Eric Vökel Suites Amsterdam

This is a very nice hotel within a 10 minute walk of the central rail station. The suites are very nice. They have modern decor and good in room amenities, such as a kitchen and washer/dryer unit. The bedrooms have a simple but elegant look, and very comfortable beds. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Yana in particular provided great restaurant recommendations! Overall, this is a great hotel to use as a base for exploring Amsterdam and the surrounding area.

Highly recommend this lovely spot close to the train station down a quiet street. Supermarket and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby - close to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Loved the starter pack which was so handy for making breakfast. Washer dryer a definite bonus after a few weeks travelling. Great for our family of 4

Outstanding service and a beautiful stay|Kieran was incredibly helpful—probably the most helpful hotel manager I’ve ever met. He gave us excellent tips for exploring Amsterdam and beyond, which made a big difference in our trip. Mari was also super helpful in holding our bags while we visited the city before departing. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well kept, and clean. If I’m ever back in the area, this is definitely where I’ll stay. A great experience all around!

We loved our stay at the Erik Vökel Suites Amsterdam. All of the staff members were so helpful and they gave us great dining recommendations and helpful suggestions to navigate the city. We also loved the close proximity of the suites to the Central train station to get to/from the airport very easily. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay.

Second time we’ve stayed! We love that it is a hotel and apartment. Very convenient location. Kitchen has everything you need. Checking in after the front desk closes, can be tricky so we avoided that. The front desk ordered a great taxi for us, 6 passenger with 2 car seats for the children, which was a big help!

Just a minute from the Central train station and numerous restaurants. The front desk was always so friendly and helpful. The 3 bedroom apartment was clean and fully furnished. It was nice for us to have room to stretch out as a family of 5. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was exactly what I needed/wanted. After a two week cruise I had two more days in Amsterdam. It couldn’t be closer to Amsterdam Central making it easy for check in and another 2 minutes back to train station to the airport home. It’s right beside the train tracks but you’d never know it due to fantastic sound proof big window. Suite was perfect for one person and would be same for two, maybe more. I ate every meal at restaurants but it has everything you need to eat in. I also used the easy instructions washer/dryer. I walk a lot so most everything is walking distance but with train station right there, easy for quicker or longer jaunts. Also staff were great. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Had an excellent experience with my stay with family at Erik Vokel Suites. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Excellent location which is close to Amsterdam central, so super convenient to move around and explore amsterdam. Service by apartment staff was excellent. Special shout out to Diantha, who was very friendly, courteous and polite during interactions with my family. Enjoyed our interactions with Kieran as well and a couple of other staff whose names i unfortunately I don't remember at the moment.
