Equarius Villas

Fantastic and friendly staff. They were very accommodating to our requests and even helped to store my baby's food as my 13 month old baby had just started solids. Savannah, Chris and Jacob, along with all the other butlers were very attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful staycation :) My son still remembers it to this day.

It genuinely felt like she knew Singapore inside and out!||||Throughout our 5-day visit, Eleena personally recommended places for us to explore from hidden local gems to fun, family-friendly attractions and made sure every suggestion matched our preferences perfectly. She even helped fine-tune our itinerary to fit everything in smoothly, without feeling rushed.||||Honestly, if we had known we’d receive such incredible one-on-one, personalized service, we would have happily stayed at the Ocean Suite for our entire trip instead of moving to Shangri-La Singapore after just one night. That choice now feels like a missed opportunity.||||Beyond Singapore, Eleena went the extra mile by recommending places for us to visit in Kuala Lumpur, Berlin and Amsterdam, our next stops before heading home. Eliina was incredibly attentive and quick in everything she did, always a step ahead! Each room comes with a personal butler, and having her made the experience so smooth and memorable. If you’re ever planning a trip to Singapore, I highly recommend staying in the Equarius Ocean View suite room. The view is amazing, the service is top-notch, and it’s totally worth every cent.

Our room came with a professional butler, and Elina was so lovely and great with my kids! She even helped take our pictures and printed them as a keepsake. Her thoughtful service made our stay even better, and she surprised us with a cake for my husband's birthday the next day. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

Perfection with our 3 night stay. Family loved the attention and care from the staff in particular Jackson. He is always there and very thorough and helpful with experience not just within the hotel but all attractions. Service is next level.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Equarius Villa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The villa was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The private setting provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The butler service was outstanding—every staff member was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The amenities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-appointed room, a stunning private jacuzzi pool, that truly enhanced the experience. The location was fantastic especially for honeymooners, offering both privacy and tranquility. Please expect a distance walk from the reception and other vicinities. However the villa offers private buggy to bring you to these places. I recommend Equarius Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Of course all these come with a big price tag 😉

The rooms were outstanding and the staff who attended to us excellent. The single star rating is for management and how they think. The breakfast area that came with the $2,000 a night room had been fully booked by a wedding party. We were told we had to go to another hotel (Hotel Ora) to have our breakfast. The replacement breakfast venue serves lower priced rooms and the experience is totally different. To make matters worse, the Hotel Ora breakfast venue was also serving guests from Hotel Michael because the latter's breakfast venue was closed. It got really crowded yesterday and we almost had to eat our breakfast outdoors under the scorching sun. What is upsetting is that I am paying the same room rates as the wedding party who are staying at Equarius Villas. Why should I be deprived of the breakfast venue I paid for? Hotel management could have simply offered us a choice of breakfast items off their room service menu with their compliments and we would have been happy. Or give us a discount off the room rate because we were not able to dine at the designated breakfast area. This is not the fault of the staff but of management. The Hotel Ora breakfast venue manager this morning (May) was very understanding - she not only offered us a bigger table; she also offered to get coffee for us. It was very thoughtful of her. But the bigger table also meant we were depriving guests of a seat at a venue already operating beyond capacity. The staff at the Equarius Villas were also super-service oriented. Our butler, Jasper, who saw us walking back from Hotel Ora from his buggy not only drove past us to wish us a good morning; he even sprinted to the door to open it for us. Simply amazing. The hotel has very good employees but I cannot say the same for management and their policies. You can tell how much they value you by trying to look for a dedicated number with which to call them - there is none. Until and unless their policies take their guests into consideration, I am afraid I cannot recommend this hotel, especially given the price they are charging.
