EQ Kuala Lumpur

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. Genuinely interested and engaged in you as a person. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Decent coffee in the restaurant and downstairs in the cafe. Spacious room with great facilities. Good value. Good location although mall is not attached. Suria and Pavillion a short walk away. Would have liked more chairs in the foyer but appreciate that this is a shared space with the offices. Malaysians are a lovely people with a gentle culture. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a Deluxe King Twin Towers View room, on the 44th floor which was nice, clean and spacious. |All of the team from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, bar and pool are kind and friendly, which is what makes it a 5 star hotel. |Location is pretty good with Petronas Towers and Pavilion mall only about 10 minute walk. ||The food and service at Nipah restaurant was very good. The team very attentive and the restaurant management (Has and Shahriman) ensuring that we leave full and happy!||The roof top bar has a great vibe and we didn’t have an issue in booking a table for a couple of drinks on one of the evenings. ||The Bottega bar has a relaxed vibe with a decent selection of drinks and light snacks.||The pool facilities are good. Friendly staff and clean facilities. The gym was also very well equipped.

This was our second stay at the EQ this a year, and again it was wonderful. The sauna and pool was excellent, so calm and relaxing there. A special shout out to Mimi at Sky 51. She provided my wife and I great service night after night and had very useful tips to help give us a great stay in KL.

The food is good especially the hash brown. The housekeeping staff named Mahendra at 36th floor performed a very nice, thorough, neat and friendly services. This staff should be given a reward from hotel management for his attitude, commitment and excellence in performing his duty. Another staff named Sam had voluntarily providing a very great assistance in bringing my luggage from lobby to my car at the parking lot. Overall, I had a very nice experience during my stay here. I am looking forward to come and stay in here again in the future.

Without a doubt EQ Kuala Lumpur is an amazing hotel. The ambiance, decor and every detail has been carefully crafted to make sure each guest has an experience to want to return again and again. The Clubroom staff are exceptional they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a memorable one, the food was absolutely devine. The facilities are excellent with one of the best swimming pool/spa to use, the location to major shopping precincts is extremely convenient and the rooms are well equipped very clean comfortable and the view of the towers is very impressive.

I'm now coming to the end of my 3 week holiday at the EQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur. It's been marvelous. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient; at all times. The facilities are first class and the breakfast, varied, delicious and plentiful! I used the pool, gym and spa regularly, again excellent and easily accessible amenities. The Rooftop Bar called Sky 51 is something to behold, the view is truly spectacular. The Hotel is very well situated and close to KLCC Park and a variety of Malls, transport is on hand to travel as you wish...I highly recommend the EQ! I stayed at EQ Kuala Lumpur this summer with friends, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Been staying here quite a number of times and everytime is always a joy and pleasure. The location being central of KL is great and convenient. Had my wedding here just 2 days ago and everything went great! All staff from reception to hospitality had treated me and husband so well! Loved everything about my stay :)
