Equi Evasion

I've been working with Equievasion since 2017. I love their attitude towards the horses—they truly enjoy what they do, and you can really feel it. The horses are kept and treated with respect, and they have comfortable equipment for both the horses and the riders. The guides are great and will make your ride memorable. I especially love their multi-day rides, beautiful camps, tasty food, and attention to detail.

We booked a 2 hour sunset ride after our riad host mentioned it. Very easy to book via WhatsApp, prompt responses and showed up on time. The horses looked very healthy and well taken care of. There was limited instructions however there were 2 guides assisting the whole time. The guide made sure to take plenty of photos which was very nice and appreciated!! The trotting along the beach was very fun but I was not dressed appropriately to do it too much (my fault). The dogs that follow along are too cute! My only "cons" are that it wasn't the most beginner friendly (we've only ridden once before). My husband is a very confident person so it ended up being ok but he was given a stick to help control his horse. He didn't really have any issues and tossed the stick at some point during the ride anyways. I was given a very easy and gentle horse and only had issues with slowness and one time it did just randomly lay down. If you're experienced these things will be no issue for you. I would also recommend the 1 hour sunset over 2 hour as the first 1 hour was through the woods/random trail and not the beach.

Fantastic horses, great crew & amazing landscapes. We went on a 4day treck and it was just perfect. Hassan and his team took great care of us, carefully selected the horses for each one in the group, provided great local food and guided us safely through the 4 days. Most importantly the horses are very well looked after and are in great condition. I will for sure come back

I had the best 2 hours sunset ride with Abdul. It was just the two of us. Since I am not an experienced rider he took very good care of me and was truly nice. The horses look great and we took a break on top of the dune for them to rest and for us to watch the sun set. The horses look healthy and they take good care of them. 10/10 recommendation even as a beginner or as someone who has no experience at all. Thanks Abdul, my best Morocco memory :)

It's been a wonderful ride on the beach and sand dunes with Abdul! The guide makes you feel at ease whatever is your experience level and helps you to trot and canter even if you haven't ever done it before. The horses are beautiful and the landscapes are amazing. Looking forward to come back soon!

Fantastic 2 hour sunset tour. With no horse experience, I felt safe by the fantastic guidance of Abdul. The horses look amazing and it was an unforgettable experience. Side note: - they have helmets available for those who feel the need to wear one - they picked us up and brought us back to Essaouira.

Wonderful experience riding with these guys. I went once with owner and once with his son, both were great and the son especially speaks very good english. I had so much fun, horses were very happy and good natured. They will pick up and drop off to Essaouira medina, you can just contact them via whatsapp. They have helmets if you like. I did the 3 hour rides and you will go through beach, sand dunes and brush. I also had a cute little cup of tea at an old man shack. Can't wait to go back!

Guys are very professional, they have good and trained horses. I appreciate also the transport to the location, that helps a lot. Very kind approach. I would deffinitely recommend and return to ride with them.
