We arrived at the apartment after a night flight at 2 o'clock. The registration machine did not work and could not give us the code to get the key to the apartment. The phone to contact the operator was nearby. The operator answered and began to sort out our problem, asked for all my details and switched to standby mode ... after hanging on the phone for 10 minutes and listening to music, the call disconnected. I called again, got another operator and the story completely repeated itself! At two o'clock in the morning with children in a stuffy hall for almost half an hour hanging on the phone - it's terrible! Not a single operator considered it necessary to return to me with a call. The third operator was more merciful and helped us in a few minutes. We got to the apartment. The apartment was booked for 4 people, and the bed was ready only for two. We had to disassemble the sofa and make the bed ourselves. Also we had towels only for two. The refrigerator in the apartment did not close well, and a lot of ice and snow froze in it, by the time we arrived, the refrigerator was left not completely closed. When we turned on the air conditioners, it became obvious that they were not cooling the room. Trying to solve this problem, my husband opened the lid of the air conditioner and was horrified - we had never seen such dirt. Obviously, no one had ever tried to wash the filters. The water in the sink in the bathroom did not drain at all. The rental price included "breakfast", which was not there, and when checking out at the reception, no one offered us anything either. Disgusting impressions from the rental, I do not recommend it to anyone
