As a travel agent, we had booked a room for our couple travelers at this property, and we are extremely satisfied with the level of support extended by the hotel team. When we raised a concern regarding the initially allocated room size, the matter was handled swiftly and professionally. The hotel was kind enough to offer a complimentary room upgrade along with thoughtful honeymoon freebies, which significantly enhanced our clients’ stay.................. She was extremely prompt in her responses, highly professional, and very proactive in resolving the concern without any delays. I stayed at Episode hotel for around a week, its was overall really lovely. Staff is friendly and very welcoming, the restaurant area has amazing food options. My only issue is that there are no fridges or kettles in the rooms, and the floors creek A LOT. Overall very cozy and comfortable.

A comfortable and well-located stay in Tbilisi! 🏨✨ Episode Tbilisi Hotel is a modern and stylish hotel in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, offering a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The hotel provides excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere — perfect for travelers who value convenience and comfort. A few minor points to note: Based on my experience in October, the air conditioning is switched off and only the heater works, which is understandable for the season. However, if you want some cool air after a walk, it can be difficult as mosquitoes outside make it uncomfortable to open the windows. This can lead to slight stuffiness in the room. Some basic items, like a toiletry kit, are not provided by default but can be requested. If requested late in the evening, you may need to wait until 8:00 AM the next morning, as their service starts at that time — it’s best to request it earlier in the evening. The hotel has no parking facility, which could be inconvenient. The drop-off point is on the bus lane, so you have to quickly handle your luggage without assistance from the hotel. A minor annoyance: the soap dispenser in some rooms is loose, and the top part tends to fall with a noisy clang — I experienced this in two rooms. Overall, Episode Tbilisi Hotel is a comfortable and well-located stay in Tbilisi! With some minor attention to these small details, it could easily be an excellent experience for every traveler. 🏨✨

My stay at this cozy, beautifully kept hotel was truly special. Everything was spotless, and the service was exceptional — my room was cared for every day, and anything I needed arrived without delay. The location is lovely, surrounded by charming cafés , restaurants and shops.. I especially enjoyed the hotel’s own 24-hour café bar — their cappuccino and food were simply perfect, always served with a warm smile.😊 During my 12 days there, it became more than just a place to stay — it felt like home. I’ll gladly return and recommend it with all my heart.❤️

Good hotel with clean rooms, although some attention should be given to the bathroom soap dispensers (parts falling) and descaling of the shower and sink. Some paint/restoration due to damate in some rooms would also be necessary. Breakfast was good and complete, staff very helpful and customer oriented.

This hotel is definitely not a place if you plan a peaceful rest or relaxation. Many basic amenities, such as a vanity kit, are only available on request — but there’s no information about this anywhere on booking platforms or at the front desk. We only learned about it on our last night, when it was no longer needed. The check-in experience was not great. The receptionist was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our questions when we needed help with the check-in process. He didn’t provide any essential information about the hotel, so we had to search online ourselves just to find out the breakfast hours. The website stated breakfast was available until 11:30 a.m., but the next morning we were told it actually ended at 11:00. Clear communication about such details would have saved us unnecessary frustration. The Wi-Fi quality was another major issue. Despite the hotel’s claim of “high-speed internet,” it was barely usable — web pages took ages to load, and we eventually had to rely on mobile data. Our speed test results showed internet speeds reminiscent of the early 2000s, which is only 22Mb/sec lol (it was measured near the co-working space). The room also left much to be desired. There was a strange object sticking out from the ceiling directly above the sitting area, making it impossible to use the couch without hitting your head with that metal thing. On top of that, the shower gel dispenser was broken and unusable. When we mentioned it, we were told that it was “designed that way,” which was simply not believable since the dispenser was always falling when you touch it. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to poor service, lack of basic amenities, unfriendly staff, and uncomfortable room thing. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing or hassle-free stay. P.s. cleaning is good

We spent 6 nights in this hotel recently. Comfortable size rooms, modernised and good location. The staff was mostly youngsters and some quite pleasant, especially responsive to requests during breakfast. That's where it ends for us. We had booked 3 rooms but we were put on different floors. All of us, women. When requested, they pleaded helplessness, saying since they are fully booked and we were long stay guests, they couldn't make the change. Absurdity defined! No kettles in rooms. Available on request we were told but even that request was declined. So one had to trek down if one wanted tea or coffee early morning. Room was not cleaned unless requested and our bedsheets were not changed for all the 6 nights we stayed there. Plumbing in bathrooms was a pain as most taps and shower nozzles had issues. Supposedly high tech, most stuff was to be done via their chat other on their website. Ineffective. Hospitality demands sensitivity and empathy. Found it missing here.
