Ideal location close to transport and E scooter locations. After hours check in very easy - sounds more complicated in the instructions sent than it actually is! The apartment very clean and layout well thought out. There is a 3 seater sofa and dining chairs. The only thing lacking is an additional comfortable chair in the main room which would have enabled all 4 of us to relax after a long day spent in Minature Wunderland

Nice apartment in a great location. Would happily stay here again. We stayed here as a family - my only feedback point would be that the partition wall between the living area and the kid’s bedroom was a thin paper style material and easily let light and sound through from the living room area. It was difficult to use the living room area after the kids had gone to bed without disturbing them.

Great location, super helpful staff and the room was just what we needed as a family of 3. The man on reception (curly hair and glasses, sorry I didn’t catch your name), was always so polite and willing to help, including recommendations of the local area if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location, comfortable apartment with nice interior. Quality dishwasher. The underground parking garage is a little narrow, but it does the job just fine. Communication with the staff was easy and they were very kind and supportive. Everything was great!

We chose this place because of its excellent location, and it was a perfect choice! The hotel is situated right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. The place is very clean, well-equipped, and guests are welcomed with complimentary coffee, tea, and water. You can also leave your luggage in lockable lockers before check-in if you arrive early. The staff truly deserve special recognition, they are professional and friendly. We would especially like to thank the receptionist Fabian, who was incredibly approachable, helpful, and always happy to suggest what’s worth seeing in Hamburg or where to enjoy the best coffee. His kindness definitely made our stay more pleasant. We wholeheartedly recommend this place! :)

This was the second time we stayed at the Apartments. Location is great, rooms are really nice and clean. Easy to stay with children. Staff has been very lovely here every time we stayed. We will come back for sure.

Fantastic apartment. It had everything we needed. Big space, clean, modern, comfortable with every amenity. Loved the small dishwasher.
