Eretna Hotel

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the lack of amenities like extra towels and the staff's rude behavior. Despite multiple requests, towels were delivered later with a pathetic excuse provided, and interactions with the staff were unpleasant. Overall, the poor service greatly impacted my experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I checked in this hotel with my friends for one night, the lobby is nice, the receptionist is wearing a mask and speaks english, however the rest of the staff don’t understand english, there is an elevator in the hotel, I was given a room in the third floor, it was a small room, clean and fully equipped , the AC is set on heating, it was hot, I turned it off and opened the windows. The breakfast was good.

The staff's behavior are good and respectful , their English speaking is just weak . Whole hotel area and room is clean enough . The room we stayed for one night had low quality and bathroom faucets were beoken . It was my first and I think would be the last time I choose this hotel 🙂

room was clean, but carpets need to be clean.. Rich breakfast will satisfy different habits and culture. Although they offer %20 off from dinner check, a glass of wine is not served under the reason of Sivas people are not aware of wine culture where my survey in the town was vice versa.. "Havas" Airport shuttle is stopping just in front of the hotel if you ask for..

Fantastic location, friendly staff and good service. Breakfast has a good variety. Highly recommended.

It is very good Hotel in term of cleaning, servicing of breakfast and location is very good since it is inside the downtown. and price is very reasonable.
