I had the pleasure of staying one night at **Era Beach** and it was truly a wonderful experience. Nalaka, the Manager, was excellent — very welcoming and professional, clearly managing the property with great care and attention. A special mention also to **Malshan at the Bar**, who was extremely talented and provided outstanding service, making the stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Era Beach for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. 🌊✨

Had a wonderful experience at Era Beach. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great amenities and smooth check-in made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

This place is a really small hotel, perfect for when traveling in a group if you want to have more of like a holiday home feeling. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom in our room was truly impressive. However, the couch and blankets need some deep cleaning or replacement as there were big stains on them. ||The pool is mostly shallow expect for the part closest to reception. The beach unfortunately is not usable. You cannot go swimming there but instead need to walk 15 min to the right towards Turtle beach. A staff member showed us the way on the first morning. While that is a welcome trip to see the turtles, it further emphasized that this hotel is just not ideal for a beach vacation. Also beware of booking day trips here. They do not have any flyers or written materials. Instead a staff member will talk to you about trips such as safari and call his "friends". Prices are far too high and the entire thing felt super sketchy. Especially as the price suddenly dropped when we reserved with another company we found in our travel book. I would not recommend booking tours here, find some respectable offers elsewhere (travel books, TripAdvisor...). ||Food was good and plenty though.

We paid 5* prices for our triple room. However, this was a huge let down. - Moldy, badly maintained rooms - Dingy, dark bathrooms - Outdated/rusted amenities (in-room safe) - Dilapidated exterior - Desperately limited food options What I personally felt was that the staff were super limited. And they were trying to keep this place alive to the best of their ability. Felt this property would have been a really nice place when it was first built... probably would have been a proper 5* experience in a different 'ERA' . Never again. p.s. We were stuck outside the hotel as the gates were closed. Once we called the management, a half-sleepy security appeared whilst putting on his uniform. (Not the best of start) p.s.s The only saving grace is the restaurant situated opposite this hotel called 'Persian Kitchen'. The food was fabulous.

This hotel is a little oasis tucked away among numerous hotels lined next to each other by the ocean. When I was there the ocean was extremely high making it impossible to jostle on the beach. The hotel room I had was outstandingly beautiful, all the furniture was well appointed. The food needs improvement and refinement. Most of the food was overly salted. I tried breakfast lunch and dinners. The service was friendly and the property was quite empty. The pools, the yards, were perfectly manicured and kept so beautiful. It is right outside the road yet you feel like you are in your own little heaven. There is a bar and a restaurant, all without AC and terribly humid and hot. The AC in the rooms work really good. I loved this place and hope to return
