Three nights here. Great location next to a subway, so very easy train access to and from the airport, even with a large bag. It’s central station so great access to everywhere by train! ||Small but modern one-bed apartment. Comfortable bed and good shower. Helpful friendly lady on reception who went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. ||Full kitchen with washing/dryer machine and diswasher. So can save on buying meals or paying for laundry. ||Only criticism is the advertised ‘air conditioning’ is a bit misleading. Heating and fan only. So if you get some warm weather the apartment may get warm. ||That aside very good stay.

We spent four days and nights in Copenhagen as part of our Scandinavian adventure. The apartment was very conveniently located close to the central train station and metro, restaurants and major sites. The apartment was very modern and clean, with everything we needed. We made good use of the washer and drier! The concierge Mariela could not do enough for us. She was extremely helpful and friendly, gave us invaluable advice about public transport and local restaurants, and generally took care of us. She is definitely in the right profession and made our stay memorable. Mariela is the best concierge we have ever had. I highly recommend this establishment.

We travel to CPH yearly to see family and have stayed at various central apartments over the last few years - this has definitely been the best! Staff were incredibly helpful when we asked about room styles - the location is incredible next to the metro yet the accommodation is quiet too even though we had a street level room! I would have already booked for next years trip but rooms are not available this far out! Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay with dishwasher and washing machine - only criticism would be a few more dish wash tablets and clothes wash would be appreciated as there was only one of each in the cleaning pack - but overall we are very happy with our stay and will be back in may next year

These suites are in a great location, only minutes from the train station. We caught the Metro in from the airport and our exit was literally 50m from the door of the accom! Very spacious and well equipped, modern apartment, also quiet. A continental breakfast was provided which was perfect.

I stayed for 2 nights in April. I loved how close it was to the metro and how walkable it was. Very friendly staff. Bag drop available before check in/ after check out. Room was very clean. They even give you laundry liquid!!! Absolutely loved my stay here.

We stayed at Eric Vökel Copenhagen Suites as a family and had a wonderful experience. The suite was spacious and well-designed, with two bedrooms, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect — the metro is right outside, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended for families!

The apartment had clearly not been cleaned in weeks, if not months. The floors were sticky enough to pull at our socks, and thick black dirt wiped up easily with just a damp cloth. The shower was unusable due to extensive grime, mold, and mildew—we were unable to bathe during our stay. The bed pillows were visibly stained with crust and grime. A smoke alarm directly above the bed blinked continuously, making sleep nearly impossible. We shared photos of these issues with the host. We also found empty drug baggies in the elevator and observed prostitution on the corner. By any reasonable standard, this is not a safe neighborhood. The host’s response was flippant and dismissive—no apology, only excuses, and a refusal to offer even a partial refund. Their full response: "We did not recived any emergency call regarding the cleaning, however, we have forwarded the bathroom pictures to our external company to further take action. The elevator is used by all the guests in our building. We are not responsible for what our guests are carrying in their belongings and pockets. The alarm has to be blinking green because it is connected to the fire department, and, by law, the indicator has to be on at all times, therefore, we have placed a sticker indicating that the fire detector cannot be disconnected. The bathmat is sent by a professional cleaning company, it is not washed internally, and all the linen and towels are inspected by our supervisor confirms that it was never delivered like this." It’s important to clarify: No general service number was provided—only an “emergency” line. Had we known these concerns qualified, we would have called. Hen/stag parties are prohibited, but based on the host's response, drug use appears to be tolerated. Multiple guests have clearly complained about the blinking smoke alarm. A simple solution: choose a better-designed unit or relocate it away from directly over the bed. The issue with the bathmat was misunderstood. The dirt came from the unclean floor—there was no problem with the mat itself.

Mariela was the kindest and most helpful person throughout our trip. I truly think our trip would not have been as incredible without her amazing recommendations and advice. The rooms themselves were great, just enough for two people and the location is so great because it’s steps away from the metro and train stations. Highly recommend!
