allot about the city and Georgia, ask him for all the best recommendations. 10/10 will recommend to friends
