Cozy little cafe/bar. Perfect for grabbing a drink with a friend or to take your date. Their live music is the cherry on top. Not loud at all.

The place isn't that large. There's a ground level where the bar is and an upper level. The surrounding is very cosy, the lighting and the atmosphere are very well made. Good to know is that it is very cold indoors, especially upstairs. The staff was very helpful and experienced. The drinks followed the experience of the staff and was at a very high level. Well worth a visit. Keep up the good work. Four stars due to the cold indoors.

Great cocktails nice atmosphere and the host are friendly. It's not cheap but you can't find cheap well prepared cocktails in Stockholm. Dansk sour really special if you want something fresh and sour, something more dry but also tasty check out New York cocktail.

One of the rarest gems on the cocktail scene in Stockholm. Erland's is decorated as your great grandfather's home, and the cocktails on offer seem to try to mimick that era as well - and they do an excellent job in that aspect. Come here early, stay late and get into lengthy discussions with the well-versed bar team about the best Old Fashioned, the true proportions of a Sazerac, or plainly agree on the fact that Fernet Branca is nectar of the Gods.

Very small, cosy bar with limited seating on 2 floors, retro themed. Good cocktails. The service was excellent, and the waitress was very attentive, although there was little confusion while taking order.

A tiny but amazing “hole in the wall” bar with a 50’s-ish vibe. Delicious classic cocktails made to perfection by a kind and knowledgeable staff. My favorite cocktail bar in Stockholm and one of my favorites in the world and a worthy detour for a drink (or three...). Normal prices by Stockholm standards. Enjoy!

Excellent cocktails, unique atmosphere that kind of seems like the prohibition era jazz bars. Cases of drinks all around, images of musicians, mild jazz playing in the background and, of course, the waiter/owner dressed for the part, calmly polishing glasses behind the bar and selling gossip to his most faithful customers. Somewhat expensive but worth the experience.

Mmmmm. Came here with a party of 25 people. I let Gustav, the owner, know the situation, and he graciously accepted our reservation, warning us that the place is small. The space was perfect. We took the downstairs area and the al fresco outside tables and put in our drink orders. Cesar (sp?) quickly and effectively made us all sorts of drinks. I recommend the Tuxedo No. 2 and the Negrini. Both were excellent. And then the food? Amazing. The veal was cooked with truffles, peas and capers and came out very juicy and savory. The shrimp on the shrimp sandwich was very fresh and the bread was delicious. Many of the people in our party said that the smoked sausage was the best they ever had. The mustard was also a standout. On top of all of these praises, you should go to Erlands for the waitstaff. I couldn't believe that 2 people could host a 25 person party and have time to joke around with us and wait on walk-in customers. Gustav and Cesar are the homies. +1 star for the decor, the coziness of the place, and the playlist! These guys like jazz music, so the night's tunes included hip hardbop tunes and hot swing. Thanks for everything, Gustav!

This place is enchanting! Tiny, cosy and stylish. Literally the place can fit maybe 20 people, but it's a good thing. It almost feels like someone's home with age-old photos of the owners grandpa, authentic furniture from the fifties and soothing tunes from past decades. I was here in the afternoon and since I was hungry I ordered the 'räksallad', which was good. It had tons of shrimps, avocado, lettuce, tomato etc. and a really nice lemony garlic sauce. The only minuses come from the somewhat soggy iceberg salad leaves and over boiled egg. I had a nice glass of Riesling with it. I've heard that they serve also nice coffee and good cocktails so this place seems to be perfect for any time of the day except for the morning. Can't wait to be back! Edit: This place also has WiFi and I must say that my heart skipped a beat when I heard the password. P e r f e c t o !

I came here for dinner and some good drinks. They do take reservations although the place is quite small. As a start the maitred was extremely friendly, as was all of the staff. The drinks is all about matching your taste to flavour. Do so, it's not cheap, but worth it. I enjoy a drink I can sip in comfort for a long while. The menu is short; which I like. They have the concept of small dishes that serve both as appetisers and main courses. We shared coldcuts and olives among the t three of us as an appetiser. The moules were good and plenty of them. The steak tartar was really tasty. Wine list was short, but thought through. I had more than one option to choose from. Dessert menu did not excite and was skipped. On the drawbacks, we met the rush towards the main course and wait times got long. The waitress recognised this and deducted coffee from our tab. I do recommend a visit. If only for sipping a drink. Bring your mom here if you book a table.

Erlands is such a cute and cozy place. But don't be fooled! There's an upstairs for eating too. I really come here for the cocktails and the atmosphere, though. Their bartenders are fantastic and make really great classics as well as the twists presented in the menu. I can't recommend this place enough, although it can be extremely busy on the expected times so try a week night.

This place is one of the only places in Stockholm that knows what service is. All the staff is so friendly, they go the extra step to ensure your visit is satisfactory. Some places you go, the first thing the staff says is "show me your ID", but in Erlands, they greet you, and make sure to ask what you would like to order, they recommend special drinks, and only after they make sure you are comfortable, they ask in the most polite way ever if they could see your ID, and they apologize for the inconvenience afterwards. The level of hospitality is amazing, they don't just hire the average bloke to work there, which is why so many people love this place. Every detail is important, and that is why this place is much superior to others. They actually care about the customer's experience, which is why I love spending money and taking a lot of people to spend money there

I feel like I must specify that this rating is for one specific time we were there, because in general respect we LOVE Erlands but this weekend when we were there we were served caffe lattes that were lukewarm and had a bits of coffee grinds mixed in. We didn't recognize the server/barista(?) when we got in (usually it's another person or group of persons). There weren't a lot of people, but we still had to wait for a pretty long time for our coffees. Apart from this, Erlands is sucha cute and quaint cafe with a really nice authentic mid-1900s interior which feels like a lot of love has been put into in. Ususally coffees are GREAT here, so I really do hope that the people working there this past weekend were not the new permanent staff....

The drink was amazing here I had the gimlet which was so refreshing and nicely balanced. My only issue was the menu didn't have many things to choose from and on top of that they are out of the few things that were on the menu. So what did I order? Nothing that was on the menu. But I do like the fact that the they went out their way to meet my accommodations. Will I go back again yes but for drinks only!

It might be too early to write a review because I would like to go back, the drag is they don't have much outdoor seating but they do open the front window so that the downstairs is at least open to the air. I liked the atmosphere of the place a lot, especially upstairs which feels like a classic 50 lounge. The music was right on with the classic, vintage decor. My friend tried to order a coke (and whether they had it or not) got up-sold into trying "Curiosity Cola" which was like a tiny bottle of coke with ginger. Never heard of that brand but she liked it. I personally really wanted a pie and coffee but it was either too late for pie or the fika stuff was gone so I ended up with a espresso milkshake -- I would say it was "OK". Not bad, but not really impressive -- what was impressive was how the girl changed my mind from just grabbing a black coffee to getting the espresso milkshake to mend the dream I had of pie and coffee. Are you noticing the theme of up-selling mastery here? When it feels like thoughtful suggestions then it's a positive experience! Another friend got a different milkshake and it was the highlight of his night, lol. He loved it. And I saw something I am so not used to seeing in Sweden -- the barista came outside and asked him if he liked it and I could tell was genuinely interested in the response (the barista recommended this flavor over the one my friend had originally wanted)! I like their style and I would DEFINITELY like to come back here in the winter and sit upstairs and watch it snow. I hear the food is good, yelp'ers. I am going to return, and you should too!

Small, friendly, enthusiastic, crowded, engaged, competent and deliberately old-fashioned. The bartender suddenly executed a swift, wavelike, reality-distorting dance, which briefly made me question the immutability of space and time.

Very nice cafe, I like the decor and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended. And I would recommend their shrimp sandwich.
