We have stayed at ERIKA Boutiquehotel Kitzbühel for the third time, and it continues to be a very special place for us.||||We love the hotel’s location, the beautiful interiors, and the comfort and design of the rooms. Everything feels thoughtful, calm, and perfectly maintained. The breakfasts are simply outstanding – one of the highlights of every stay and something we genuinely look forward to each morning.||||This year marked our third visit, but the hotel holds an even deeper personal meaning for us. Three years ago, I proposed to my wife here. Last year we returned as an engaged couple, and this year we had the joy of staying again as husband and wife.||||ERIKA Boutiquehotel is not just a hotel to us – it is a place connected to important moments in our lives, and we will certainly keep coming back.||||Thank you for creating such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.

I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience I had during my stay. I was especially happy and touched by the way you celebrated my birthday— it made my day so special The entire staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the furniture was of excellent quality. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in a few). Staff are just lovely. Particularly Marco in the restaurant, Verona on reception (sorry not sure I spelt that right!) , and didn’t catch the name of the lovely blonde lady at breakfast and the man with glasses who does the drinks! Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. All food and drinks were amazing! We will be back!

Had a lovely stay at ERIKA boutique hotel in Kitzbuhel. Location was excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a balcony with a panoramic view. The staff were professional and very helpful. The breakfast choice was excellent as were the spa facilities. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

We had a week at Erika and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located near the bus and train station and only a short walk into the town centre. The restaurant was good as was breakfast. Evening dinner was good too but we preferred to eat in town for atmosphere. The rooms were very well appointed but very hot (in the summer) and we could have done with some air conditioning ! Staff were great and very helpful.

We really loved the specific design of the hotel, the wonderful garden and the location with the center easily reachable on foot. ||We felt really welcome straight away as the lady at the reception was really helpful||The room was particularly beautiful and the spa was also very relaxing.

I am not going to comment on the hotel premises or food or the rooms because what's the point when you have staff that is this incompetent and careless? things are bound to happen to you. i forgot my passport in this hotel and asked them to priority express it to my next destination, two day guaranteed. Although they charged me for it, and sent a confirmation email about my "express" shipment, it turns out they mailed it regular mail and my passport never made it on time for my return and my whole trip turned into a nightmare.. u pick one, unfathomable incompetence or malice, either way, stay away from these people.

Yelp
The Hotel Erika is a family run hotel in a good way, from the warmest of warm welcomes as you arrive to the day to day running, they are there. It's not a slick euro-chain operation, if you want that go somewhere else, it is different and better than that. Location wise, it is well placed to wander into Kitzbuhel town centre, facilities are excellent with swimming pools, bikes, etc etc as detailed. Food? Ah the food. That's rather good, we rarely take the half board option but did this time and would recommend it. The menu is properly crafted, and well executed. If you have been in Austria for a while and got rather tired of how the chefs tend to overuse the salt, be happy. The only problem with the food is how to fit it all in - expect to put on weight during your stay! We stayed in summer and joined in one of the guided walks which were truly enjoyable, taking us to places we otherwise would not have seen. We met several people who had stayed at the Erika before, it is very easy to see why anyone would want to come back.
