Errigal Hostel - An Óige

Great spot to stay if you plan on climbing Errigal mountain but just a lovely place to stay in general. There's a decentshop right next door so all your needs are covered. Cannot recommend enough.

Clean, comfortable, cute rooms, nice common area with comfy seating, really scenic surroundings with mountains all around, trad sessions nearby, friendly staff. Only thing I would say is showers don’t have an area to put down a bag or clothes

Amazing hostel with an amazing owner. Erin when above and beyond. She helped with everything and was really nice to talk too! The kitchen is amazing and the views are breathtaking. The price is amazing and you get breakfast too! Everything looks brand new and it really is an amazing place that has it all. I can highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hostel.

We had a great time in this youth hostel. We were two adults and a three year old. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is excellent and it is right beside a small shop and petrol station in case you decide to stay in and cook. We will definitely return.

A great place to stay. Lovely dining room and common areas,lots of showers and a well equipped kitchen too. There's even a good pub within walking distance and I didn't even mention the views.

Excellent hostel in a wonderful location. Stayed in a dorm room last week on first day of the new season. Hostel was in mint condition, very cozy & comfy. Staff very friendly, helpful & welcoming. Great base for sightseeing and/or hiking. Wonderful value for money. A 5-star hostel!!

I didn't stay here but Christina on reception massively helped me out by giving me a lift back to my hotel when I really needed it and would have been stuck without. The only reason I didn't stay in the hostel in the first place was due to their normal check in times being after when I could get there but Christina explained you can phone to ask if some flexibility can be had if this applies to you. Definitely the best place to stay to enjoy Mount Errigal. Anything else to too far of a walk away

Had a fabulous weekend here with The Northern Ireland Subaru Club. The hostel was absolutely 5*. The hospitality was excellent. It was spotless with a beautiful view. I can't wait to come back next year. Thank you for having us. Estelle and Michael.
