On the Grid : Epi

"This french bakery is a must. Almost all of their ingredients are imported directly from France, giving you the true French experience. Whether you're looking for a loaf of freshly baked bread or a pastry to top off your day, you'll find it all at Epi. Take your baked goods to go or have a seat and enjoy them with a cup of coffee. Once you've experienced the deliciousness that is Epi you won't be able to resist returning far too often, trust me." - Bel Epok

Amazing atmosphere and French taste, here you can always get French cakes, bread and some snacks. The place is always full and best time to take fresh baguettes is before 11 am

Epi is a terrific bakery and patisserie. They make a delicious cup of cappuccino as well. I had some kind of cheese pastry with a mustard on the side that was amazing. Can't wait to return!

Being half French I feel insulted by this place and the prices and yet , the only place in Germany that sells anything close to french croissants but close being still a million miles away. The staff is very nice though. Would be nice if people could control their kids a bit , breakfast with brats screaming ain't so nice

I was excited to try the pastries here as the cafe itself looked really nice and cosy. However, the customer service could be so much better! I was in line waiting to be served and ignored twice by the same waiter. He clearly saw I was waiting, and if it wasn't for the kind customer who came in after me that mentioned I was first, who knows how long I would have been waiting. Secondly, the pastries look very well presented, the taste were ok considering the price of them. Overall, the experience was mediocre and not a place I would recommend... unless you want to be ignored!

Quiche was the best among them, but all was fresh and tasty 🤍

Nice quality and outside seats. Prices are a bit overpriced

Tasty food, and super cosy outside area. Still, the personnel took other orders of people that had arrived after me, kind of forgetting I was even there. I waited for 30 minutes to order a coffee and a baguette, and 30 more minutes to get my order, even though the place wasn't really busy. If you want to grab something to go, maybe it is still ok time-wise, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend going there.
