Epic Tours

Our group traveled to Hudson Valley recently.. we all enjoyed the trip despite the closings of some sites due to Gov. shutdown. A shoutout to Erica our kind, helpful and terrific driver. She handled that bus like it was a VW! Leigh, our Boscov’s tour guide and Erica made a Dynamic Duo. West Point, Culinary Institute of America, Rhinebeck, Hudson Walkway, Hudson Cruise and Brotherhood Winery were some of the highlights. Marianne

Phenomenal tour company! Jose was our driver and I cannot praise him enough! He took us all over New York and there was not one time when I was nervous (I am a notorious panic-y traveler). He navigated the streets and crowds like a true professional. He narrated our drives and gave us so much information and insights to the city. Also went above and beyond for us every step of the way! So unbelievably thankful and grateful for Jose!!

My husband and I have are repeat customers of Epic Tours. Today 7/26 we had a trip to Yankee Stadium for the Phillies-Yankees game. Bus parking is limited so we got there early. Korie was our driver and he did an excellent job getting us to and from the stadium safely. The best part of the trip was watching Korie BACK THE BUS into the parking lot because a car was blocking part of the entrance, which was tight to begin with. Great job, Korie! Thanks Epic Tours!

Being in the travel industry since 1981, operating our own agency since 1989, dealing with people who provide service is key. Epic Tours' Veronica was the initial contact in reservations promptly returning calls and emails. Chris, thankfully affordably priced the bus allowing our church group to see Esther at Sight & Sound Theatre. And last but not least Carol, our driver, not only called 24 hours prior to reconfirm details but made our trip a SUCCESS. Great people, great service 5 star to all!

I had a great experience with Epic Tours! They drove all 120 of our music students from New York to Florida for a week long trip. Drivers are courteous, flexible, professional, and friendly! I used them once again for a trip to Boston this February and had great service once again. They are now the bus company of choice for our school!

Rode with Epic yesterday for the first time down to Citizens Park Stadium for a Phillies game. We had Carol as our driver and she was great! Smooth ride, great personality and it was a great trip
