A comfortable and well-located stay in Tbilisi! 🏨✨ Episode Tbilisi Hotel is a modern and stylish hotel in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, offering a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The hotel provides excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere — perfect for travelers who value convenience and comfort. A few minor points to note: Based on my experience in October, the air conditioning is switched off and only the heater works, which is understandable for the season. However, if you want some cool air after a walk, it can be difficult as mosquitoes outside make it uncomfortable to open the windows. This can lead to slight stuffiness in the room. Some basic items, like a toiletry kit, are not provided by default but can be requested. If requested late in the evening, you may need to wait until 8:00 AM the next morning, as their service starts at that time — it’s best to request it earlier in the evening. The hotel has no parking facility, which could be inconvenient. The drop-off point is on the bus lane, so you have to quickly handle your luggage without assistance from the hotel. A minor annoyance: the soap dispenser in some rooms is loose, and the top part tends to fall with a noisy clang — I experienced this in two rooms. Overall, Episode Tbilisi Hotel is a comfortable and well-located stay in Tbilisi! With some minor attention to these small details, it could easily be an excellent experience for every traveler. 🏨✨

Good hotel with clean rooms, although some attention should be given to the bathroom soap dispensers (parts falling) and descaling of the shower and sink. Some paint/restoration due to damate in some rooms would also be necessary. Breakfast was good and complete, staff very helpful and customer oriented.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights with my mother. (Most of the hotel guests were of Arab nationalities.) Positives: 1. The hotel is very clean and quiet. 2. There are bidets in the room bathrooms, but not in the public restroom on the ground floor. 3. The food is very delicious and halal for Muslims. 4. The hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly. 5. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and takes less than a minute. 6. The hotel has a gym and a small garden. 7. Hot water is always available in the shower for bathing. Negatives: 1. There is no kettle or fridge in the hotel room (but hot water is always available on the ground floor). 2. The hotel’s location is great, but there is no private parking or luggage assistance. You have to carry your own luggage and cross the street to where the driver can park. It wasn’t an issue for us as we had few bags, but it might be inconvenient for families with lots of luggage.

Great Stay with a Disappointing End - Episode Hotels, Tbilisi Overall, our experience at Episode Hotels in Georgia was quite good, and we appreciated many aspects of our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the bar offered a great selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating staff name (nano)& night shift barman throughout our visit, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel's modern aesthetic and comfortable common areas were also a plus. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted our experience. We encountered a minor problem in our bathroom with a slow water flow from the sink, which was a bit inconvenient. The most significant disappointment, and frankly, a major letdown, occurred on our last day. We had planned to have a leisurely lunch before heading directly to the airport. We placed our food order and even cross-checked twice with the server, who assured us the food was getting ready. We waited for over an hour, only to be informed that our order somehow hadn't been punched into the system. This was incredibly frustrating, especially with a flight to catch. The mistake meant we missed our planned last meal and had to rush, starting our journey back to Saudi Arabia on a very sour note. While the majority of our stay was pleasant, this incident on the final day left us feeling very disappointed and somewhat let down by the service at a critical moment. We hope the hotel can address these communication and order processing issues to prevent future guests from experiencing similar frustration.

The place is very clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. The staff are extremely kind, especially the two sisters at the reception who gave us many great recommendations. Thank you so much, we truly enjoyed our stay!🌟

We spent 6 nights in this hotel recently. Comfortable size rooms, modernised and good location. The staff was mostly youngsters and some quite pleasant, especially responsive to requests during breakfast. That's where it ends for us. We had booked 3 rooms but we were put on different floors. All of us, women. When requested, they pleaded helplessness, saying since they are fully booked and we were long stay guests, they couldn't make the change. Absurdity defined! No kettles in rooms. Available on request we were told but even that request was declined. So one had to trek down if one wanted tea or coffee early morning. Room was not cleaned unless requested and our bedsheets were not changed for all the 6 nights we stayed there. Plumbing in bathrooms was a pain as most taps and shower nozzles had issues. Supposedly high tech, most stuff was to be done via their chat other on their website. Ineffective. Hospitality demands sensitivity and empathy. Found it missing here.

IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO A NIGHTCLUB AND A CASINO. AVOID if you are planning to stay during the weekend from Friday night to Sunday, the nightclub bass will be shaking your room. In the rooms you get pratically nothing plus the door is like paper thin. You can hear everything! I had to change my room because of the nightclub noise which made little difference. The breakfast was ok I would say mid. Also this place is far away from everything so you will need to take taxis everywhere.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price This hotel looks beautiful in the photos, but the reality is quite different. The rooms are extremely basic and poorly equipped for the price you’re paying. There is no fridge, no kettle, no wardrobe, no desk or chair, and even the curtains are not blackout, making it difficult to sleep. There seem to be electrical issues, as all our chargers overheated and there was a constant crackling noise in the room. No complimentary toiletries were provided — not even basic items like soap, shampoo, or toothbrushes. A mysterious liquid was poured into the shower dispenser, but it broke off as soon as we touched it. The sink is ridiculously small, and water splashes everywhere when washing your face, soaking anything on the counter. The bathroom door creaks loudly, waking up everyone in the room if you use it at night. The floor feels hollow, like it’s made of cardboard — you hear every step. Soundproofing is awful. You can hear absolutely everything from the hallway and the neighbouring rooms. There was also a ceiling light fixture that didn’t work. While the interior design of the hotel is stylish, it doesn’t make up for the poor functionality and lack of comfort. There’s no phone in the room, so the only way to reach reception is by physically going downstairs. You only get one pillow per person, which was uncomfortable, and only one socket next to the bed, which is really inconvenient. The bar serves only capsule coffee, which was terrible — fortunately, there’s a decent café nearby. The window barely opens, just a small crack, and the Wi-Fi was unusable — video calls were impossible. We requested a late checkout (1:00 PM instead of 12:00) and were told it would cost an extra 95 GEL, which felt unreasonable given the already poor experience. Absolutely no flexibility or sense of hospitality. There are much better hotels in the same price range that offer far more comfort, convenience, and customer care. Sadly, this place doesn’t live up to its photos or its price. It may be okay for a one-night stay, but definitely not recommended for anything longer.
