EQ Kuala Lumpur

I recently went to the Ramadhan Buffet at Nipah, EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was such a wonderful experience! 🌙✨ The ambience was absolutely beautiful — elegant, warm, and perfect for breaking fast with family and friends. The atmosphere truly captured the spirit of Ramadhan, making the whole evening feel extra special. The food… simply amazing! There was such a wide variety to choose from, but the satay was definitely the highlight for us. 🔥 The meat was tender, perfectly grilled, and paired with rich, flavorful peanut sauce, we kept going back for more! Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful Ramadhan buffet in KL! 🌟

For a 5-star hotel, I was surprised there was no smart TV.. or a way to watch Netflix, etc. The TVs are old and in need of upgrades. Do not waste your money on the dinner buffet. For about $50 per person, I expected way more. Not sand in the raw clams and oysters. It seemed as if one was refreshing anything. Food was cold, messy, disappointing. The noodle bar totally was out of toppings. The oyster bar had no lemons and the hot sauce was out and crusty. When I requested, it seemed as though there was no urgency. We were sat in a corner and barely had anyone come by to take our plates or give us water. Do not even bother with the pool food.. The location is great, but that only goes so far. Considering the price, I expect more from the food and service.

Just a quick city break and the hotel went above and beyond! Amazing location, central to Petronas and KL Tower. Spotlessly clean and staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The pool has amazing views and a beautiful setting. I was lucky enough to be able to check in a bit early but if not you can always leave your bags here while you explore.I wish I was staying longer. I would definitely advise staying here!

The room was nice and cool. We had a KL Tower view, which was great. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. The traffic was very heavy. Sometimes it took us a long time to reach the hotel, even though it was only 500 meters away. However, it was easy to walk to nearby shopping malls.

Had so much fun during my stay here♥️ Got a room with amazing view, and the breakfast is superb! My stay was rather short, will come back again. Thank you so much EQ! And shout out to Mimi from Blue at EQ for an amazing service and assistance🩷 She’s such a breath of fresh air!

A special shoutout to Ms. Virthiga and her wonderful team for their top-notch service and hospitality. A heartfelt thank you as well to Ms. Anna, the manager, for the lovely surprise birthday cake — it really made the stay extra memorable. The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star reputation with its luxurious ambiance, exceptional service standards, and an impressive food spread. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend EQ Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. Will definitely return!

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff Rubhan provided warm, attentive, and professional service that truly made me feel welcome. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a pleasant one. I look forward to returning again soon. I returned to EQ Hotel KL after three months and was pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely welcome fruit platter arranged by the duty manager, Mr. Rubhen. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. I’m so glad to be back and to be welcomed so warmly by him. His hospitality made me feel right at home. The Holidays decorations in the lobby were amazing. I had an incredible stay at the EQ Hotel in Kuala Lumpur! The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the city and easy access to major attractions.The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully appointed, with luxurious amenities and a cozy atmosphere. I especially loved the historic charm of the hotel combined with modern comforts. The on-site dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals and impeccable service.My room had a great view over the city, and the space felt comfortable and quiet. Young people in Kuala Lumpur really nice and friendly I can’t wait to come back again.!
