I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience I had during my stay. I was especially happy and touched by the way you celebrated my birthday— it made my day so special The entire staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the furniture was of excellent quality. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in a few). Staff are just lovely. Particularly Marco in the restaurant, Verona on reception (sorry not sure I spelt that right!) , and didn’t catch the name of the lovely blonde lady at breakfast and the man with glasses who does the drinks! Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. All food and drinks were amazing! We will be back!

We had a week at Erika and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located near the bus and train station and only a short walk into the town centre. The restaurant was good as was breakfast. Evening dinner was good too but we preferred to eat in town for atmosphere. The rooms were very well appointed but very hot (in the summer) and we could have done with some air conditioning ! Staff were great and very helpful.

Had a lovely stay at ERIKA boutique hotel in Kitzbuhel. Location was excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a balcony with a panoramic view. The staff were professional and very helpful. The breakfast choice was excellent as were the spa facilities. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Our room was so cozy with a stunning view of the mountains and town. The breakfast and dinner was really good and the service as well. There is a nice outdoor lake to swim in for sunny days. I would highly recommend this hotel!

What a great small hotel! One of our favorites of any vacation we have ever taken! The staff were all so very nice and the room was gorgeous in our opinion! The breakfast was wonderful every morning; I suggest getting an omelette; it was quite good and a nice size. The pools were pleasant and great for after a day of skiing. We like the location as we came in from the train station and we were able to walk there to and from. I wish everyone had as much of a wonderful stay as we did!

A lovely hotel, with amazing food. The hotel is very clean and the guest room are clean and comfortable. We could find no fault with anything with our stay. The staff are super helpful.

Very good hotel. Great location. Friendly and professional English-speaking staff. Wonderful pool. Perfect family room. Well-soundproofed rooms. Ample underground parking.

The Hotel Erika is a family run hotel in a good way, from the warmest of warm welcomes as you arrive to the day to day running, they are there. It's not a slick euro-chain operation, if you want that go somewhere else, it is different and better than that. Location wise, it is well placed to wander into Kitzbuhel town centre, facilities are excellent with swimming pools, bikes, etc etc as detailed. Food? Ah the food. That's rather good, we rarely take the half board option but did this time and would recommend it. The menu is properly crafted, and well executed. If you have been in Austria for a while and got rather tired of how the chefs tend to overuse the salt, be happy. The only problem with the food is how to fit it all in - expect to put on weight during your stay! We stayed in summer and joined in one of the guided walks which were truly enjoyable, taking us to places we otherwise would not have seen. We met several people who had stayed at the Erika before, it is very easy to see why anyone would want to come back.
