My Husband and I visited for our honeymoon ! The staff are very friendly, everything is clean and the location is great for day trips onto the mainland. Even though it was school holidays and a lot of families around, the island was still romantic and peaceful. My husband is gluten free and the staff provided great substitute meals for him at breakfast and the chefs selection dinner which was included in our package. There was only one occasion where we had requested gluten free for our picnic (also included in package), and they forgot. So, if you are travelling here with dietary requirements, I would just suggest reiterating every time you order that you are gluten free, and when the food arrives, clarify that the food meets your dietary requirements. The manager Sarah is lovely, and so are the staff members such as Annie ! If you go, keep an eye out for the friendly orange cat of the island, Minnow.

We always have a few day trips to Erakor Island Resort when we stay in Port Vila. It’s a terrific place to spend a relaxing day, swimming, lovely lunch an a Tusker or two. This visit we also attended the Melanesian Feast on Thursday night. It is fantastic! Great food and sensational entertainment including the cultural dance and music troupe from Ekasup Village and the awesome Fireshow. Highly recommend. I would like to give a big thank you to Cliff, Helen and Annie who looked after us, so thoughtful and friendly. See you next January with our family.

This is a perfect family getaway on a secluded island resort close to Port Vila! It offers a good range of accommodation from waterfront villas to 3 and 4 bedroom self contained houses! Whilst not luxurious the accommodation is well maintained and very comfortable! The standout is the super friendly staff who trat you like family! There are a range of activities and cultural experiences at the resort and the helpful staff can arrange a full range of tours and experiences! The restaurant offers good breakfast with cooked to order options and lunch and dinner menus offer a range of choices. The Tanna coffee on offer is well worth trying and the local beer is good! Overall a good value resort offering a good family holiday!

We spent five wonderful nights at Erakor and loved every moment. Although our children (18 months and 3 years) were a bit young for the kids' club, Fredia was fantastic - she went out of her way to include them, and they absolutely adored her. Our bungalow opened directly onto the lagoon, which was perfect for families. The water is shallow and calm, making it ideal for little ones to play safely. The food was great for a resort, and the complimentary water sports were a fun bonus. I’d highly recommend Erakor to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

Our self contained house had everything we wanted. Comfortable beds, clean, on the beach, fresh delicious breakfast included. The staff were very friendly, wanting us to have a relaxing holiday. |The 21st birthday was beautifully decorated, canapés were the best. Great atmosphere near the beach. |Buggy picked us up when requested, boat to the mainland always available .| I want to go back .

What an amazing place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. Cliff was an awesome waiter with a friendly smile and a good joke on hand. He could not do enough for us and made us feel welcomed. Annie, Faye, Allora and Anna treated us every morning with a loving hug and a beautiful flower for me and my girls. Their service was exceptional. Helen was fantastic at making our yummy cocktails and she always remembered our names. Natalie, Blanca and the ladies in the tour hut could not do enough for you and made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. They also booked us on great tours which we so enjoyed. We had a great day at Lelepa hosted by Bradley and Jeffrey who cooked a us a great BBQ lunch and took us to a beautiful snorkelling spot plus we got to see their village. Malachi was a fantastic driver, taking us to the Cascades and Blue pools. Freda was so friendly and took us on a tour of the local school and also a walk around the island. It was a joy to be greeted by her each morning. She was just a ray of sunshine. The resort itself was very clean and the swimming was the best. I can highly recommend staying here if you are going to Vanuatu.

We stayed a week and had a most amazing and relaxing time! The staff was always professional and helpful. Our villa was five metres from the water and the view was wonderful. The restaurant/bar was beautiful and the food great. We loved the free of charge and with no time restrictions availability of kayaks and snorkeling gear. The pool and sea water was warm and the tropical fish was beautiful to look at. We had fantastic weather and can’t wait to go back!

We originally booked for just one night before heading to outer islands, but a flight cancellation meant we had to stay for three nights. Despite being peak season, they helped us stay for the three nights, and were very helpful on finding flight options. Sarah was amazing! While not as special as staying on more remote islands, this is a great option of its kind. You're on an island, with starfish everywhere, easy to kayak around and simply outstanding for kids. Great people and service
