Eric Vökel Madrid Suites

Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) had a wonderful stay. Ruslana was very helpful and responsive. She did an excellent job and thought of everything. The apartment was beautiful, well designed and equipped with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen and living area. The apartment is in a wonderful location, from which you can walk to any of the central sites and fun districts in Madrid. Excellent all around! We would be very happy to return.

We stayed at Eric Vokel with our family of 5. We would definitely stay there again. This is at a great location. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. It was nice to have all the amenities such as a refrigerator and washer/dryer. It rained the entire week so we washed laundry quite a bit. Ruslana was extremely helpful in getting a taxi for us to the train station. She was super helpful with all our questions. The metro is a couple blocks away. We stayed there twice and Salvador helped us upon our return. He too was very helpful. They have lockers you can use for your luggage.

The apartment was very nice and clean with all the services to make our stay very comfortable. The location was fantastic. The building has a concierge. Salvador was super nice and helpful, and quickly resolved any requests we had for him. We were really impressed with his service and kindness. Muchas gracias, Salvador!!!

We stayed for 5 days, very comfortable! Bigger than expected. Super convenient location where you can walk or metro anywhere. Including the best coffee spot in Madrid is just around the corner.|After a complicated ride from the airport Salvador made our life a lot easier and took the time to give some recommendations (including the coffee place :). |Will come back for sure!

Booked the short break through a travel agent in UK. |Apartments was perfectly located, close to Gran Via shopping street, short walk to other tourist places . |When arrived were given duplex basement apartment, which wasn’t what we were expecting but Salvador ( reception) was extremely polite & professional & he was able to move us to another apartment, which was 100% better . Where we had access to balconies, very light , spacious & airy rooms which had views across the city . Would definitely return to apartments as long as had a balcony one !

We really enjoyed staying at the Eric Vokel Madrid Suites Apartments. The apartment was very spacious and the terraces and views were amazing The location was great too!||The staff was awesome. The apartment wasn’t ready when we checked in so we went to lunch and when we returned, they had already taken all of our bags to our apartment. ||Salvador did a fantastic job assisting us with multiple questions, and he even offered to book a car service to the airport for us!||Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at Eric Vokel with my family for 6 days in Madrid and our experience was flawless. During a heat wave, we mainly appreciated the central air conditioning and fully equipped apartment with ample space for our family of 4. The only minor problem was the room overlooking the street is a bit noisy but I solved it by wearing earplugs, my husband wasn’t bothered. The service is great, they provided a welcome breakfast which in fact is enough food for a few days! Special thanks to Ruksandra from reception for her kind service and accommodating attitude. Location wise, the apartment is perfect, we walked everywhere, we didn’t need to take the metro at all (which BTW is steps away from the apartment). Overall, 5 star, I highly recommend Erik Vokel apartments, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. Location is quiet. There are convenient stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. Must see attractions are within walkable distance. We will stay here again if we come to Madrid next time.

Great little place easy to find very secure building . We had the 3 bedroom suite they did a amazing job when remodeling this small hotel condo. Would definitely recommend to others. The AC was cooled and my favorite was the showers and water pressure. Just outside the door there are 2 bakeries that serve breakfast and lunch and one is open 24 hrs across the street is a small market for anything you might of left behind.

Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments is a chain of apartment style hotels in Madrid & Barcelona. There are different names for each location, and this one is the Madrid Suites. Located in the center of popular tourist spots in the bustling city of Madrid, it's the perfect place to stay if you're a tourist! Especially since the metro station is less than 3 minutes walk away just down the block, so convenient! The guy at the front reception desk was incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful. Since we arrived before check-in time, he let us store our luggage in their available lockers so we wouldn't have to lug it around for hours (check-in time is normally at 3pm but if the room is checked out by the previous guest on time he assured us it would be ready by 1:30pm for no extra charge). How awesome is that?! :) He also took the time to show us the metro and city maps, along with giving us recommendations of places to see. They were legit suggestions and many were the same places we had already planned on visiting - such as El Rastro flea market. Walking into our room me and my friend were pleased beyond words. Our room had been upgraded from two twin beds to 1 King bed AND two twin beds! Incredibly clean, modern with a super cute vibe. The small balcony lets you have an awesome view of the streets below, especially since we are on the 3rd floor. Bathroom and kitchen area were immaculate and beautifully designed. Kitchenware is fully provided - pots, pans, silverware, cups and wine glasses. Big fridge, microwave, toaster all included! Living room area has a nice comfy couch and flat screen TV. It's literally like a brand new apartment ready for you to live comfortably in, only better because it's a hotel! Affordable prices too, around $190 for two nights. This is my first time in Spain, and the first hotel experience which definitely exceeded my expectations. Pictures to come after I'm back in the states!

Very comfortable lodgings in a good location. I loved the fresh, clean, modern decor. I was traveling solo, so the "2BR" was plenty of room for me. However, if I were to return with my family of 4, the living room seating area would not have enough seats for us, which would be annoying. One extra comfy chair would change that, and could be easily accommodated. Also, the second bedroom with two twins, was partitioned with a sliding panel. Not a big problem, but notable that there isn't fully private or quiet. I slept soundly in the master bedroom. Comfortable mattress and pillows, good quality bedding. The A/C and wifi were highly appreciated, as was the full kitchen and coffee maker. I didn't use the laundry machine, but would have if I'd stayed longer. The reception was friendly and helpful. They booked me a cab for a pre-dawn pickup to catch an early flight. Much appreciated. I was worried the cab might not appear, but my fear was unfounded. After four nights of comfort, I was whisked off to the airport, leaving behind good memories of my stay in Madrid.

This place was pretty great! I was traveling with family, and a two bedroom apartment fit all of us perfectly, and was priced just right. We had a kitchen, sitting area, and a laundry room, as well as the benefit of having someone at the front desk to call if we needed any assistance. It was really quiet, we didn't hear anyone else our entire stay. The only odd thing is that it was technically two baths, but one shower was in the hallway. There was no place to put a towel or clothes inside the shower room, you had to go back out into the hallway to grab anything. It was so awkward, we all avoided using it. This is a great, affordable option if you're traveling with a group and don't want to pay for multiple hotel rooms. It's also awesome if you just want the creature comforts of home!

This place is different than a hotel in that there is not 24 hour reception and there is not daily cleaning. That said, it is a cute apartment and good for families. It's pretty close to the train and metro, but to get to the city center it's about a 25 min walk and around a 15-20 min total walk/metro ride. I know it's close to the metro, but I think I would prefer to be closer walking distance to the City center. It's clean and spacious so good for a family. The pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, but if you want to save money with 4 people to one room, it's worth it.
