I come from New York City, a place with a multitude of fantastic stores. However, my consistent complaint is that sales staff in NYC are useless. At many places, they'll barely look up from their phone or shelf when you walk in. Epitome has one of the best selections of brands I've seen anywhere. It's Ostensibly a women's boutique but the selection of brands and styles ensures there's something for everyone. More importantly, the staff is wondersfully friendly. We purchased three items and yet the process of paying took 10-15 minutes because we were having such an enjoyable conversation with one of the store's owner.
