Eric Vökel Suites Amsterdam

We stayed in the penthouse and it was fabulous. All of the reception team were brilliant, really happy and professional. They helped us with all that we requested. The location is great near to the main railway and tram station and canal boats. There is a supermarket not far away and bars/restaurants. We would return, we loved our 3 day stay.

Location is fantastic for public transport, train station a few hundred metres away, east access to and from the airport. A few minutes walk from the busier areas of Amsterdam. Staff are super friendly and will do anything to assist during your stay. Rooms are clean and tidy, super modern and comfy beds. Well worth a stay here, we had a party of 5 and stopped in a room with 2 comfy double beds and a sofa bed. I suppose the only tiny downside was having 1 bathroom with this amount of guests. I would stay again without a doubt.

Great location, great rooms, and even better staff. The hotel is just about two blocks away from the busy city center which makes for a quiet stay. Very close to the train station and anything you might want to see. We stayed in a q bedroom apartment which was the perfect amount of space with amenities. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. They were very interested in what we were doing, had planned, and gave great recommendations for a great trip.

Easy to find , a 5 minute walk from the train station on a straight road. Service was great and the apartment was spacious, clean, modern and fully equipped. Two of the bedrooms were cooler but you can ask for heaters. The main window was amazing , we spent much time making the most of it. We would return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Have visited Amsterdam a few times but first stay in an apartment rather than hotel. Excellent location walking distance to the Centraal Station. Our 4th floor apartment was good size for 5 people. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen area. Spacious lounge with an amazing view across to North Amsterdam. Great to have 24-hour concierge and luggage storage.

This was a great place to stay, clean, well equipped, very quiet and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam. It was an easy walk to the train when I had to leave for the airport too!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric Vökel Amsterdam Suites from November 17th to 19th. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-designed, but what truly made our stay memorable was the amazing team. A special thank you to Marie, Diantha, and Yana — their professionalism, friendliness, and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Even with the cold Amsterdam weather outside, their warmth and kindness made the hotel feel cosy and inviting. Because of them, it didn’t feel like just another hotel stay, it felt personal and cared for. We highly recommend this place and will definitely choose Eric Vökel again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

I highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff is fantastic. I lost my adapter on the way to Amsterdam, and when we arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly lent me one. They were incredibly nice and considerate. One of the staff members provided me with detailed information about the hotel and its amenities. The best part was when I checked out — I mentioned that I still needed an adapter for my next stop in another European city, and the staff generously let me keep the one they had lent me. That small gesture meant a lot. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to all types of transportation you might need to get around the city or travel to other European destinations. There’s also a grocery store nearby, making it easy to buy necessities and food during your stay The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to cook simple family meals if you like. By coincidence, I happened to be in Amsterdam during the 2025 Sail Festival and enjoyed the festival atmosphere very much. This hotel made me appreciate the city and the people of the Netherlands even more. A big thank you to the reception staff!
