Cute selection of both clothing items and needlepoint supplies however the customer service is abysmal. The girl working was pretty rude, walked by me several times while I was looking at threads and not once did she say excuse me I simply just got out her way. Also witnessed her interaction with another customer and was pretty turned off. But I still made a purchase so I guess that’s on me. Later in the day I had to call the store and they answered after the fifth ring with just “… hello?” Maybe I’m getting old but I was always taught to state the store name and ask how can I help. Maybe they need some more training. Contacted them via instagram however and that person was very pleasant.

Best shop on Nantucket!! Everything is perfectly curated and stunning. They always have great customer service and help me find the perfect pieces for me. A must when in town and a go-to for gifts too!

Seconding the people saying customer service isn't up to much. The woman who was helping me could barely even bring herself to look at me. I was considering spending $100+ on a needlepoint canvas, but decided against it.

The chicest store, has the best clothes from all my favorite brands. A must if you are in Nantucket!

I can't say enough about my positive experience at Erica Wilson this week. I walked in wearing a sweater I had bought there many, many years ago while working as a lifeguard on Nantucket .....the employees were so happy to see it and took good care to help me find a dress needed. From the sweaters and dresses to the needlepoint and necklaces, it's always been a special place and the staff/team works hard to make it so!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been in multiple times and the woman working is always so rude and unwelcoming. Too bad because it’s a cute shop!
