The chic Industria Suites are set in a restored Modernist building, just 200 metres from the Sagrada Familia and 100 metres from Sant Pau Dos de Maig Metro Station. The Eric Vökel Apartments offer boutique design with bright white décor, glass dining tables and electric blinds. Each apartment has a balcony. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV in every apartment. The building’s electricity is supplied by solar panels. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer and a dishwasher. The property offers a 24-hour check-in service and luggage storage. There is also a computer for guests' use. We had a lovely family stay at the penthouse with the big terrace at the 6th floor. We received welcome breakfast basket. Very helpful and friendly staff. We arrived that the check in time but the desk staff looked after us and we was able to check in earlier. Great location with the groceries shops, coffee shops and the restaurant around. The Sagrada de Familia just a 5 min away walking, metro station 100m from the apartment. We definitely will stay there again

We spent a week in Barcelona in December with our family and stayed in a two-bedroom apartment here. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Sagrada Família, which was truly a highlight of our trip. The building is also very close to a Mercadona grocery store, which made it easy for us to cook several lovely dinners at home. The subway station is right next to the building, making it convenient to get around the city, and Park Güell is about a 30-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with good washing machine and good quality kitchen supplies; the breakfast box is plentiful and lasted us 3 days. The staff are very kind and helpful, providing us with extra laundry pods, information about nearby restaurants and also helped us book a taxi to the train station. The whole apartment is well heated for our early December's cold weather. The water pressure is big for good shower. The apartment is nearby the Sagrada Família, and there is a metro station right outside to go to other tourist attractions.

Eric Vökel in Barcelona Spain We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona. Everything was spotless and very well maintained,and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location truly couldn’t be better closed to everything and extremely convenient. What made our stay even more special was how accommodating the staff were. The allow us to check in early, which was very important for us.and the desk team Adal & Sara were incredible kind helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place . We would definitely stay here again . THANK YOU ADAL & SARA.

The location of the place worths a 5-star on its own! It's right next to Metro station and just a 15mins uber trip to the Train station. Also there is a bus statin right across the street and took us from Palau de la Música Catalana in just 20mins. Everything that we needed were well prepared there for us in the room; and it's spotlessly clean! Front desk staff were super nice and friendly too. We asked for extra toilet papers and it was free of charge. Also - Shout out to the free breakfast basket! It was thoughtfully filled with yogurt, orange juices, breads and muffins and etc. That, in a nutshell, it was truly a perfect stay! Would love to stay there again or other suites in different cities x

Great location, convenient facilities and we received great service from Adal at the reception desk. The only thing is that the walls were a bit thin. But it's super helpful to have a kitchenette with a supermarket opposite; and especially a washing machine when you are on the road for several days.

Recently stayed at the Sagrada Familia suites with my family for a week and this hotel was great. We had 2 adults and 3 children in a 2 bedroom and all of us fit comfortably. These suites are in a great location with a convenience store, coffee shop and fruit vender along the same block. Lots of restaurants nearby and is right on the corner for easy cab pick up and drop off. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Eric Vökel Sagrada Familia Apartments. The location is decent—while it’s not in the heart of Barcelona, it’s just a short walk to the Sagrada Familia. Other attractions are a bit further, so a commute is required for more sightseeing.||||The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-equipped. We booked two rooms with two bathrooms, which worked perfectly for our group. The elevator is small, so it might feel cramped with large luggage, but it wasn’t a major issue.||||The staff was attentive and friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast package that came with our direct booking. The breakfast was generous and added great value to our stay.||||Overall, Eric Vökel Sagrada Familia Apartments offered a comfortable, well-priced option for our trip. While not in the city center, the location near the Sagrada Familia and the helpful staff made it a solid choice for families or groups looking for good value in Barcelona.
