Everything about this hostel was excellent. It was clean, well priced, had hot showers, free hot drinks, roof terrace with exercise equipment, public computer for guests, kitchen with guest access and a fridge for food storage, board games, 24 hour bicycle rental for $2! There was even clean drinking water through a filtered tap in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend. I didn't try the breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been great. My only regret is that I couldn't stay here longer.

My original plan was staying for 2 days. But I ended up staying for 3 months during my internship in Cambodia!! The female dorm is the best dorm I've ever had. Super clean, fresh bed linen, bathroom is so large and clean, great wifi connection. And this hostel has fully equipped kitchen for the guests. The staff..they are like family to me. They are very friendly and helpful. This is not a party-like hostel. It's very calm and cozy. The security is great as well: big lockers, security cameras are everywhere and has a huge gate. I have nothing to complain. Envoy is simply the BEST in Phnom Penh!!! Highly recommended!

The best Hostel I have ever stayed at. Fantastic rooms, staff, location, food and amenities. More of a social hotel than a hostel. Luxurious by backpacker standards. It is worth the extra dollar or two compared to other hostels in town for the shared kitchen alone! Be sure to make a reservation if you’re after a private room.

We had an incredible stay in the private en-suite room. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It is a calm and peaceful hostel, with little to no noise disturbance. The breakfast is at a fair price and made with fresh ingredients!

I have stayed at Envoy a few times, and every experience that I have had there has been stellar. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean to a fault, and the rooms are spacious. In my experience, part of what makes a hostel is the crowd that it attracts. I have always used the co-ed, dormitory-style rooms. Never once have I had a problem with unruly crowds, inconsiderate dorm mates, messes, or the like. Really a very nice place to stay on a budget!

Very friendly staff, amazing kitchen! Well air conditioned room and safes to lock away your bags. Also had a light and charger by each bunk bed and a key to get in the room. The bathrooms were generally pretty clean. The staff often brought you a free coffee or some fruit or something, which was so nice, and they had lots of helpful advice about where to get money or buy food or take tours. I didn't rent a scooter, you could get a rickshaw using PassApp for very cheap to get around the city, but if you're going further out it might be worth it. Highly recommend!

Stay with this crew, they’re great. We stayed twice and both times had wonderful engagements. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are the cleanest we have experienced in SE Asia. There is a well equipped kitchen available for use, comfortable rooftop patio, and reasonably priced tuktuk rides.

When I lived in rural Cambodia as a Peace Corps Volunteer I would almost always come to Envoy when I was in PP (I say almost because the rates are a bit more expensive compared to other hostels)!! It's a great location in the heart of BKK1, the staff are so sweet and helpful, the popcorn machine in the lobby is awesome, I enjoyed the breakfasts there and the rooms/beds were always clean and comfy and in the showers, good water pressure/water heaters that actually worked. I also almost always met other interesting people who were staying there.
